go here if you want them to give you the runaround for weeks about why they can t complete your service and then mess up your car and. I would recommend traveling the extra distance to any other dealership in the area

Engine oil leaking after maintenance service. I tried to contact them during business hours but can t reach to anyone in service department. I am still waiting for someone to contact me.

I've been to many other subaru service departments all up and down CA because I travel for work, this one is by far the worst. I bought my car here at ontario and have had the worst service here. They make appointments and promises that they can't keep, and I see a new person every time I go, so no one seems to know whats going on there, They can't keep any service employees more than a few months. Other service departments at other subaru dealers seemed to have it waaaaayyyyy more dialed in and have way better service and more knowledgeable staff, avoid ontario service department at all costs

Worst dealership service ever! Paid for an overpriced complete service. They let me drive off their lot with an old battery full of old overflowing acid. And it died shortly after. They never checked it! Had to buy one from AAA when my car broke down! They didn t even offer to credit us for bad service! NEVER again!

!!!!!!!They charge $1300 for a new Key!!!!!!!!!DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERI have a 2016 Subaru Outback Premium with the key in the ignition. Unfortunately, I lost all of my keys and got a quote from Subaru of Ontario of $650 for the first key without an original key, and $200 for the second key. I had my car towed to this dealership and requested two keys. However, when I went to pick up my car, they insisted on charging me $1300 for the first key. This price was not what we had initially agreed upon, but they claimed the work was already done and refused to let me take my car elsewhere, even though another dealer had quoted me $600.I am now regret I didn't read reviews before came to this dealer. Please read all those horrible service reviews before you came.

I needed my fuel pump replaced due to a recall. They had Mr come in to replace the pump then say they don't have it. Never order the part, ans never answer the phone. I do not recommend. Unless you want your time wasted.

Leave happy with your new car until there's an issue. You will never get any work completed with the service department here, good luck. The minute my lease is up they can have their car back. Service here is horrible. My vehicle has been there for one week already and the only times i have gotten any update is when i am able to get through to someone on the phone which is almost impossible. Horrible customer service.

I scheduled an appointment for my wrx for a faulty battery a week in advance. I waited 2 hrs for a diagnostic to be done to inform me that I was correct about the bad battery. They then told me that they did not have the battery in stock even though when I called for an appointment I told them that the battery will need to be changed. Now I have returned to change the battery 4 days later and I am still waiting over an hour for a battery swap. In total I have wasted almost 5 hrs for a simple battery swap. Consider another place for service unless you want to drop it off and come back. I'd prefer if they would hand me the battery and let me complete the 5 minute job in the parking lot myself. The only redeeming factor is Sara the service advisor who was very kind.

I brought in my 2013 WRX STI due to an engine issue and Clay and his team performed an inspection/diagnosis/teardown. I suspected that the work/parts might possibly be covered under the extended warranty and Clay and his team confirmed this was the case. After confirming the issue Clay and his team quickly got to work and kept me updated the throughout the entire process with the work to be done and any necessary parts I would need that were not covered under the warranty. While doing the teardown it was determined that I needed a replacement clutch and a few other items which were installed as well. I had very many questions and Clay and his team were very patient with me and answered all of them quickly and professionally. On top of the great and quick work they did Clay reassured me that if anything seemed wrong or off to not hesitate to contact him. All in all, I could not be happier that I have my Subie back and in such a timely manner considering the severity of the issue involved.Services: Transmission, Engine repair
