JD and Edgar are awesome. When I bought my car the previous owner had the windshield replaced at Safelite and it was terrible. Here are the problems with the Safelite install: they used non-OEM glass which made the plastic trim for my lane sensing unit hang out of place, they didn't calibrate my lane sensors when they installed them, and they bent the tabs on my rear view mirror causing it to barely be held in place. When I called Safelite they fought with me about getting the issues corrected. Before I could get Safelite to fix it, a rock took out the windshield and that's when I found 911. They were able to get me new factory glass covered by insurance along with a new rear view mirror and trim. Now my car is back to factory fit and finish. They also did a great job calibrating my sensors. This is the only place to take you car if you want a quality windshield replacement.Thanks again guys!

JD showed up at our house perfectly within the timeframe he told us this morning to fix our chips. He gave us some cover stickers in case it happens again and helped fix our invoice from our previous repair as well so I can submit for insurance. He was super friendly and worked fast. I definitely recommend JD at 911 windshield repair!

I d give them ten stars if I could! I called them, they answered immediately, came out the same day and fixed my windshield on my Range Rover. No hidden fees. They quoted me over the phone and that s exactly what I paid. Jeremiah was super nice, quick, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them!!!!!

One of the best windshield repair.I had a 9 inch crack on my grand highlander windshield and a few other shops said it can not be fixed and I had to replace the windshield but these guys came and fixed it and saved me a lot of money

Do yourself a favor and call these guys the moment you need any glass services. JD arrived and he was a rockstar. He was professional, clean, and through. You can t even tell I had a chip in my glass. Would work with them again!

I had a rock hit my windshield so I called to ask for a quote. The gentleman asked me to send a photo so I did and he said they were just pits and that I can leave them alone. I completely appreciate the honesty instead of trying to make a buck off somebody. Highly recommend using them if you need their service. Service you can trust!!

JD is the best!! He did a great job repairing a crack in my windshield that was directly in my line of vision. After I didn t even notice it was there! I had another crack in my windshield, so I called him again. He told my that the dealership I bought my car scammed me and that it was a crack that had been repaired poorly. He could have just said that he had to replace it, but he s an honest man and is the kind of guy you want to do business with. Highly recommend.

I ve had J.D. at 911 windshield repair my windshield twice in the past year and both services were excellent!The first repairs are still holding up perfect a year later. In addition, the newest chip is almost invisible now that he fixed it. While I hope I don t get anymore chips soon, I can rest easy knowing they ll be repaired by a true professional.I ve included before and after photos of the most recent chip for reference.

I had to get my windshield repaired. Going through 911 Windshield was the best decision I could of done. JD was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He went beyond to help me make this repair and process smooth. He provides great customer service and is very professional. My repair was done quickly and looks great. My windshield was chipped and Corey repaired it in less than an hour. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and did an EXCELLENT job.If you ever need your windshield repaired,Corey is the one to do it. 911 Winshield is the BEST IN TOWN. Keep up the good work.

I had a chipped and cracked windshield on a Friday night. At first I thought I can t get any help until next Tuesday, since Monday is a national holiday. Somehow the cracked starting to expand on Sunday evening and I got worried and panic.After couple searches, I found 911 windshield and I send the message via google and was hoping someone can get back to me, even though I know is a Sunday night. Luckily JD got back to me in a short period of time on a Sunday night, I m amazed!!JD is super friendly and patient with all my questions and he also offer to repair my windshield the next day, which is a national holiday, how generous of him.The repair process is super efficient and high quality. Highly recommend their windshield repair service! Super fast, convenient, reliable and affordable! Had I known them earlier I would ve saved thousands from changing a new windshield from my last experience.I got a chipped windshield from the rock on the freeway on my brand new car. Gave JD a call and he came in half an hour with EAT text message notification. He helped me dealing with the insurance too. It took less than 15 minutes for him to call the insurance, fix the windshield and explain to me how it works!Highly recommended! Fast, convenient and quality service!
