This is by far one of the BEST shops we've used. Luis is a lifesaver. They work on our company fleet of 8 trucks and cars and we have never been let down, actually exceeds my expectation. Best customer service, professionalism, TRUSTWORTHY and just all around nice guys over there. We are a customers for life and would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your auto needs.

Luis Garcia is a kind soul. He repaired the air conditioner for our family truck two or more years ago and I am just now posting the review! The 1999 truck needed some work again so I suggested to my mother she go back to see him,, although my mother is on a fixed income and the truck being so old she decided not to get the work done,, but I felt empowered to share the quality of Luis's work.His work is "built to last" because the air conditioner still works like a champ! Thanks Luis love (because we are all God's loves) and God Bless you more!

I love taking my cars to Don Luis. He is always honest and leaves my cars running 100% takes to him, and his team I come from San Bernardino for service.

Reliable place very honest I been taking my car to Toyota for a long time. Thinking they where honest and making sure my car was up to date. But I was so wrong took my car to Toyota had everything check had sevice done got the ok paper. My car broke down the 3 day if it wasn't the good year shop I would had paid so much money to repair it . They fixed my car the same day very honest great work. This is a happy customer will sure come back for future service. Toyota let me down never again will I have them fix my car .

Overall, very satisfied with services completed to my 71 Chevy Pickup. An ajustment was required a week after the original services. The adjustment was done without any additional charge. Unlike some of those other mechanics who nickel and dime you for additional work, work that should of been under warranty, Luis honors his warrenties, a satisfied customer.

I took my car to get checked, allegedly he fixed a couple of weeks engine light turns on it was same issue, so we took it back he checked it and allegedly fixed it again we payed. He only reset check engine light so again the check engine turned on so we took it back and I guess he was having a bad day and started being very disrespectful. He told us he's not cooking burgers which I don't know what he meant by that we didn't by that we didn't take him meat we took him our car. Stay away he does not honor warranty.

They charge $65 for a smog check and keep only $25 if it doesn't pass. I asked why so much, manager said that's what I want to charge. A bit pricy for me for a smog test.

Took my car there for warranty repair work and was told it would be one day which turned into 6 days and when talking to them they kept telling me one more day with the same thing being wrong no new things and customer service sucks I would call to check if it was done they would tell me to quit calling and that if I didn't like it I could take my car somewhere else then told me that they did the work with out getting authorization from warranty service it's just not good all around
