Kirk and team did an excellent job. They were very communicative and texted all tear down photos as well as shots during and after work. Upon completion there was an incorrect part installed by mistake and they turned around and fixed quickly. Also, I didn t catch a small issue in the paint but they did and scheduled another day for them to fix. It takes a lot of character to highlight their own mistake (at pretty high cost to them) and take care of the customer (instead of hoping they won t notice). Very high quality work, communication, and very trustworthy! Highly recommend.

So I picked up my car on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and it looked awesome! Not only did they do a great job on my car but they were very professional throughout the whole experience keeping me informed by text which I prefer and working with my insurance company making sure every part was thoroughly check for damage I recommend working with Kirk he worked with me and he s awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kirk and his whole team are amazing. Brought in my car and this was a jaw dropping experience from the great detailed communication to the execution of the car repair. I will recommend this place for the rest of my life and have my family when needed come here. Side note my father talked with them as well and told me they were so nice and also agrees with me that the repair process was top tier. Kirk - thank you so much!!

5 stars customer service to Kirk at Diamond Hills in Orange. He originally managed and ultimately exceeded my highest expectations. He sent update photos during the repair process and offered a test drive when I came to pick up. They do not rush their Tesla certified process, but the quality of the repairs from what I can tell so far was well worth the wait.

Amazing customer service and professionalism. I took my Tesla Model 3 to Diamond Hills OC for repairs from an accident and Kirk took great care of the car and with insurance matters. He contacted the insurance company for me and worked out all the details while keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I picked up a very clean, fully repaired car. I highly recommend using Diamond Hills in either location. (I had the same great experience with the Diamond Bar location).Service: Body & Trim

Jay over at Diamond Hills Collision was great! Although I wasn't really kept up to date with the repair, I called in on a weekly basis to check in myself. And when I called Jay, he was super informative and helpful. He answered all the questions and concerns I had and made the entire experience easy. I picked up my car this past Friday and my trunk lid had a wide gap on the drivers side compared to the passenger side. I called Jay when I got home to Long Beach and I called to arrange for the shop to adjust it. I will be going in today for that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ok guys! Seriously, I had such a great experience repairing my Tesla here! They work directly with Tesla Costa Mesa. My car was towed there by Tesla service center, although it was drivable (great customer service on Tesla part). Then, Diamond Hills took over. I met with Justin, a very professional young man, he took my case and listened to all my concerns. He stayed in touch the whole time. My car was in and out in 5 days!!!! Other shops were giving me a month timeline for a front door repair, which seemed outrageous. Anyway, my car looks great, it s been over a month since I got it and there are no problems with it what so ever. I love it! I highly recommend, and I would only go there for my car repair!

Great customer service, they were transparent and communicated with me throughout the process. I worked with them over a year ago and had some various inquiries recently and they were still very responsive and helpful. Thanks Jay! I will keep their contact for future use or referral to friends and family. They know their stuff, especially when it comes to Tesla.

I m not one to write too many reviews but with the service that I received from Diamond Hills Collision Center in Orange, I just had to. From the moment I walked in until the day I picked up my car I have received nothing but beyond excellent customer service. Customer service was amazing and the repairs were even better, these guys are kind and professional. Nothing but the best!

Blends, gaps, orange peel, overspray. These are things I look at when I evaluate the quality of work at a body shop. DHCC exceeded my expectations and delivered on time.With the current COVID-19 situation, the staff took extra safety pre-cautions and took measures to make us feel comfortable and safe. Now, we have phenomenal service we're talking about here in addition to great quality work. Why go anywhere else?Peng and the staff were able to beautifully blend 10 year old paint on my Camry so it didn't look like a Frankenstein.Communication was on point and seamless with my insurance. And the overall process and experience cannot be beat.Do yourself a favor and just let these guys take care of your vehicle.

I visited several shops in the area before selecting Diamond Hills Collision Center (DHCC). My Infiniti Q50S needed the front-end repaired and the paint color is a rare purple with black overtones. DHCC did a great job and only used Infiniti OEM parts. This is their newest location (the main is office is in Walnut) and the place looks great. Clean, state-of-the-art and the staff seems well trained. They specialize in high-end cars such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, even exotics. Staff was professional and courteous. They always kept me informed of the status of my car and we spoke often. Communications is so important when dealing with a car repair, insurance, etc. To top it off, they got my car repaired in record time. I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Peng and Mimi, I appreciate it.

I was sent here by my insurance company after I was rear ended and sandwiched. They took a month longer than their quote. When I got my car back, they had failed to check or do any engine work. My BMW was left with an overheating issue. Terrible garage. I would never recommend anyone do business with them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

BE AWARE: This business charges top dollar fees and will not work with customer no matter what. Whatever you do, avoid working with Jay. I think there are others that obviously took part in building this business' reputation, but there are employees of this business that wears this reputation and take advantage of the customers. I myself was quoted certain number when when he found out that I am paying out of pocket the estimate more than doubled and had to pay lots of money to take my vehicle back. Please avoid the oc location especially with Jay.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

By far the worst. Gave them 2 cars to work on one took over 2 months the other is nearly 3 months still haven't gotten second one back. They have no sense of urgency or communication. This has been the worst experience. Highly discourage anyone from coming here. Got called a liar by Ray, after I indicated I haven't been updated in 10 days. It s been four months and they said that my car is not placed on a fixed bench yet and that there s one car in front of my car. Consider other shops if you need to get it done sooner.

These guys are the best. They let me use one of there loaner cars for 2 weeks because my insurance company were being aholes. Car was repaired perfectly.

I took my Tesla model 3 in to get an estimate to replace the back quarter panel on my car and the first thing the lady at the front had me do was fill out paperwork she told me to put the claim number claim adjuster etc i told her idk that info off hand but i also said that i wanted to see the estimate first they wanted to deal directly with the insurance company so after waiting 25 min in the lobby a guy comes out looks at my car and says the replacement of the back quarter panel would run around 13,000 for a 1200 part so they are just robbing the insurance companies of every Tesla owner i asked him for a written estimate he told me it would take 24 hours to get that and that he would email me the next day of course he never did i waited a week then i sent them a email thru there website requesting again no response this company thinks they have the right to rob our insurance companies for no other reason then to be greedy it should be illegal what they are doing no wonder why insurance costs so much they may do quality work but its only if they can rob you for owning a Tesla shame on them
