My mom put off getting tires until she had the belt starting to show. I needed tires fast. I had Cooks do my Caddie about a year ago and they did a great job and good price. I called to see if they could get the car done today, Patel said we close at 2:00 on Saturdays and it was already almost 11:00 but was able to get the tires, installed and done with half an hour to spare. Once again, great job guys. .

Love these guys. Always trustworthy and fair. We've always had reliable service done, even with our Range Rover, which some mechanics are not well versed in. Fast turn-around time as well, easy communication.

These guys are top notch Emannuel at front desk is next to none. Honest and to the point. No funny business like some shops. Although a bit further from where I live. I will 100% make the drive.

Flat tire on a rainy day but Jacob answered my call and helped us even on a short staffed day. The shop is clean and accommodating. Grab a snack and play some Foosball while you wait.Thanks Jacob!

My car was having issues starting and a friend referred me. Joe and the rest of the crew did a phenomenal job helping me out. They hooked me up big time and got my car back to me super fast. She is purring like a kitten. I highly recommend Cook's Tire & Tune in Orange for any car repair. They are intelligent and unlike most places don't try and rip you off. I will definitely be bringing my car back to be serviced here again. Thank you Joe!!

These guys WILL work with you. I have an older car and it's been falling to pieces, but they worked down the price of repairs & parts and even went beyond to make sure my car was up and running. If there was ever any further problems, they took a look at the car and fixed it at no extra cost. They're honest, work hard at what they do and they take care of you. I would certainly recommend them. 5 star! Thank you guys!

I was very lucky to find Cook s Tire and Tune. My experience with them was very pleasant. They have great customer service and really go out of their way to help you the customer. They are highly professional. I took my truck in for front-end suspension repairs and Cook s did a great job with helping me to get financing for the job and completed the job in the same day. The work was done very well and my truck glides now. I have nothing but great things to say about Cook s. Josh and Jason are great as well as their mechanics. I look forward to continuing to do business with Cook s Tire and Tune. I highly recommend going to this shop if you need any repairs done to your vehicle. Their prices are reasonable as well. This is a special shop. They are honest and trustworthy as well. The popcorn was very delicious to boot.

Amazing customer service. Jason was honest, friendly, and upbeat. I had a great pleasure working with him. He was upfront about what needs to be done and how much it would cost. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The staff helped me right away. I felt special when I went in for a service. I ll definitely be back and send my friends over.

Fast, friendly, convenient! I went in knowing I needed new tires and brakes, but wasn t expecting everything else, adding up to the hefty bill. Dropping a lot on any car for service work is never fun, but Joe was very nice, genuine, and generous! He gave me a better discount than the coupons from the Valpak, which is how I even ended up at this place! He was very friendly and treated me with respect, not just like a number adding to their bottom line. When I got my car back, there were also a couple of extra touches I noticed, and very much appreciate, which show they took the time to inspect and really be proud of their work! One of my visors and my left front bumper are broken, so neither of them stay in place very well. I noticed right away that both were set back in place. Sometimes it really is the littlest things, that probably took a minute to do, that really show when a company goes above and beyond as part of their everyday practices. I ll definitely be going back here in the future!

Same post as on yelp - Awesome people here. Great prices. And best yet honesty! Now I know it sounds terrible but I've been screwed over before just because I'm female. I might not be a full blown mechanic but I know enough to understand and check things on my car myself. I find it refreshing to not be talked down to just because im not a guy. They took care of both my cars and I plan on bringing them here for future maintenance issues. The fact they are family owned is awesome as well! Support are small businesses especially in a time like this! THANK YOU GUYS

The guys at Cook s Tire are awesome! I came in to this location right after I got a flat tire and they were able to fix it quickly for me. I ve always trusted my cars to the guys at the Fullerton location and I m stoked that I now have them close to my house. I went back in for an oil change and another flat a week later. I made an appointment and I was in and out quick. Everyone there is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The best thing is they don t try to sell you on everything that most mechanics do. They are to the point and recommend what you truly need. I will recommend Cook s to everyone.

The service at Cook's Tire and Tune was outstanding. I called to get quotes for tires. Joe, the manager, provided me with pricing and even texted me with the quotes that included everything for 2 different tires. Joe said he could get the tires within 1 hour. I dropped my car off and 2 hours later, I was picking up my car. I paid what was quoted to me. Joe was patient and answered all my questions so I could make my decision on which tires to get. The facility is kept clean and everyone was wearing masks. I highly recommend Cook's Tire and Tune. This is now my place to go for all my tire needs and auto servicing. Joe understands the value of customer service. He's friendly, courteous and patiently answers any questions you have. Great job Joe and the staff at Cook's Tire and Tune.

I'm a car guy and very nervous about anybody working on my car outside of myself. After reading such great reviews about this place and having it local to me in orange I decided to give them a shot. In my 18 years in the automotive service industry, I never seen such quick great service. They fix my problem right the first time and gave me a great deal. I would trust my friends and family to have their cars worked on at this location.

I took my car in for brakes and a oil change. Jason and Josh were very kind and professional. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days I am glad i found them. The price was very reasonable almost half the cost of what the dealership tried to charge me for the same work. If you need a place to take care of your ride make sure to come see these guys!!!!

I came here due to the good ratings however should have left when they made me wait a while before attending me plus there was no one else waiting. Then they told me they needed to order tire which took about 4hrs. After the receptionist said the driver retreaving the tires had a flat tire and then another person said the driver was dropping off tires first at another location. honestly no consideration on your time and no apologies. Moreover no discount for the inconvenience you need to ask. Workers did good job though but will never come here again.

Blown away by their customer service! I recently moved here from Las Vegas...hospitality capital and I was never treat as great as I was treat at Cook's as a first time walk in customer!! They were prompt in handling my needs,went above and beyond my expectations and their pricing is definitely better then any dealership or auto shop I've been to. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Highly recommend to check out, honest and trustworthy team managed by Jason. He is the man, went in with a long list of stuff I needed to get checked out. Great guys, always want to make sure their customers feel taken care of. They did 3 check ins with me during the 20 mins of giving me an oil and filter change to make sure I was educated on what was being done to my car, and what my oil stick should look like when it has fresh oil, and kept me updated on things I need to consider next time I go to a full service mechanic, and tips on taking better care of my car. They care that you know what to do, and what not to do when owning a car if they see something that could could be a risk when driving your car if they notice something you may not have noticed yourself.

I have been using Cooks tire and tune for multiple cars for tires, oil changes and brake work. The work is always done on time, done properly and been competitive and fair in price. I like haveing a local facility that I feel doesn t try to up my bill by making all types of unneeded recommendations. I highly recommend giving them a try. G

These guys work fast, do good work and the prices are more than reasonable. In less than a hour they completed a full brake service and I have since driven the car half way across the country without any sign of a problem with the brakes. If I'm living out this way again in the future, they will get my repeat business.

Came here today to Cooks Tire & Tune to get a 4 wheel alignment for my 2012 audi a4. Very professional staff and great service, I am glad I was recommended here.

My cars are operating terribly since I left this shop. Before I went my cars were NOT shaking while driving, nor were they drifting. I took both of my cars (BMW & Infiniti) to this shop. The only issue i had was that I needed my rotors turned. My cars would shake when I pressed on the breaks (ONLY). Now, both my cars drift while driving & my steering wheel shake while driving. Again It was NOT, doing this prior to there service. The service here is horrible, I will never return. Cooks tires are also too expensive. For both cars we paid $1000.00O total. I will never recommend this shop & I will never return.

I originally went in for a great deal on an oil change but also knew that I needed tires and possibly brakes. Ray showed me some tires that were on sale and explained to me that he would call me if I needed more work done to my Ford Edge. I never felt pressured to purchase any thing. I highly recommend Cooks Tire and Tune.

They ALWAYS take VERY good care of our cars. I trust their recommendations and work.Thanks for EVERYTHING Jason, Bernard and Jesse are AMAZING!!! They feel like family. Always greet us with a smile. We wanted to make sure my jeep was safe for my teenage daughter to drive and they did a thorough inspection and easied our fears. I can call them with an emergency and they ALWAYS make time for me or tell me exactly when to bring one of our cars in.THANK YOU COOK's for ALWAYS being there when we need you and with a smile and great service!

We came in hearing a noise while driving. Cook s took care of us right away ! We were in and out in a couple of hours ! The best part it was a very fair price. I always come to Cooks they are trusted and amazingly detail oriented !! I will never go to anyplace else!
