Outstanding customer service at this location with these younger folks now. lolYesterday I was helped by Reuben in a most helpful and professional manner. The company stands behind their brand. In fact my last two visits there have been noticeably rewarding and encouraging. Even something as simple as a burned-out brake light can be hazardous on the road this is an important business.

Changing a brake light became a nightmare. Due to the bad or non training to the staff, I purchased the wrong light bulb and my light switch cracked. The manager on duty didn't want to help me nor even talk to me (maybe the way that I was dressed) worst customer service, very unprofessional,.One less customer for AutoZone in Orange, CA.

This location is actually pretty decent location because just across the street has other auto parts shop as well. Interior is pretty similar to other auto zone I been to.

Today was first time at this Autozone I had a very pleasant time getting what I needed.The two ladies that helped me Nicole and Sarah were very friendly and helpful.I will for sure be returning here.

Nicole is amazing! She went above and beyond and I am 100 percent satisfied. She is so knowledgeable it's insane. 100 will never shop anywhere else for my car parts after the service I received today!Damien was a great help as well!Meanwhile Ruben installed the new battery in under 5 minutes!! Incredible

Checking for a radiator for a friends truck. Somehow the fitting for the transmission oil cooler has been changed. Five other locations ordered up theirs by model, etc., have wrong fittingEdit: 11/9/22The service from AutoZone on this part has been fantastic. Very old truck and still in stock with the part. And stressing, they got the part in and verified it was wrong. Not AutoZone's problem in any way.The policy of checking fit and if it's wrong for older vehicles is very much appreciated by us.Researching and may have an idea, but again AutoZone was great, and the desk who handled this for my friend especially.

I truly appreciate that I can count on AutoZone when I need basic, simple assistance that is a bit difficult or scary for me to do, like purchasing new windshield wipers AND having a kind employee to replace them for me, PLUS having the privilege to borrow their diagnostic tester to find what's wrong with my vehicle, get the correct part and not being taken advantage of from not trustworthy mechanics.Thank you!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone behind the desk and asked what I was looking for. He looked up my part and pulled up the options on the computer, turning the screen so that I could see pictures of them and their prices instead of just listen to a list of random part numbers and prices that I wouldn't have been able to follow in my head. He expertly explained the pros and cons of each and didn't pressure me to purchase the eyebrow-raising most expensive part. He retrieved the part from behind the desk, suggested the best way to install it, and rang me up with a smile. In and out in 5 minutes and thoroughly satisfied with the experience. Far better than spending an hour online trying to figure out whether Brand A is better than Brand B and waiting two days for FedEx to deliver it. I'll take the knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff at AutoZone over an AI bot everyday.

Me and my dad love coming to this auto-zone location. There s this member who s very chill, helpful, funny, and quick. Not sure if this is her name (forgive me) Rocio Pineda now if you need something quick or help searching something fast SHES THE ONE you wanna get help from. Since this doesn t let me give her 10 stars for helping us out I d give her the 10 stars. Honestly she s the best because we ve been coming in 4 times to get parts or replace for our truck. This woman deserves a raise or a promotion, or both. Definitely will come back to this shop and have her help us.

The staff here is just wonderful. I came here because I had a loose connector to my battery's positive terminal. Neeko was very knowledgeable in helping diagnose the problem, but then he really went above and beyond helping me fix it. I had to come back later to try to find a missing card, and he and the manager both helped out with that, too. Seriously, just phenomenal staff here.I actually feel bad because I ended up not buying anything after the shim we tried for the terminals didn't work. But I will definitely be back here again.

Today at 4:41pm I went too purchase a a car battery for my honda civic 2012 and this young man of the name ALEJANDRO MARTINEZ did an excellent job of installing my battery it looked like he was a pro this is just super awesome great job there should be more associates like him it looked he worked there for years but he was just hired THABKS AGAIN ALEJANDRO AND NICOLE IBGOT YIU GUYS EXCELLENT WORK

After having a horrible experience at the location on sycamore, Nicole and Ruben went above and beyond to help me. The staff here is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I will for sure be returning to this location in the future.

This place is amazing. We bought some a/c pro from another AutoZone. After spending about an hour trying to connect it we went to this AutoZone as it was much closer. Jamie politely explained the other store sold us the wrong product and quickly switched it out for us . He even helped us recharge the A/C in the car. We can t thank him enough for his help. This AutoZone is the BEST!!!!

Few weeks ago I came in for a bad battery, car wouldn t start anymore.. Sue and Nikole helped change the battery and were so welcoming! Definitely recommend these 2 ladies for any service. will be back soon!

Amazing experience with the manager named Nicole. She went above and beyond and really helped us with my car problem. Ms. Nicole Sullivan(not sure if that s how you spell her last name), thank you soooo much. You are what we need more in this world. Thank you for helping us navigate around and find a reliable and amazing autoshop to repair and fix my car battery. Mr. Tony went above and beyond and really helped us from Sunrise Auto care. Without you, Ms. Nicole i don t know how else we would be able to get help at all. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. It was not an alternator problem after all, it was just battery still..we are incredibly thankful for you and your employees.

Let me just say the service here is amazing. They went above and beyond when it came to my battery, Nichole and Nico were great along with the rest of the staff. On top of that they gave my puppy all the attention and I couldn t have been more so appreciative of their kindness to him. I have an autozone closer to me but I ve always preferred to make the drive to this location just because the service has always been great since moving here.

Very helpful. Nicole helped me install a battery and even ran some testing for me. Very quick, friendly and helpful. She told me how to install my alternator too which saved me about $400. There is a guy there named Niko too that was also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The absolute best service ever. A team effort led by Nicole to solve my car issues that were extremely complicated. Anthony and Angel were amazingly helpful. We also got a big assist from the commercial manager. I highly recommend making this your go to auto parts store.

I spoke to Nicole first on the phone I told her I needed to return some chains that we purchase a week ago. I gave her the ordered number and store number where we purchase the chains. Nicole told me come on in and we will take care of the return. Nicole said! I will be going to lunch but my other manager is here he s name is Randy he will help you with the return. She thank me for providing the order number and store number where we purchase the chains. When we got to the store we asked for Randy! He helps us and we got our money back returned to my credit card. I highly recommend this store. Great customer service in person and over the phone.Thank you so much for your help! Cathy D.

I go here often with my dad and really enjoy the atmosphere this Autozone has. Nicole is for sure part of that, super cool person with an amazing attitude and motivation to help. It s good service, but I went 3 times and they can t solve a problem, cos I paid there some spark plugs for pickup in Tustin store, I never picked up & now nobody knows anything, are $50 till now I can t recover, is about 75 days now, I don t know what we I can do it, hope you can help me, thanks in advance,

Shout out to Rudy!I came in for a battery replacement under warranty but they were out. I asked if they could have one sent from another store that had it in stock because I was driving on a spare and wasn't comfortable driving too far. Something happened and the battery didn't get ordered. I ended up going to the autozone that had the battery but the employee told me they didn't know how to replace it and the person who did wasn't due to come for a couple hours. I went home planning to go back later but ultimately called the orange store and talked to Rudy and he ordered it. He called me the next day to tell me it was in and he replaced it for me. Thank you Rudy for saving me the long trip to the other store. I have always had great service at this location.
