Anthony did an amazing job and helped me out with my front suspension and rear shocks. He was friendly, trustworthy and worked with my on my budget. Best alignment service in the area. What other shops could not manage this shop has made it happen. I ve taken 70 AAR Cuda, 06 Charger RT 99 Grand Cherokee, 57 Belair. Other shops set the toe and let it go, this place get your alignment where it s supposed to be.Yes they cost more than other shops in the area but you will not need an alignment again unless you have worn parts or damage that s caused your alignment to be off.

Took my car here twice (for separate unrelated issues) and the people were great. Fast service, called me when work was complete. The one guy even stayed 15 minutes after they closed to give me my keys. They unfortunately close around the same time i get off work but they were able to accommodate me. The price was fair and the people working on my car seemed honest. I was referred to this business by a coworker and i'm very pleased.

New management, beware. I've taken two of my autos to them in the last four years for three different repairs and although the price was a little high I was 90% satisfied.I went in today and asked that they align the front end to eliminate the shaking on the freeway. They wanted to completely rebuild the front end, replace the steering box and replace brakes and shocks all around. Of course this would solve the problem but they tried to sell me things that were not necessary. I went to another alignment shop and their estimate was a quarter of Accurate's estimate. Apparently their new business model is to sell whatever they can get away with rather than just solve the problem. If I had not known better they might have gotten away with it this time. No customer loyalty. Do not go to them if you need a simple problem solved.

Thanks Chris for all your great service and expertise in working on all my cars. We have had nothing but excellent service and extremely courteous. He has done all the under the car work on our 2005 E500 Mercedes, our 2009 RX350 Mercedes, and our GMC Sierra Pickup truck. Definitely recommend Accurate Alignment & Service.

After having frustration with the dealership, I took my car to these guys. They were able to realign my car and tell me the new set of tires had a bad one which was causing the drift to the left. I would recommend taking your vehicle to specialist like these guys. They are cheaper AND BETTER!

I take all my cars here even though I moved further away. These guys get the job done right and are great to deal with. It's a smaller shop so call ahead and schedule an appointment.

BEWARE! So I took my 2005 Mercedes SL500 for alignment after calling and confirming that they are capable and able to work on this car because its recommended that it be done at the Dealer. After all, they only specialize in Alignments. After the service, I drove off and noticed right away the car was pulling hard to the right and steering wheel crooked. The alignment was much worse after the service. (He must not have test drove it. It was horrible). I took the car back the next day and the owner, CHRIS SHORT grudgingly took the car and made adjustments. I took the car back again after the same problem. The owner blamed the problem on a leaky rack and pinion boot and became very aggressive and irate, said he would not look at it of try to fix it. I asked for a refund because I wanted to take it to the dealer instead. He literally spewed an arsenal of F-Bombs and told me to take him to just take him to court. I was calm and respectful the entire time. I wish I took video of him totally flipping out with rage. He could not stop using fowl language. This is the owner, mind you. There is a way to deal with situations and there is dealing with them like Chris. I don't think its worth my time taking him to court over a $100 dispute, but its just simply unbelievable that not only will they not take care of any issues if the problem is not fixed, he will probably tell you to get the F**CK out of his shop. SMH.

Just to let you know this is no longer accurate alignment they are out of business it is now some other shop.Three stars as a neutral review

Super reliable and trustworthy service. Decent price and they are very thorough. They even give you a print out with your alignment specs before and after they have finished.

DO NOT PARK HERE! YOU WILL BE TOWED!This is a few words from the letter I let fly off my window when I drove away after visiting the sandwich shop across the street. Very serious from the management here at Accurate Alignment. Don't mess with them - they will make your day terrible.

Had my car there in 2009 didn't realize so a while ago they never did the work they charge me for they never replace the control arm bushings or the Idler arm, the car is only been driven two or three thousand miles
