The moment I met the family at RC Empire, I did not hesitate to choose them for repairing my vehicle. I was rear-ended pretty bad that I couldn t even stand looking at my car. Isaac and his sister Emelyn were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Their father did very well in raising hard-working mechanics! I appreciated the fact that they are a family-owned and ran business. Business is much more one-on-one and communicative. They went above expectations as they even removed a scratch that experienced body shops couldn t even remove!! I was surprised that they went out of their way to remove it and even clean my car inside-out! I will forever bring my car here for routine check-ups and repairs. I have even recommended this shop to family and friends!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Wheel alignment

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at RC Empire and I cannot say enough positive things about their work. From start to finish, Tony went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I dropped off my car, Tony made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and was always available to answer any questions I had. Amazing work they did on my car. I was speechless when I saw my car repaired. The body and paint were damaged before they fixed it and not only did they fix it but it came out better then before. I own a 2002 Porsche Boxster in Guards Red, which you know how red paint Fades over the years. RC Empire is a family establishment that you could put your trust in to handle even your most prized possession and know that is going to come out great. I've used them twice for paint work as the clear coat started to peel and the car looks like new. Value for dollar integrity are what these people are all about. I took my car to them two months ago after getting hit by a truck while parked. They provided great customer service, were prompt, and helped me figure out how to deal with the insurance. Both my husband and I had some dents and scratches on our cars. This family business did outstanding work. Ours cars look like brand new. I have used them before on previous cars. I have always been impressed. They are personable, accommodating, repair vehicles in. timely manner and recommend only what is needed. I've been here multiple times and they have always provided excellent service. Unlike many other alignment shops, they are open to custom alignment specs even when the customer's specification is far outside of the manufacturer's. Great service! My car looked horrible after the hit and when I got it back from RC Empire it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. The staff there is super nice and helpful, they did everything so quickly and made it so much easier. I have taken several vehicles here including bringing my brothers from Temecula the service is outstanding the collision department is amazing they made my car look brand new. I took my Toyota Venza 2009 to get painting done which came out like BRAND NEW. Before taking my car, Antonio told me that they also offer tire and alignment service if I was interested. So, to save me a trip I decided to get my car checked. Tony, a very knowledgeable and helpful person told me I needed two tires and an alignment done. After leaving from the alignment shop I noticed a major difference when driving my car. I never thought of the difference it makes when aligning or replacing tires to your vehicle. Issac and his family are the absolute best! They were straightforward, honest, and very amiable. I was hit and run from the rear left. the damage was so significant that i had to have it towed. i was quoted 6000- 7500 from other shops for the repairs. My mechanic recommended RC to me so i had it towed from the other shop to them. Issac quoted me $3922 for the exact same repairs with all new parts. It was towed in on Monday and i had it back on Friday. When I got it back it looked perfect and they even did a complete interior and exterior detail. I will never go anywhere else and recommend all of my friends and family. THANKS ISSAC!!!!!

ALIGNMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED. I brought in brand new coil-overs to be installed and get the 05 F150 aligned because I had brand new 35" Toyo Mud Terrains installed the day before. The truck was fine when I first brought it in. It now pulls hard to the right. I've taken it back twice and still no resolution. ALIGNMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

You cannot cancel BMW orders once the order is placed. Even if you try to cancel 1 minute after the order was placed. We explained that to you and you said ok. If you don t believe me callBMW of Monrovia and ask them. We said the order can take up to a month to arrive. It arrived in 13 business days. How are you lying and saying you canceled 2 weeks ago if it has not even been 2 weeks since the order was placed.Service: Body & Trim

Those guys are great. They did a terrific job for the price and had my baby looking brand new. I'd recommend them for any body/paint work.

Came here to get my tires replaced and I absolutely love this place!! Not only were the prices great but the staff was very knowledgeable on specific areas in my car that need immediate attention.Would definitely come back for the pricesDEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
