We really needed tires, but we kept putting it off. After a really bad experience while driving, we decided to bring it into Big O Tires in Orange because, quite frankly, Isaac was very nice over the phone with answering all of our questions over the phone! We did call a few shop around our area, but no one really wanted to check stock, or their prices weren't reasonable. Upon arriving at Big O Tires, Isaac greeted us immediately. Walked with us to the service desk, and we had 2 estimates within 10 minutes. We went ahead and agreed, and even though Isaac offered to call a complimentary lift ride for us, we decided to walk around the area while they worked on our cars. Quotes for the tires were reasonably priced, and as far as service goes, we can't complain. We got tires the same day, a day before New Year's Eve. I'm even shocked Isaac pulled this off! Absolutely loved the customer service at this location. Everyone was super nice. I will definitely be returning to get some recommended repairs that were mentioned to us! INCOMPETENT LIARS. Went in because of a noise on my vehicle that sounded to me like the bearings were going. They replaced the ball joints, rotors, brakes, tires, and other things and told me they had driven it around and didn't hear anything. Right afterwards, I started to drive and the sound of course was still there.I approached them about this and they rudely dismissed me. I ended up taking it to another place and of course it was indeed the bearings that needed replacing!Completely ripped me off and didn't even fix the initial problem.Just FYI, don't even bother trying to complain to Big O corporate customer service as I called them three weeks in a row and they never got back to me ever!

I had a terrible experience on Wednesday when I was lied to at this place. I went in for an oil change and they never asked me what oil I wanted in my car and then preceded to put in synthetic oil which costs way more than the conventional oil I always get. When the guy rang me up I was shocked how expensive it was and that s when he told me he used synthetic oil and that my car requires it . When I told him that I have only ever gotten conventional oil in my car, he looked up my records and said that at my last oil change the place that did it used synthetic oil which was a lie because I found the receipt from my last oil change and every oil change I have ever gotten and it has always been conventional. He made me doubt myself. So this guy literally up sold me on a lie.Never coming here again.Update: The company reached out to me and made amends with me. I am satisfied with the way things worked out.

This place is amazing. My husband and I were in the middle of a road trip and kept losing tire pressure, causing us to have to put in air constantly. We pulled in and they were SO BUSY, but Isaac and his crew got us in, patched, and out in about an hour. And they were all so friendly even though they were so busy. They are amazing here and we will recommend everyone we know in this area to go to this Big O!

The only reason I went there was because it was the closest tire shop off the freeway where I ran over debris that popped my tire. They took 2 hours to replace one tire. My normal shop will have all four tires replaced within 45 minutes. Bunch of guys standing around talking all day. Worst experience at a tire shop I've ever had.

I just had tires installed on a 1990 Corvette ZR-1. The tires are very hard to find, but they found the and got them quickly. The price on the tires was less than if I bought them myself, and the price to install them was very reasonable.On top of the above, their service and care for my car was exceptional.I will be back next time I need anything done on my cars.

I put a lift on my cayenne and these guys were able to get it aligned, they didn't co plain or make any excuses, they even told me to go drive it a while and bring it back and they will check it for free. I am super happy, really friendly people.

Big O Tires in Orange!! these guys really know what they are doing and very friendly. Gabriel the store manager is awesome!! Fernando did a great job and fixed what was needed and made sure my car was in tip top shape. Thanks guys for a great job.

Fernando was great! - he took care of me like I was an old friend! We worked me in on a busy Saturday and even had the young guys load the wheel / tire in my car. Great service

Horrible.Got an online appointment. Got an appointment confirmation email. Called in to confirm it too but when I get on-site, they said they don t have tiers and appointment is moved to tomorrow .Then tells me that they have the tires at the other store that just 4 miles away. They will get it for me and honor today s appointment.Car will be ready in 45 mins and I wait in the waiting room.It took their driver more than one and half hour to drive 4 miles to get the tire and I waited more than 2 hours to get my car.What a mess.

Fernando was very Professional Thorough and Honest about expressing and explaining to me exactly what my car needed. He knew I needed my car back the same day so he stayed pass closing time to ensure I got it !! To me that is above and beyond !! I highly recommend this Place as I will definitely be going back

My husband took my car to this shop for analignment at 1 pm in the afternoon, they told him it would be done in 1 hour. After not hearing from them we called, they told us that the car needed new tires. How is it possible that not even a call was made tocommunicate it. The tires that this car has on nowwere bought in that place and it has the alignmentguarantee. It s obvious that they don t care about the warranty service.Terrible service

Brought my car in at 11 and got it back at close, without apology. Don t bother setting an appointment, they re going to say that no one actually approved your appointment so get ready to stand around and defeat the entire purpose of setting your appointment! Your tires are actually not available that their system lies yatayata to set you up with more expensive tires. Then they re going to add every option they can without telling you so it s up to you to make sure you re paying for what you NEED. Management can t tell a steering wheel apart from the parking brake, the guys actually doing WORK should be running the place.

Fernando is the man. I have been bringing my cars for few years mostly because of Fernando's excellent customer service. He is honest and friendly. The whole crew is friendly and helpful. It's hard to find a good auto shop where you can trust they are not trying to upsale you. Fernando always looks out for me and assists me. I highly recommend this shop.

All the staff is great! Junior helped me with all the information I needed about my tires. He was very honest and tried to work the best he could with my budget. Dropped off my car at noon and at 4 I received a called that the shuttle was on its way to pick me up. By 4:30 I was out the door with a set of 4 brand new tires balanced and alignment. Car feels amazing. Thank you guys will come back for my tire rotation soon lol

I have been going to the store for years. The gentlemen who run this business from the front counter to the garage have had experience and know how to do the repairs that need to be done. They say if I have any questions to their service they want me to bring my vehicle back to them to reassess. They are concerned for the safety of the vehicle and keep me informed at what needs to be maintained on it. Thank you, Junior, Fernando, Junko and the rest of the crew who care about the vehicles they work on and especially the people who drive them.

I have had my oil changed here multiple times and never had an issue until yesterday.When I went in they didn't have my information in the system, which was strange since again I have been there multiple times for oil changes and tire alignments.I was informed that I don't have the "right kind of oil" in my car. Which is strange since it's a 2010 Mazda that I have been driving for 10 years. I don't see how I magically have never had the correct oil in there. Also my last two oil changes were from this very shop.I'm pretty disappointed and feel as though I was taken advantage of. I guess I can't trust this place anymore.

We were visiting family in California and got a huge screw in our rear tire. We went to the nearby Big O Tires, they were helpful and friendly. It turned out that they just had to patch the tire and were extremely accommodating. We were back on the road to Arizona in less than two hours. The tire has been fine for over month:) thank you !

The guys at Big O on Katella are pretty awesome and have real mechanics unlike some of the Big O stores. It's important where you go as some are franchise stores without real mechanics. I have lost time and money over this issue. The guys at this one are pretty awesome!

Absolutely amazing customer service by Fernando. I had a rental car I drove from Vegas to Disneyland with my daughter & when we got to town, the low tire pressure light came on, after trying a few discount tires that google said was open, I called this Big O Tire location & from the moment Fernando answered the phone, it was great customer service. So thankful for him & the man who fixed the tires for my return to Vegas!!!!

A nice reprieve from having to go to the dealer all the time . Nice to compare and contrast once in a while. Try it for yourself -take an estimate from your dealer for the next visit and see what Big O sez.

They were courteous but I was under the impression that of you bought the tire warranty you did not have to pay to get your tire replaced. I had my tire less than 500 miles and got a nail in it and had to pay for a new warranty and tire tax. Is that normal? I didn't think so. Live and learn.

By far the best service. You pay for what you get and honestly these guys know what they are doing. Trust them. And you won t regret it. Their recommendations to what tires my car needed was to the T. And my shocks were switched out to new ones. Best believe you ll get good service.

I brought my car in for an alignment as my car was pulling to the right after waiting over an hour and thirty minutes my car was finished in less than twenty minutes. My steering wheel was slanted to the right an inch or so, I called them and over the phone they were awesome told me to bring the car in the next morning only to have Fernando try to bs me. After waiting an hr he arrives stating yes so your wheel was slanted, we made adjustments. Long story short my steering wheel is now slanted to the left. I am now trying to make an appointment with another place to fix their mistake. 119$ plus two hours in loss wages, Don t go here honestly. I have nothing to gain from this post. Good day

I had a noise coming from the rear of my car while driving 40-60mph and from what I read it was probably the wheel bearings. I took it to Big O and had Junior and the crew inspect it and it was the rear wheel bearing. They showed me the wheel bearing and they were shot. Junior also noticed my tires were done too and I got those replaced as well. Overall it was a bummer to have to lay down the coin for that but it is my commuter and I'm glad they were looking out for me. Thank you Junior and crew. Awesome job.
