Bruce was great. Helped my son with a minor problem. Didn t try to up sell or anything weird. Honest guy. I m now a customer for life. Customer service is number one and something I m always looking for. I actually will pay more for a product if a business has great customer service. Thank you Bruce.

I took my vehicle to City Wide Auto as I needed a radiator replacement. I have been looking for an auto repair shop since my mechanic of 28 years retired. I think I found one in City Wide. I would highly recommend City Wide if your looking for an honest and excellent service auto repair shop.

Don't be fooled that is a fact I have video of this guy on my go pro Mr. bruce is very nosy I have the evidence lol theres no need to be a clown especially when your running a business that just makes you look bad just be careful I promise you! Eventually everything catches up to you. I try to be nice and you do that I'm not cool with it

Citywide Auto Care does amazing work! I highly recommend going to them. They are familiar with European Cars and work on Turbos as well. They let you know all of your options and give you recommendations. Been going to them for years and have family and friend as clients as well.

Found Citywide on Google with good reviews so I thought I'd try it. Bruce and his team are awesome, honest and quality work. I recently bought a used car that needed some TLC to get back in shape. Bruce took the time to look at vehicle and make recommendations. What is the best part was Ford dealership said it needed a lot more work. Bruce fixed what wad needed not what just cost money. Hard to find an honest mechanic, so this a gem. Can't say enough good things.

This is THE auto care pit stopMy my my. What a reception. What service. This is THE pit stop of auto care pit stops. And I do mean care. My family have been going here for some time now. It was highly recommended that I go here as well. Well, I will be going here from now on. I as well HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do the same. If you are thinking of taking your auto in for care, don't even hesitate, just go. Several parts on my vehicle needed repair or replacement. Several needed fluid service. ALL that was serviced & repaired & replaced brought my vehicle to "like new" status. A BIG thank you to Bruce, Russ, and ALL the technicians and specialists that cared for my vehicle. I took my car here after an issue that arose after having work performed at a different repair shop, and after the problem was not correctly diagnosed by a second shop.I had a great feeling about Citywide after speaking to the man working when I dropped it off. They did not disappoint: they correctly diagnosed and repaired the car all in the same day, for a reasonable price. They also investigated the tire light that was on that I was told before was probably just a bad sensor and located a nail in my tire, which they patched up for me and now the light is gone.I ve had many bad auto repair experiences in the past, but these guys are a breath of fresh air. Very nice people who do awesome work. I will definitely be back. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

High Quality work at a fair price! Multiple members of my family have had their cars repaired here. Highly recommend. Bruce goes above & beyond for his customers. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time hassle and money, and just bring your car to Bruce.

Bruce, the owner is an honest helpful guy. Very rare to find in a car repair shop! I'm a full time Uber driver and Bruce has worked on my car many times. He is fast and keeps the costs down wherever he can. His guys Jr. and Edwin are friendly and helpful as well. I recommend Citywide!

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Bruce for a couple of years now. Always up front with, shows you the broke parts, fixes it quick, gives a ride or a loaner, and fair & affordable price. Will continue to come back. All ready recommend friends.

Fantastic job aligning my 1953 Ford F100 with a TCI Mustang 2 custom suspension. Referred by Hot Rod Chavik, I couldn't have been happier with the work provided. Extra stars for a perfect steering wheel alignment, the emblem and wheel was 100% centered.

The folks at Citywide are the "real deal". I needed to find a new auto mechanic that I could trust after moving further north in OC. Checked out Citywide on Yelp and thought I'd give them a try. I have now had 3 of my family's cars serviced there and am absolutely delighted! They are honest, know what they are doing, are excellent mechanics, and have fair prices. I have had oil changes, major tune up, brake lines flushed (manufacturer recommended service), 4 new tires mounted and balanced, as well as 4 wheel computer alignment (one of their specialties). Also had 1 car in need of some significant repairs which we chose not to do as the car was old and we're going to just sell it for parts. They were very understanding (and agreed!). This will be the place I take my cars for service moving forward.

I took my truck in after work to fix an issue with the manual transmission. They told me they would look into it and let me know. I was expecting it to take a few days like other shops but I got a call the next morning letting me know that they knew what it was and they could have it repaired and ready that day. Not only that, the price was reasonable, the staff are very friendly, honest and work to give you the best service they can. It's been a few weeks now and I've had no issues.The only complaint I have is that they are not open on the weekends. Other than that, definitely earned 5 stars.I will be taking all my cars here from now on.
