I never beat around the Bush when it comes to service and what I have chosen to do and regards to the reviews. But I truly need to stress out the importance of having good customer service and today's data age. But I have found yet another here at the Valvoline oil change. It is unbelievable. It is the equivalent of buying a Burger which I don't like but using that as an example. But it was quick and Christian here this morning. Just totally blew my mind by how professional and courteous. A youngster could be in today's society which I am very appreciative. It's sure sounds and looks like you have good management. I would definitely recommend coming here and Christian. Thank you for being just a good experience. In my opinion, you deserve a promotion.

I am now a true believer in Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I went to the Valvoline shop located in Ontario, CA and was very impressed with the courtesy and promptness of the staff as well as their expertise and knowledge of my vehicle. The service was prompt and I will definitely be returning with my other vehicle. And the price was much less than what I had paid to a competitor. I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil change and guarantee you'll be very pleased you took your car to them for service.

Great customer service, quality work, they give me options & suggestions. I never feel pressured by them so I like that & I don t have to get off my car while I m there. The location is convenient for me it s right off the freeway, there s normally no wait time, so overall great experience here in Ontario.

This place is trash horrible techs stripped my engine screw was down there for 40 min the. Comes to tell me whoever I took it too last must have stripped it! You throw a unif and some goggles on a clown and think he s a tech smh j cats

Great staff! Not pushy unlike jiffy lube -__-.. I will be returning back as a loyal customer. Very welcoming I wish I got the names of the 3 employees that help me out. (Even though it s my work truck they were very helpful.) stay blessed.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is off to a terrible start, especially considering this location just opened. Charging $117 for a simple synthetic oil change on a 2009 Ford Focus is insane and out of touch with the community's expectations. With prices like that, I doubt they'll last long in this area. It's a shame they're not more competitive and customer-friendly.
