There was no problem with the tire installation, and they also adjusted the correct tire pressure. Most importantly, they worked very efficiently, which is commendable. But there are black marks on my wheel hub. Although it is not a scratch, I don't know how to wipe it off with various chemicals, and it certainly cannot be washed away with water. In addition, they will replace the tire caps with new ones for you, which is a considerate service. But please pay attention to the grade of the vehicle. The original tire caps of my X7 were originally aluminum alloy, but they replaced them with cheap new black ordinary tire caps for me. I hope they pay attention to the grade of customer cars in the future.

America s Tire is an awesome company ! And their store in Orange is no exception. Busy but personable. Hard working people who ALWAYS put their customers first. And good people tend to come here, too. Oh yeah, I always buy the certificates for my wheels. It s a great peace of mind and very cheap insurance. Has paid off many, many times.

They were able to fix the nail in my tire as a walk in, less than 45 minutes waiting. Free of charge! Great service, will be coming back when it s time to replace. Professional and friendly team as well.

I came here on a Friday afternoon & there were 3 people ahead of me. They worked efficiently & professionally on helping each customer. I visited right after I got my car maintenance done at the dealership because they found a nail in my tire and didn t want to pull it out themselves. They said it was near the edge and looked pretty deep. Fortunately, America s Tire employee (I m sorry, I didn t get his name) was able to just pull out the nail & confirmed there were no leakage. The nail was quite short & luckily did not go through my tire. I m so glad I didn t have to get my tire replaced. Thank you so much, America s Tire.

I want to thank America's Tire for the friendly customer service. Sampson helped me with my new tire and wheel. I had to order a new wheel that was damaged and it came in a few days. This location is pretty busy but the workers are able to manage the high number of customers in a quick and professional manner.

The service is getting more cookie cutter like and scripted, with the vibe, aiming to squeeze more from customer s wallet. On the one hand, they tried to ask if anything else to assist, on the other, once minor request brought up, they couldn t help at all, due to so-called company policy; it s telling, how sincere actually they meant to be.

I highly recommend making an appointment. It cuts the wait time down a lot. They got my tire all taken care of in about 45 minutes. Friendly service.

Gio provided us with the best customer service experience we could ask for. Purchased 4 tires and made an appointment for 8 AM. They had my car in the bay at 8 AM. I got to watch the technicians work through the observation windows. Very clean, very professional. In abd out in 20 minutes!

I had 2 tires replaced on my Tesla Model Y in this location today and it was very positive experience. As a customer, I can feel and see there's a great management and amazing teamwork in this company and this shop. When I made an appointment last night, there's a "Journey Tracker" web page where I can see the whole process & updates about appointment, check-in, time estimates and etc. I loved the fact that a gentleman gave me a phone call earlier this morning, to confirm my order and appointment. The staffs were all nice and friendly, and I got a great help from Robert today. The whole team seems to be super efficient. I liked the fact that they prepared a bay for my car on time and gave me the great short estimated time and they finished the installation of 2 tires even earlier than the estimated time. Highly recommend everyone's tire needs and I'm looking forward to getting other 2 tires replaced here in a few months. Kudos to the team!

Usually get good service from America's Tire. Dropped off van to have tire sensors replaced. Got a text that vehicle was ready. When I got there van wasn't ready. Their two most "experienced" technicians couldn't program sensors. They blamed the vehicle and said it couldn't be done. They gave me two options. Just pay for parts or they can reinstall old parts. Really awful customer service.

I recently had the privilege of being assisted by Robert at American Tire located at 1542 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92866, and I must say his service was truly exceptional. Changing the tires on my Tesla, he didn t just provide a service, but offered invaluable advice ensuring I received the perfect fit for my vehicle. The genuine care, dedication, and passion he exudes in his work goes beyond the ordinary. Such commitment shouldn't remain hidden in the shadows but should be recognized and celebrated. Great customer service. Professional and when I went in 4 tires they didn't have them in stock so the up graded my tires for same price of tires that I originally wanted. Thank You. Plus didn't have long wait but I would make appointment just incase your in a hurry.

I had just gotten a new 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and unforunately it comes factory with Falken Wildpeak H/T highway tires that just wasn't going to cut it for me. I wanted an all terrain tire with a more aggressive look.After doing a lot of research it appeared that my best and only option was the BFG KO2s in 225/65R17. So once I knew what I wanted it was time to find a place that would get me the best deal.I contacted quite a few tire shops and eventually contacted America's Tire where I had the pleasure of speaking with Rudy. Rudy is the man. He's also the store manager so I knew he called all the shots and if anyone could help me out it would be him. I told him what I was looking for and he promptly quoted me a price but stated it would take a few days to get the tires in. The price he quoted me was far lower than any other shop I had contacted especially with the cherry on top which was that he was willing to take my brand new "take-offs" in trade (credit) which lowered my out of pocket cost considerably. Not all America's Tire stores will give you credit or the same credit for your "take-offs" so YMMV.After mulling it over for a few days I decided to pull the trigger and it just so happened that Rudy had already ordered a set of BFG KO2s in my size so they were already in the store. I made an appointment to have the tires installed but then had a schedule conflict so I had to reschedule which Rudy was cool about rescheduling for me.During the few days before my next appointment I actually found another tire that really peaked my interest. They were the all new designed Pirelli All Terrain Plus (replacing the ATR) tires. I contacted Rudy and asked for a quote and they came in less expensive than the BFG KO2s. I asked Rudy to bring those tires in so I could see them side by side with the KO2s so I could make my decision. Usually they charge a small deposit to bring in tires but Rudy made an exception. What a nice guy. Did I mention he's also very patient, thorough, transparent & easy to deal with?So after more research and weighing the pros and cons between the two tires I decided the Pirellis were ultimately the best option for me even before I saw the tires in person.On appointment day, I got to the store & was greeted by Rudy who isn't just a typical manager that works in a nice air conditioned office. He's actually out back in the bay getting his hands dirty and working side by side with his guys. He promptly attended to me and told me it would take about 20 mins to get my new tires installed.So not only did Rudy assist me over the phone & via numerous emails (pretty prompt responses considering he's juggling between front office and the bays) but he actually was hands on with getting my new tires mounted and balanced. It's nice to see that he thoroughly took care of my vehicle from beginning to end.If you need tires or wheels or both, check out America's Tire in Orange and ask for Rudy. He's a busy guy but well worth the wait.Updated 1/13/20It was another stellar experience for me. This was the 2nd time that I've had the pleasure of going to this particular location to have tires put on my vehicles and both times have been great.Rudy is an excellent manager and easy to talk to and work with. He provided me with quotes for wheels and tires over email & ordered them for me. He got back to me in a timely manner and kept me updated. He went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted/needed and on top of that he provided me with the best prices so it was a win win.On install day he made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Matt & Joseph worked on my vehicle and together were able to my new wheels & tires installed in less time than I had expected. The two of them worked in unison like a well oiled machine. Everyone at the store is very nice and helpful.Rudy runs a tight ship and everyone works hard and seems to enjoy what they do. You have a customer for life as long as Rudy & his team are there. First time I was here was to have tires installed that I had purchased on TireRack. Next time, if America's Tire has what I want at a competitive price, I'd likely buy directly from them. They have a good selection of tires, and will price-match competitors.Since then I've been in twice for tire repair, and service has been outstanding. The people who helped me have been very knowledgeable and courteous.

I have been buying tires here since 2018, but my most recent experience here was what really made me like this place even more. I recently went in to get new tire pressure sensors put in. On the drive home I noticed that the wheels were not balanced, so I came back the next day and they took care of me right away for the inconvenience. When I got home, I noticed that one of my lug nuts was missing. I was a little upset at the thought of having to go back to the shop again, but the manager was super nice over the phone and told me that they would do whatever it took to make it right. Upon arriving, they took care of me right away and installed the new nut right away. They cook care of the reimbursement for the part as well as took care of me for the gas for having to come back several times. I have always had great experiences with this store, but this one really stood out. They did not have to take care of me for my time, but insisted on doing so for the hassle. I am most appreciative for all of the staff here taking care of me so quickly and being so kind every single time. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and are always so friendly. Thank you again America's Tire for once again delivering amazing customer service! See you when I am ready for my next rotation and set of tires!

Great service, very friendly. I came in from out of town. They got me in and handled my tire service professionally and kept me updated. The young man even noticed that I had new wiper blades (they were in the backseat and I planned on changing them out later that day) and offered to swap them out for me during my appointment.Sometimes it s the little things that take an experience to the next level.It s the

My daughter was in the area and had a leak in a tire. I knew her tires were getting to point of replacement and it was 5pm on a Thursday night. I called around to a few places and trusted this one the most based on that 'vibe' a dad gets. They took her in and put a new set of tires on the car within 1.5 hours. Fair price and great service. Was so thankful that they were there and open and got her taken care of. Very good experience!

Very good experience. Bought 2 tires there recently. Shows up at 8:40 am. Every bay was occupied, so I thought it may take a while. However I was checked in at 8:44 and they said it d be ready at 9:15. I was surprised ..and even more surprised when I got a text at 9:01 am that it was ready. Super fast and amazing service.

Made an appointment for 7/31 at 8:00AM with a set of tires I selected and purchased online. I was out in less than 30 minutes and was offered excellent customer service. I highly recommend this establishment, cheers!

In and out in 30 min without an appointment. Amazing. Service was awesome, everyone was super friendly, and you really feel for those guys working in those bays in this summer heat.I have a Tesla with powdercoated black rims and they were very good about using the jackpads, and the rims didn't have any marks from the work. Pretty much top notch professionalism all around. They also let me come in the bay to check on the work as it was happening which was very nice.There was a very soft upsell but I get it, just his job. He didn't push selling new wiper blades too hard lol.

I should've reported this place to the better business bureau. Some of the sales people at this place are super shady and the service isnt good and the quality of work isn't good either. They rushed through it and left my tire rim about to fall off cause they didnt put it on right. Make sure you do your due dilligence ahead of time cause otherwise they'll upsell you and rip you off, especially if you have a flat tire. Americas Tire usually has a good rep, but it appears it's either gone downhill or this location stinks. Also, I'd say they mislead you so you get the most expensive tires and add stuff to your bill like certificates you don't request. The pricing online shows a real breakdown and a different story. This place is pretty awful, especially considering I called and talked to the manager and he didn't care about the deceptive sales practices of this place. Be careful.

Went in because I got a flat tire getting to work one morning and had to call AAA to change it out for the spare for me. (They recommended Americas tire for a flat tire repair. Took in the tire that needed to be patched as soon as I got off of work and upon inspection I was told that it couldn't be repaired, needed to be replaced and since I have a 4x4 I would need to replace all 4 tires at the same time. It would cost almost $900 for the 4 tires installed. My dad is a mechanic so I called him for a second opinion and sent a picture of the puncture (very middle of the tire). He said not to buy the tires, it could be fixed. Sure enough I went elsewhere and got it fixed...
