This shop has been very straight forward with every service done on my truck. When your vehicle runs out of warranty I highly recommend you bring it to this shop.The guys replaced my shocks, suspension and sway bar at 1/3 the price Firestone quoted me. I ve been in 3x and they have always tried to give me discounts and coupons where applicable. I m really satisfied with the quality of work as well I never have new random issues after I trust them with my vehicle.Really good guys at fair prices and good quality.

Everyone was very professional and at all questions and concerns very quick and thorough with a job. They ve done with my car. I appreciate them and will continue to go there. I ve been going there for a few years excellent staff, very polite and thorough.

Drove in from Phoenix today and realized we had a bubble on a tire. We stopped by this shop and the staff was extremely friendly and got us taken care of in under 30 minutes. Prices are reasonable as well.

Came here on a Thursday around 5:40pm with a nail in my tire cause they were the closet to me. They close at 6pm. The nail was not on the side wall and they said its not fixable and I need a new tire. I had them fill air so I can get home and figure out where to buy 2 new tires cause I trusted their judgment.Went to Walmart the following day to pick up 2 GOOD YEAR tires for $100 each and took it to another tire shop to get the tire installed. The second tire shop said it s fixable and fixed the tire within 15 minutes and charged $20. Returned the tires because my tires were still good.Edit. It s been 4 months since I posted this review and still don t need to change those tires. 1/30/2024. (ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION)

Amazing service! We showed up first thing on a Sunday and they patched up our tire. They even helped us fixed an issue with our spare at no extra charge! Thanks so much for the quick and friendly service!

Excellent service..I had an appointment for the end of the week..I was driving by on Tuesday...they were able to take me.No problems..super nice guys..overall happy with service and would highly recommend

Used $28 flyer coupon discounted regular oil change. Included additional services: tire rotation, brake check, fluids top off, and of course tire wear check just in case they have a good reason to recommend some new tires.I was pleased to see the mechanic use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts when the wheels were reinstalled.

Showed up didn't have 4 matching tires. When asked for a deal, give me $4 off per tiron. For a non matching sethat got the price down to what was advertised

I bought a set of tires back in January. My tire pressure low light came on. Lucky I had bought the repair for the tires. I went over and they found a nail in my tire, fixed it & I was on my way in no time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality customer care. Thanks a bunch!

Great experience! Came from out of town, got flat and found Discount Tire (not the franchise) in Orange. Darryl was friendly and very hospitable! I was in and out in within 30 minutes. Will be back if in bind again!

I had made an appointment to get tires, when I showed up, Mike helped me and was very serviceable. I asked to get a quote on struts, I told them I had gotten a quote from my regular mechanic, but wanted to compare. Jesse, the manager, matched their price, which was great, and they got the car in for all of it that morning. very helpful and efficient and my car is running so well. It s much appreciated! I like discount tires, I always have a good experience.

I asked for the warranty information. Representative Jackie stated that they don't print out the warranty information on the tires.because it is all in the system. How do customers know what warranty you are getting? However the tires mechanic were quick. So if you are asking for warranty information and a printed copy you won't get one because it's in their system and you can't read their fine line of what you are entitled too. So pretty much you don't get any warranty.

Buy 2 get 2 free tires deal, free alignment check, did a break pad replacement as well, got there right when it opened and it took 1.5 hours to complete. Good work

Great service quickly performed without an appointment.I came in for a tire repair due to a large nail in my tire driving into work. Regretfully I don't remember the mechanic's name as he deserves recognition for his friendliness. My experience felt more like a friend's garage than a place of business.As a comparison, my current set of tires were purchased at Costco and my last nail repair at Costco was awful. It ended with me driving home, on my spare tire, to put the repaired tire back on myself due to Costco not having time to help. Even after waiting 4.5 hours for the tire repair after showing up 30 minutes before they opened. Discount Tire currently has my tires for what I believe is the same price paid at Costco.Discount Tire has won me over after getting me back on the road to work in less than 15 minutes.

I was given a discount on an alignment but they originally told me it would only take an hour to replace 2 tires but I ended waiting for 2 hours. I was not given an update after the first hour and had to ask the cause of delay and was told that their tire tech went home sick before I arrived. The management spent more time training the new employee, rather than making sure the customers were talken care of. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Amazing service and amazing team. I was told that my tierods were causing alignment issues and swerving with a shop back home and when these guys took a look, they told me the real problem and got it taken care of for me. Ever since I went there, brakes are silent (and new!), traction is wonderful, and steering now feels like a brand new car.

Never been to a Discount Tire before and I must say that I will not be going anywhere else anymore. I showed up to patch a tire that they told me would have to be replaced around 5:30pm and I ended up being able to get all my tires replaced within 30 mins! They were straight forward, friendly and efficient!

$30+ for a free oil change given for 3 years by buying tires. $38 max free on oil changes in fine print of tire deal. They represent oil change costs at $60. Minus $38 equals $30+ after tax. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AN OIL CHANGE COUPON DEAL AT AROUND $30 NOT MENTIONED. THEREFORE AN OVERCHARGE.Also requested either remove off road pan or wipe it clean to prevent post oil change dripping. DID NOT DO EITHER. Post oil change picture shown.THEREFORE I WILL NO LONGER USE ANY DISCOUNT TIRE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

I went in on Saturday around 3:15-3:30 I was told it would be done in less than an hour. I was told I needed 2 new rotors and 4 break pads 2 on each front wheel. The service technician even drove my car off the lot to make sure it was sounding good or something but now that it s been a day later there is still a grinding of metal sound coming from car that wasn t there before unless I pressed on my brakes. I was there from 3:30-5:30 until 30 minutes after close time because they said the wrong part was dropped off and they needed to wait for the correct part to come in. No apology for waiting over 2 hours when they said less than an hour and my car was not repaired correctly after paying 480$. I will need to bring it back in so they can fix the issue with my car as I feel they didn t install the correct parts or do it correctly or else I wouldn t still be having a scraping of metal noise coming from my car when I turn or just drive in general. Not sure what s going or why it took so long and why it is still making noises. Why did I sit there for 2 hours waiting for a part to be delivered? They said nothing about this until I asked after waiting over 90 minutes wondering what s going on. I hope to get this resolved because my last experience there before this one was amazing they did a great job but this experience was less than satisfactory. I hope this helps

I want say the customer service and personal were great. I noticed after my alignment the steering wheel was to the left at 11 o'clock. And now the car pulls to the right. I wanted to come in after to express my concerns right of way. I didn't want to to be a pest. Plus I didn't have time to take the car back because the amount of errands I had to do.

Great place to have synthetic oil change. Hard to beat their price. Made an appt and it took about and hour. They also flagged me about issues during general inspection. Recommend calling ahead to see how busy they are as it affects service time

Absolutely incredible service from a mechanic. Came in with a separated tire on one side, a nail in the other, and blown shocks in the middle of this last rain storm. Not only did they assure me I d be take care of, the were able to locate tires for my vehicle (industrial van) they picked them up same day, replaced everything and got me on the road same day. The management team went above and beyond for me and their incredible team in the shop busted their butts to get me home safely and on time. Can t say enough good things about this shop. Will forever recommend!

Very good pricing. Excellent staff. Had the tires replaced in the time they said. Job was done right torque checked out tire pressure spot on. Balance is good. Excellent service

Very responsive. I had to have my truck towed to Dicount tire. They quickly repaired I ended up taking advantage of special for tire rotation and oil change. Very very reasonable. I will be using them more often for car maintenance
