From the very beginning, I was greeted with open arms, firm handshakes and PURE honesty. David, Curtis and Henry were all in on exceeding my expectations and I couldn t be happier. I just bought my dream car. My 2019 Volvo S60, came with 4 years of warranty from the previous owner through Volvo themselves which I didn t learn until recently and that alone made things even greater after I was already satisfied. i highly recommend this place, give David a call and he s got your back!!

A must place to buy a car, my wife walked on the lot a couple of days ago Danny and Curtis helped her. She asked a million questions and without an attitude they answered them all. They had an Acura we wanted so we came back today so I could test drive and see the car during the day. Now these sales guys did answer all my questions about warranties to car fax questions. Curtis and Danny were patient and understanding. They left us alone, did not pressure to buy, did not hound me which is the one thing I hate about sales people. They were super friendly and I would totally recommend anyone coming to buy a car. Also friendly finance guy David helped me with the contract questions and helped me get a better rate.

Curtis is the nicest and most honest salesman I ve ever met. He is very friendly and outgoing. David the money man that can get you financed is just as friendly and honest as Curtis. As you walk in, Curtis and the whole management were such great people. Loved the customer service right on the spot. They helped and worked really hard to get what we wanted. Very family friendly. Feels like as if we were best friends haha ! Come swing by and check them out , you ll love them !

Prestige Auto sold me a vehicle that has a totally damaged transmission and had been involved in a accident, neither of which facts were disclosed at the point of sale. 10 days after the purchase, the scary juddering during acceleration and various noises the car makes lead me to bring it to a shop. There the diagnostic test reveals two TRANMISSION ERROR CODES that explained the juddering. These codes didn't show up during the test drive. I had to pay $3,760 to replace the transmission right there because the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive. Even now, this car still makes a loud braking noise, like waking-up-the-entire-neighborhood-loud, which I still need to work on.Should I have requested a Carfax at the POP? I did, but Danny "informed" me that "no one uses Carfax anymore" (?!?). When I persisted on getting some vehicle maintenance record, he promised to get it to me the following Monday. But he never did. I kept reminding him every few days until I realized that there's no reason for such a delay. I ordered the Carfax myself, and found out about the accident he was trying to hide. When confronted, Danny became unreachable by text or phone.Not only I'm now stuck with a huge debt on a broken car, I have experienced tremendous stress during the month and a half following this purchase, trying to figure out on my own what's wrong with the car, bringing it to a safe condition, attempting to ask the business for money back while also finding alternative transportation for my day-to-days. An experience that would not be forgotten for a long time!

Unfortunately, I have to edit my previous review. I was asked for my first review while sitting in the office immediately after purchasing my vehicle. However, I am editing my initial review because, this dealership sold me a lemon. The car is currently at the mechanic with thousands of dollars of repairs needed. I emailed the owner and never got a response and I spoke with the manager Richard who was so rude and told me, over the phone, what he thought was wrong with the car, and that it would only cost about $200 to fix!?? How would he know without ever looking under the hood? Curtis, the salesman who sold the car to me, talks over you and doesn t listen. I feel so stupid trusting these people.

Bought a 2016 Range Rover from them. Took it home and realized the heater wasn t working so I called them and they said they will take care of it. I took the car back to them and they said it will be a while for the part to come in so I drove back out there to get the car until the part arrived. When the part came in, I told them to just give it to me and I ll install it myself and they said ok. A couple weeks ago I got a message stating the part they ordered was incorrect and they will order the right one now how could they know it was the wrong part only after I told them I would install it myself? That s a red flag because for all I know they returned a dealer part and bought a cheap one off Amazon or eBay to replace it with. Next issue is that the front suspension bushings are all completely worn and the car makes a very bad thumping sound when going over bumps. There is also an outstanding recall on the car and I believe they are legally on the hook for selling it without repairing it. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they place me on hold, don t respond to text messages and now they straight up refuse to answer my calls. What I thought would be a trustworthy dealership ended up being shady and scammy. They also sold the car and stated it had 90k miles on it when it really ended up having 92k miles not sure why they lied about that. Last, I took it to Land Rover for a thorough inspection and they said the coolant was topped off with MOTOR OIL. Thankfully it didn t mix enough but I still had to flush the entire system.Ready to take legal action against them for selling me something they slapped a bandage on. Prestige auto is a joke and I would not recommend this dealer. The other negative reviews on here are not lying. They are your friend until you pay them. Once you drive off the lot, good luck getting ANYTHING done

Outstanding and friendly service.Military friendly!I just moved to the area and Curtis and Danny talked to me about the car for 2 weeks leading up. The communication and support were excellent.Curtis met me at the door and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.Happily Not like any other car buying experience I ve had.

Curtis was great. Had a bad experience at another dealership where they lured me in based on an Internet price and then wouldn't sell me the car without all the unnecessary "dealer add-ons". Curtis took care of us on the price to get in our budget. We bought the tint add on and he recommended the extended warranty but was ok when we declined it. Because he sold us only what we saw value in we will be back to talk to him about a car for my sister-in-law in a few weeks.

I seldom take the time to compose reviews, but my recent interaction with Prestige Auto has prompted me to share my rather unfortunate experience, one that I believe warrants attention.I found a car I liked and contacted Patty from the Internet sales team. She was quick to respond and answered my questions well, which was a good start.As my interest in the vehicle deepened, I decided to arrange a third-party inspection for added peace of mind. The inspection was scheduled for a Friday, and by the following Saturday, I had the comprehensive inspection report in hand.I reached out to Patty on the subsequent Monday. I detailed the findings of the inspection, which included the discrepancy in mileage by over 3,500 miles, the presence of dirty oil, and the necessity for new tires. Patty, in her usual prompt manner, assured me that she would discuss these matters with her manager, David, who would then contact me.Here's where things went wrong. David didn't get back to me all day. I even sent a reminder through Patty, but he still didn't respond. The next day, he finally emailed me in the morning and promised to get back to me soon.I waited for hours, and when I asked Patty when I could expect to hear from David, she didn't know. It wasn't until 3:39 p.m. that David finally emailed me to say, "Sorry, the Audi Q3 you wanted just got sold."It became abundantly clear that he had no intention of continuing negotiations with a customer who had taken the initiative to have an inspection performed and had raised legitimate concerns.In a nutshell, my experience with Prestige Auto was disappointing, especially with how they handled communication and negotiations, especially David. I hope this review helps them remember how important it is to treat customers better.

The experience I ve had at this dealership is horrible. I purchased my car less than a month ago and within the first week I had some issues. There was a leak coming from the engine cover so I took it to a technician. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he told me that a car in this condition is unacceptable, which leads me to believe that they do not look over or have a pre inspection before selling. When it came time to pay for the repair the dealer tried to make me pay for it! (This is all less than a weeks time of my purchase. ) They finally agree to cover the cost. I left mechanic shop and as I got on the freeway it started misfiring and my check engine light came on. I returned back to the shop and they looked over the issue, the oil leaking affected some other components of the engine. They ordered the part for me and replaced the part, when I called the dealer they didn t answer. I called several times, left voicemails, and text and didn t respond. I waited for over 2 hours to hear from them. I got tired of waiting because I had been there majority of the day. I kept my receipt and went to the dealership. My salesman said you should have called before you left the shop. (Clearly I did several times). I gave the receipt to my salesman and he said the dealership couldn t refund me. I asked to speak to upper management. He decided to ask, when he came back he said they would take care of it. I was told that they would order the part and it will be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I followed up last week asking about the status and the salesman told me he forgot and he had been busy. Regardless, that is unacceptable and unprofessional. During this time of waiting a couple other issues have occurred with my car. I called and spoke to an associate and asked to speak to management over a week ago and they have yet to return my call. I have left a couple voicemails to my salesman specifically about the other issues, but there has been no follow up. At this point I want to turn the car in because the lack of urgency or concern this dealership has shown. This trouble has been all within 3 weeks. I ve tried every change to give them an opportunity to attempt to show any concern or try to make things right. I m a very patient person but lack of communication and sense of urgency speaks volumes.**Update: 4 months later and I m still dealing with the same problem. There s been neglect and avoidance. They have tried to fix the same issue 3 times and. Be very weary of you decide to purchase here. They do not have your best interest!

Had a very good experience buying a car from Curtis and Daniel. Flew from northern california to pick up my Range over Very helpful and polite walk me through everything. Try to give me the best interest rate with the banks? Even give me a ride to drop off a rental at the airport. I really recommend either or salesman

Never in my life have I had such great communication with the members of an auto sales team like I had with Prestige Auto.I spoke to every member of that team while trying to purchase a vehicle and none were ever bothered by my questions, in fact CURTIS would free up time to see what logistical point of transport my vehicle was at before arriving to Prestige Auto. CURTIS kept I good contact with me up until the vehicle hit the lot. Thank you guys. Thank you to DANNY, PATTY and DAVID as well, you can really see how these guys work together to get the right vehicles to good hard working people, just like them.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Liberty from Curtis. I was looking for a good deal. When browsing prices Prestige Auto came up frequently, these guys really do have the best prices in town. As far as Used cars go, we're all scared of dealers... But upon meeting Curtis and his team it felt to me more like a group effort to find the best fit for me. After signing, Curtis gave me a tank of gas and a car wash. On top of that I received new brakes and drums free of charge and even had the windows tinted. These guys really changed my mind about the "sketchy salesmen" stigma and if your looking to buy a car dont hesitate to stop here first. Won't find better prices....

I went to have a look at a car from an Internet add there What I found was a really awesome inventory of attractive pre owned vehicles at reasonable prices.. and the one I drove home in has drastically improved my daily life. Huge thanks to Danny in Sales and David for an awesome transaction.

My wife and I went here to look at a porsche panamera that we were interested in. We worked with Curtis, he was very professional and a true master of car sales. He knows everything about this process and made our car buying experience extremely easy. Usually when ypu go to butler a car you are there for the good part of the day, we went in on a Sunday at around 12 noon and were driving off in our new porsche by 2pm, this is including both my wife and I test driving the car. Curtis was very upfront and provided us with answers to all of our questions. This will definitely be the place we will go to from now on to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend you check them out if your looking for a vehicle. Ask for Curtis, you will not be disappointed!!!

Purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Prestiege Autos middle of July. Great car! Great price. I had a check already, walked in took it for a test drive and drove out. Easy probably 3 hours with wash and clean. Curtis was funny and efficient.

I read all the posted reviews and concluded this dealership can be a hit or miss deal. With this in mind I inquired about a vehicle on line and received a phone call with in two hours. I scheduled a time and date. The person who I talked with on the phone happened to be my salesman.This dealership is unique since it aimed for those seeking luxury vehicles and those that make a statement. I was seeking a car that had a following of those who profess to be not part of the herd. Well they had seven of these that fit the profile. I choose one of the seven and purchased it.The condition of the vehicle was not pristine on the exterior but the interior was show room quality. I inquired about the exterior and asked why it was not detailed. The salesman couldn't answer my question since it would have made it more appealing. This vehicle was not alone since none of the cars on the lot showed evidence of exterior detailing. I did an overall inspection and found a few items that needed to be corrected. I did not take a test drive since it wasn't necessary in my opinion.I drove the vehicle off the lot and after driving on the freeway for thirty minutes I knew I had a brake issue at highway speeds.I contacted the dealership the following day and addressed the issue. They told me it would be a week before they could resolve the problem. I brought it to their attention that it was a safety issue. With in the hour I got a call from the service manager who said they could take it in the next day. We sent up the time and I returned to the dealership the next day.Upon arrival I met the service manager and explained the problem. I also discovered that the locking gas cap lid was not locking automatically and told him of this additional discrepancy. I also had a problem with the extended warranty.I arrived at eleven am and left at 2 pm with both mechanical problems rectified. The extended warranty problem was resolved and they even extended it by another year at no charge. So want can I say other than my appraisal of this business is they did their job far and beyond what I expected.

local dealership with good descriptions on there vehicles and professionalism.I arrived and was greeted by Curtis and after telling him my needs and future concerns I decided on a land rover discovery.The test drive went well and I purchased the car, they worked the paperwork out fast and offered a warranty at low monthly cost,Curtis clearly explained it and all the advantages, he didnt act like it was just a extra spiff to make money on but being a usedcar I seen it as wise advice in which I purchased.Upon my second day of driving the car it locked up from one of its safety features, police arrived rapidly from the car calling them thinking it was in a accident (awesome feature). I then contacted prestige and had the car towed back to the dealer in which they paid. The Car was then sent to the land rover and repairs began. At this point I understood that theres no way of knowing there was a problem like this and remained calm with Curtis, he said they will take care of it and will contact me later.In the end and about 20 phone calls later and Through all of this sometimes Curtis would answer other times he was way to busy with keeping the business moving forward and im sure he was scratching his head on what to do for me, they could have just gave the problem back to me but they didnt. Its easy to get mad but how would that help the issue.I expressed allot of stress upon Curtis and totally lost the excitement of getting a new car, but he keep expressing that theyare working on it so please be patient, at times I did feel ignored but again he did say hes working on the issue.I then started to really worry since I was starting a new job soon and couldnt use the loaner car they had assigned to me.Prestige continued to work on repairs and at this point land rover said they would have to order the next set of parts from outof country and it could be weeks till it arrives, which I had no time for, so I went back to prestige unannounced to see if wecould change the contract and get a different vehicle for me to be back to work this week. I was then greeted by Henry whowalked me through a few vehicles and low and behold Curtis drives up with a different discovery, so I walk up to him and hesays I got you a new car so you can make it to work, I was totally lost for words at this point and have never imagined a dealershipwould go so far out of there way for just a regular person like myself, (thats business dignity and integrity). We then tookit for a test drive, I called land rover for a service report and everything was just perfect. So we rewrote the contract and Iheaded home in my new car.Im sure its rare for them to have to deal with a car that broke down the way it did even after the rigorous inspection that prestige performs on there vehicles but sometimes you cant see everything and even land rover was at a loss of what was really going on with the vehicle so there was no point to get mad, or curse Ect; at the prestige team since that only makes things worse while the guys were working with me and did provide me with a loaner car during the process, and Im thankful I took the advice to get the warranty even though I ended up with a different vehicle in the end.Through the stressful process I give 7 stars even though usually there is 5 only. The guys will go above and beyond if you only listen and express yourself patiently as it should be done in business. From this experience, I will continue to purchase vehicles here since they have high end cars and the professionalism you just dont get at other dealers. Thanks Prestige.
