Really great service! I was burned by another indie BMW shop, and took my car here after that. They understood my problems, were able to communicate them to the technician and helped me out on the cost, which I thought was going to be much worse! I know my car was a headache for them but they treated me professionally and with good communication. Thanks to Francis, Sam and Hector--all GREAT GUYS and they worked extra to make sure my problem was solved and car was fixed.

I had a really bad experience with this mechanic shop. I went in for a simple repair that I was expecting to be quite affordable. They ended up quoted me nearly double what other shops in the area were charging for the same repair. On top of that, they recommended parts that I absolutely did not need. I would absolutely not recommend this shop to anyone. Use caution, if you use this shop.

The guy did both my autos. One was a modified Trans Am that a lot of places don't even like/refuse to do. However, he had me out of there in 10 minutes because he actually knows what he is looking at and knows what is legit or not. My other was an '88 Chevy S-10 that needs to be put on the rollers, it failed the first time from a hole in the tailpipe (no charge!) and he told me why and sure enough there was a hole I didn't see leaking exhaust. I repaired it at home with a new pipe, took it back and passed with flying colors. Some techs won't even tell you why you failed, or are vague, this guy gave me correct info and was pro. Anybody going negative on him is blaming him for their own uninformed opinion. Fair prices, outstanding service.Service: Smog certification

Love this place! Always bought gas here and used them for smog check a few times, but had never used them for auto repair until this past year and they've been excellent. Repairs are reasonably priced and they've been very good about getting me in and out quickly. Mechanics are nice too feels like a family owned joint. If you're looking for a permanent shop that won't rip you off these are your guys. Thanks!

Hi have used Chapman Mobil Auto Repair for a few years for oil changes smogs etc. However last week our car would not start and I had it towed there thinking it's an old car and we would probably have to junk it.Pedro look over the car and it was the starter that had gone back. They replaced it the same day and it cost almost nothing.Love this place and their honesty. I highly recommend them for anyone that is needing a great (honest) mechanic.Jay

These guys are great! Saved me having to call my insurance for a tow truck as they came to pick up my wagon when the starter quit. Fast service, solid work and great value. They explained what I needed and even advised about a belt that was worn out. Keep up the great work!

I ve gone here a few times over the last few years. Usually the best service with good work but after my oil change today I got in my car to come home and I noticed the passenger side of my car. The seat was covered with black, I don t know what! I prayed all that way home it wasn t grease. After an hour of scrubbing, 90% came out. It s got permanent stains and I recommend never trusting this garage with your car.

We had the Lexus dealership try to tell us to fix a 3rd brake light would be over $300 and when I asked if the bulb could be replaced for cheaper, they said no, the whole part needed to be changed out. I went with my instinct and left. I got a second opinion here at Chapman Mobile Repair of Orange and they took care of it in less than 5 mins for a new bulb that cost me less than $20. I have to say that I'm so happy with the HONEST and quick service. Thank you so much for saving us $300. We will be bringing all our cars here in the future!

Brilliant Mechanic, Manager Sam & all the people are friendly.Had a noise when I take a turn and when put it to reverse.I took my car to other several places and they couldn't fix it, they just charged me. These guys fixed it in a short period of time and works just fine. I recommend this place. Good Service!

Mechanics seem nice whenever I showed up there and even gave me a free check up on my vehicle. But whenever he found out what theIssue was he called AutoZone and got the quote on the price and told me just for the part was threeHundred and with labor and everything it would be close to 1000 and dropped it down to 750 for me. I told him I would come back when I had the money, so I went to AutoZone picked up the part and do the entire job for under $50 myself. They are just scam artist there and I would never suggest going to anyone.

Do not use allow them to repair your car. They are the definition of shady repair shops... They told me things were broken, that weren't broken when I got a second opinion. When I brought it back to them to question it again, they turned their backs and said to deal with someone else. The speak spanish in your presence, making you feel very uncomfortable. They tried to take advantage of an innocent person

Bad service. The people that work there some of them are too lazy to even do the job the right way. They cheat on you on the prices. Not a good place to take your car to get fixed there's other better one.

I am in a wheelchair and the manager asked me to leave and never come back. I used to buy my gas there but now they treat me like I don't exist. I'm pretty sure that's illegal and against the ADA. I'm going to contact a disability rights attorney and the Ada on Monday. In the meantime I'm going to alert the media this business refused service to a person with disabilities.I ask you if you get gas here to get your gas somewhere else. They won't get away with this.

Don't take your Germany car like BMW thye don't know how to repair maybe they can change oil but not engines repair they will make a mess and they don't no how to fix so please don't take I don't recommend a tall sorry . You can by gas but not car repair the maneger Mr Pedro is good but owner Mr Sam is number one layer sorry to tell this all but I know what's happened on me . They repair my car for 4200$ and after one week same problem and they can't fix and last have to give in junkyard for 500$

Drove all the way there as soon as they opened, to be told they don't do smog tests...... maybe take it off your page info that you perform certified smog tests. And also take the signs on the building down that say Smog Test. Maybe the employee was being lazy. Either way, save your time.

So I took my car in to have valve cover gasket replaced, water pump. And they did not do it. I had it have it replace AGAIN WITH ANOTHER company, they gave me the old parts to prove to me that Sam and Pedro lies about the work they had done.. goin to file a law suit!!!!!People be where of this company.

The guy was rude and changed the price on what he said it would be to take a nail out and patch it. He also only plugged even after I asked him to patch it and his response was "then I'll take the plug out and nail back in" don't go here...
