hands-down this is the worst Chevron gas station that exist. The staff members Annoyed by customers. Pay at the pump never works, Apple Pay never works and the staff are annoyed by customers.It s my fault that I forgot to check the number on the pump but when I pointed out my car (I was one of three at the entire station), the station attendant said she does not know what number the pump are. I went outside, checked and stood at the register and watched Jacqueline as she placed price tags onto items while explaining she would be with me right now. I guess right now looks different for the staff at the Chevron as I stood watching and watching as she completed task despite The fact that a patron was inside the building.I don t normally do this sort of thing, but I was so blown away at the fact that she seemed to want to upset me. I felt compelled.

DO NOT USE CAR WASH!!!Needed to fuel up and a quick car wash before heading to a friends house, was disappointed that there was not a discount on gas with a purchase of a car wash like most gas stations offer. I had a gut feeling that I shouldn't take my almost mint condition BLACK '92 Mustang into a car wash with brushes, and would have preferred a more modern car wash that doesn't contact your vehicle..but I went with it since I already paid for it. As I pull in and proceed with my car wash I notice that the brushes looked to be plastic but was in disbelief. Then I noticed there was barely any soap applied to my car, with my foot on the brake pedal the brushes are scrubbing so hard against my paint, the car is jerking back and forth. So I finish my wash and roll down my window to see the material of the brushes.....PLASTIC. I PULL MY CAR OUT AND EXAMINE...... SCRATCHES ALL OVER AS WELL AS GREASE FROM ALL THE PREVIOUS VEHICLES WHEELS/TIRES!!!!!! So, I spent my whole weekend color sanding and buffing my paint. Some scratches I couldn't get out with color sanding....there went my cherry black paint job. Couldn't even get my refund of $5.99!!! My advice..WASH YOUR OWN VEHICLE!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH!!!We moved back from San Antonio, TX on July 24th and went to the gas station the next day and decided to add a quick wash to our car.We went through the car wash and as we sat in the wash the back of the car was lifted and jolted.When we drove out of the wash we pulled aside (still at the station) and sure enough the back windshield wiper was pulled out.We filed a claim with them right then and took pictures (included).Long story short G&M Oil claims (per their security cameras) that my wiper was not in its home base when we entered the wash yet they refuse to provide me with the proof. Nina Figueroa who has been my contact with G&M Oil suggested I contact local authorities to request for the video proof. After contacting the Orange PD I was advised to file a civil case against them or contact my auto insurance so they could attempt to acquire the video proof G&M Oil claims to have. The officer said if indeed they have the proof they should simply release it so that we can all move on, yet it seems interesting that they are fighting to provide the proof!Long story short DO NOT USE their car wash!!!!

Very clean and organized the staff is friendly and helpful especially jose would hire this kid in a second thanks for making our day

Every time I go there the doors are locked waited for their break to be over watched 20 people come and go if everyone got 40 in gas that's $800 and that's only a half hour way to care about your customers just wondering if any other store in America closes its doors so an employee can take a break

If you are going to enter the store, wear a mask because otherwise the workers will throw you out of there with a bad temper. I know you should wear a mask but they shouldn't treat you badly because you forgot to put it on, very bad attention from the workers...Si van a entrar a la tienda lleven mascarilla por que si no los trabajadores te botan de all� con mal car�cter. Se que se debe de llevar mascarilla pero no te deben de tratar mal por que se te all� olvidado ponerla muy mala atenci�n por los trabajadores ...
