Called and was told 50 over the phone, went in and it changed to 62+ 8 state fee if it passed. He said the price was different for minivan even though I clarified over the phone the vehicle I was inquiring about. When I mentioned I was going somewhere else to get a price he told me to not come back again and brushed me off to leave. Would not recommend doing business here.

Loved the owner who is extremely polite and positive. Was out in less than 20 minutes. Keep in mind that the quote provided doesn't include the $8.25 charge for the certificate itself. SHADY- BEWARE! Seemed nice at first. He let us know that smog test failed and then refused to honor the online coupon but let us know that we could come back for a free recheck. We got a tune-up like he suggested and my daughter went back for the free recheck. When he finished he charged her $80 again! She tried to remind him that when we took the car the first time, that he said to bring it back for the free recheck after we got the tune-up. He said she must pay because the machine is automatic and charges that he can t do anything about that. I went back to reason with him and he told me the same thing, that he needs to charge because of the machine. Because I was upset he said to bring it back when we get the car fixed and he will retest for free. I asked for him to put it in writing and he refused. Is the machine not going to charge the next time? If I could, I would give no stars.Service: Emissions testing

Worst experience I have ever had. Make sure you read the small letters. The gentleman there will not attempt to help or answers any questions and will perform the test even when he knows it will fail. I ended up paying for the re-test and I there was nothing wrong with the car. He was very rude. Go to a different place.

Was quoted $45 for a smog test over the phone. Charged me $67 after test was completed. Said his quote was for sedans only. Could have paid another place that was further away $40 for the same vehicle, a midsize SUV. Won't be going back to this place ever again.

He noticed that the battery was new and he knew the car won t pass the smog test because the battery was new ( I didn t know that) but he went ahead and did the test just to make money, the car didn t pass, he told me drive the car like 100 miles and then you can do the smog test, he could have told me if was honest. Their Hours listing on Google was incorrect. Said they were open til 6:00pm. I pulled in at 4:10pm and they were closed. Make sure you call before wasting your time in driving there.
