Had a great experience yesterday at Advance Auto Parts! I needed a rear brake light and from finding the item to installation, Oscar provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly all through the process. Thank you Oscar for all that you did to make my day better,. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly. Oscar is a valued member and deserves recognition.

Fantastic, quick, knowledgeable service. Brian went above and beyond helping me with a headlight that was out; he even replaced everything for me so I didn t have to figure out how to access my bulb on my own! I appreciated his friendly, helpful service!

We have limited car knowledge and visited because we needed to identify and replace an aftermarket headlight bulb. Brian was extremely helpful and was able to remove and identify the bulb model. They didn't have the exact bulb in stock but Brian checked the inventory of a nearby shop that did have the bulb. Thank you Brian for going above and beyond to help!

Had a great experience tonight with replacing the starter battery in my hybrid. Was greeted and helped immediately after walking in the door and Tyler was super polite and professional. The manufacturer of my vehicle clearly designed the process to be as obnoxious as possible for anyone not at a dealership, but Tyler was very helpful and got it done in good time. He helped me get a good deal on the replacement battery and installed it quickly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Was very impressed with the knowledge, repair tips to make the job faster and safer. Jonathan was great knew the secrets of my car and the project I was under taking. What I thought in how long to complete (hours) took less then one hour. Saved me time and money thank you.

Oscar did an excellent job assisting me with replacing my battery in my 2019 Audi control. He YouTube how to open control and placed a new battery which allowed me to be able to get inside my car since it was no longer allowing me to open my driver side . Very thankful to Oscar !!!

I had a GREAT experience here with Victor A. He was very helpful, patient and gracious. I needed such a simple item and he treated it like it was a big deal and gave the situation great care. All I needed was some wiper blades and he came out to my car and helped fit them on since one of mine was out of stock. He gave me a great inside tip and ;) and I will be going back here for sure! Another car parts store is across the street but I may have been converted over at least while Victor is still there! =) thank you.

I hit the rubber pieces that separate fast track from the freeway. It made horrible black marks down the front of my white Tucson, also blackened my headlight. Your salesperson Julio helped me to select the correct compound clearer. After cleaning it perfectly I noticed the front wheel well cover well had all the rivits popped off! I went back to Advanced Auto store again and asked for silicon and masking tape. It was Julio again who helped me. He asked what it was for and he said can I look at it. I showed it to him and he said we have rivits. He selected the correct size and went out and popped them in for me! Now my car is clean and beautiful thanks to him helping me select the right cleaner and I found out about rivits. He s an excellent asset to your store!

Came in with a dead battery. Oscar helped us find a new battery, replaced it for free and made sure no codes came up. Highly recommend coming here
