Bill and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and in a timely manner. Had to deal with a completely unprofessional insurance company that was trying to give me the runaround and almost did not pay for my damages. Bill was always there with all the information I needed and was quick to contact me or the insurance company to try to get my repairs expedited. Would highly recommend them anytime you need a good body shop and some honest people to help you out.

Recently had some restoration work done on a 2007 Land Rover.Work was outstanding and prices very reasonable. All work was done with quality materials and no corners cut.Bill Harris is hands on and very knowledgeable and willing to work on older autos - many shops won t.

Please go here to get your body work done. They do amazing work and they are personable nice people. No matter who I met and spoke to, they were all very nice. I would rather someone be rude and do a good job but this place check all the boxes, cool people and their quality of work masterful! Thanks guys

These guys are very professional.they did an excellent job on my new vehicle.i was informed all the way thru the process. My car was left better than new. They treated me with respect and took care of the problem. They even washed and polished the entire car... even the rims! Actually I gave them a chance to work on my car after being disappointed from another shop that I have been using for years whom failed to treat me with respect. Too bad for them...now I have the best shop to go to.! I will always return to them!I certainly recommend them!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Welding

I went in CARSTAR to get an estimate, met with Bill and immediately I knew I'm in the right place, talking to the right person. Bill / manager & partner knew exactly what needs to be done and how it will be handled with the insurance & appraisal & is usually giving me regular updates. He didn't even start working on my car yet, as still the insurance is working on the estimate, but I'm so happy with his great customer service & prompt follow-up!Service: Body & Trim

Bill, the manager was so helpful in taking care of my car and in communicating with me. Liz, one of the workers, even helped me buff out a scratch on my car, which was not part of the damage to be fixed. My Mercedes had bumper and rear tail light damage. They ordered parts and were very patient with me since I was out of state to return for the service/repair work. The work they performed was outstanding! It looked like new again. I had them detail the hood since it had some whirl marks from the last detailing at the car wash and that came out fantastic. The whole car, even though 4 years old, looked shiny and new again! I would highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

The guys who work here are so cool and helpful. They assisted me in welding my dining room chair even though they aren t necessarily a welding repair shop. It was completed in 20-30 minutes and they even painted it for me. The chair looks like new! Half the traditional welding shops I called didn t do repairs or charged more than my dining set was worth. Great service at a reasonable price. They also answer phone calls quickly and are very knowledgeable.

I brought in a Toyota Prius I had just purchased that had been in an accident before I got it. Front end bumper was destroyed but still on, driver fender was out of place, a huge scrape on the rear passenger door. After days of searching for the right people I finally decided to just drive around the auto shops in Orange and I came in a little before closing but they still gave attention to detail and they were very kind, friendly, and certainly gave me hope about the car. So we set up a date to inspect the car under the hood and came back the quote was higher than expected but they reassured me that they could work with me on price. After a few weeks of researching their parts for after market or used they came back to me with a reasonable offer. Long story short if they give you time they ll definitely work some magic.

Had my tundra fix there. Let just say I had duct tape residue on my fenders and plastic from when they painted I guess. Duct tape that residue stays on very tough to get off. F$&&ing duct tape. Also had a bunch of bolts screws and the plastic factory push pull screws for the door panels missing or broken. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. They will hand you a box of extra parts that they can t figure out where they goService: Body & Trim

I had some cosmetic work done on the interior. They replaced the dashboard and rear dash panel. I big job that involved a lot of electrical care. The service was great Billy and Marilyn are great representation of what good service is all about. I highly recommend their service.

Absolutely incredible service. Brought my car in to have the air conditioning fixed, only to realize my entire key slot for the ignition had to be redone (after market key was ruining the key slot). They not only took care of it for me, they outsourced it and made sure to look out with the most affordable price. Also washed and vacuumed the inside of the car and fixed the air conditioning. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they made sure to have everything done for me early. I can t say enough great things about this company.Service: Air conditioning

Highly Recommended: Gonzalo and his team were extremely helpful in advising me on the scratch and dent repair options on my SUV. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. His review of the options and costs associated with the repairs and formulating a plan to make sure i was happy with the product and service was great as well. The work on my vehicle to repair the scratches was very well done and i'm very happy with the look of my SUV. I look forward to working with Harnix Collision and Gonzalo for any upcoming repairs i have.

If you're looking for a place to fix up your car after an accident, you can stop searching. This is the only place you'll ever need to go to. Bill helped me with fixing my car and kept everything super professional. Extremely nice and made sure to keep everything mutual between both parties that were involved in the accident. He also helped get parts that were new while still attempting to price match so the overall cost was still lower. Bill and his team fixed up my car in 4 days and it looks like how it was when I first bought the car. Can't thank them enough. Marilyn was also very nice and helpful as well. If you ever get in an accident, Do yourself a favor and go to Carstar! To any of y'all wondering, I am not related to Bill or was given an incentive to make a review lol, but the service he provides makes you want to write one!Service: Body & Trim

I have used their service twice, first when my car was rear-ended on the freeway, and second to have my hood repainted. When the collision repair was completed it was as if nothing ever happened. There was some frame damage and the rear panels had to be replaced, all perfectly executed. A few weeks after completion a "noise" started and Carstar looked at my vehicle immediately to determine what it was. Most amazing to me is the painting that was done. I have a Mazda cx-5 with bright red paint. It matches perfectly, and that is why I asked them to paint my hood, which had suffered some paint chipping from all the miles I drive. Again, a beautiful match! The owner and staff at my location always treated me kindly and fairly, keeping me informed of details along the way. 10/10 would go there again! Craig gave me an offer $300 - $400 below every other auto body shop. He was very honest and the price never changed even though the corolla I purchased had a replacement door from an accident. The repair and the paint of his crew was astounding and I almost forgot to review it because I forgot it needed fixing! I plan to take my corvette back for after market installation since they do that too!

Everyday I called they keep pushing the finished date on my car. The lady at the front desk is the worst, every time I would call she would always give me attitude. If you want a month or weeks of headaches come to this place. Took my car almost 3 weeks for a little dent in the bumper. Before dropping of my car they quoted me about 5-8 days how in the world did that turn to 3 weeks.Service: Body & Trim

Very nice office, smelled clean , and looked very professional. Bill and Eric were very nice and extremely knowledgeable while my car was being realaired at the shop.. Thank you again guys for fixing my car. I was woried that the paint job wasn't gonna match the rest of my car but Bill reassured me that his staff is top notch and not to worry. If i got into another accident i woukd definitely take my car back.

Karla at CARSTAR OC was such a great help. I had to get my bumper repainted because of an accident. State farm insurance works with them and everything was extremely steam lined. I got my car back in about three days and the bumper looks as good as new.Staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and trust worthy.Thank you!
