Highly satisfied with my experience at Penske Honda in Ontario. I purchased a Meteorite Grey Civic with a 1.5L engine, which was exactly what I had in mind for engine displacement. The staff made the process straightforward and provided a great deal. Would recommend Penske Honda for their professionalism and efficiency.

I called Penske Honda Ontario and spoke with a customer representative from the service department about my cars A/C issue. The rep was very professional and helpful asking me the make and model and then noted to me that the issue might be covered by warranty and helped me schedule an appointment to bring in the car to have it looked it.When I arrived I was greeted by Ken Okimoto who was very nice and professional. I confirmed the issue I was experiencing and he was attentive and said his team would take a look and see if it s related to the A/C parts under warranty. After the diagnostic check he confirmed the parts that needed to be repaired were covered by warranty as well as brought to my attention some significant wear on my rear brakes. The team was efficient and timely in making the repairs. Thank you Ken for being so helpful and honest! Overall a great experience!

I went over to Penske Honda to see what vehicles they had available I didn t think we would be driving off the lot with our new vehicle the same day! This is our third vehicle that our family has purchased from Penske Honda. When I arrived Mr. Alexis Ayala greeted us and was with us from start to finish. He answered all of the questions we had when it came to purchasing our first small SUV. Alexis Ayala went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable asking many questions and looking at the different vehicle options. We saw multiple cars and we really liked that Alexis took his time showing us all the different features each car was equipped with as well as explaining to us what different trim levels had to offer. He recommended the Honda HRV for our families overall needs. The car is perfect and we couldn t be more happy with the car and service we received from Alexis Ayala and the staff at Penske Honda. Once again thank you so much Alexis for making the whole process easy and for showing us around our vehicle after we finished signing. I highly recommend working with Alexis Ayala at Penske Honda if you re in the market for a new vehicle. :)

Thank you to Fred Wilson for the great service you provided me. Originally I went in because of a recall I was informed about. However, I mentioned that I had taken my CR V to Spreen Honda and asked them to fix a simple issue, I was told it was fixed but it wasn t touched. I mentioned it to Fred and had it taken care of. Thank you to Fred and whoever worked on the vehicle, thank you for the honesty. Will always come to Penske Honda Ontario for service!

This is my car to be served by Penske Honda Ontario for the second time. I was lucky that Leena became my service drive manager for the first time.She was very nice and patient. Therefore the great impression drove me to see her again.She still remembered me and answered all questions I concerned. She also found a technician to show me how to tell left and right trunk opener springs. I spent a pleasant time to have my car served by her.

One thing I can say is they Did not try to jerk me around. They were really close to how much a down payment was with how my credit was. They tried to do what they could to get a better deal. End of day what they said was pretty close. I would recommend going to them to buy a car straight up guys.

Financed a 2021 Honda Civic 1.5T a few days ago and just wanted to brag about how happy I am with my purchase. Unfortunately I was not able to get it to the monthly payments I desired for but the manager and consultant tried so hard to get me at the rate I wanted it to be. I am quite satisfied with the car that the monthly payments make sense and seem reasonable. Their team is amazing and highly recommend!

Alexis was great! He helped right away without being overly pressing. I was able to test drive a few cars, and then he got me into the right one for me. Jaime his manager was able to thoroughly explain my options and they both took care of me. If you re looking for a new car / trade in definately come to see them. 10/10 service.

I recently leased my second car from Penske Honda located in Ontario. As always, their exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations and made the entire car leasing process so easy. The GM Kris Kratky and his knowledgeable staff guided me through every step, assisting me in finding the perfect car for my needs. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Penske Honda and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Penske is really my go to when it comes to my car services. Scheduling an appointment was easy: online and just a couple clicks. So many options for available days and time slots. My kids love hanging out in the lounge area or the kids area, mostly because of the coffee machines with hot chocolate. I love it because of the endless coffee. Leena is probably the best person there! Her customer service is amazing and always going above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. The only reason I took a star away was because of the check in wait time. Despite having an appointment, no other cars in line, and multiple employees seeing us, it took 15-20 minutes before being approached to get checked in.

Got my oil change at Penske Honda in Ontario and I was helped by a gentleman named Anthony. Anthony was great and extremely helpful. Everything went smooth and I was out of there before the estimated time I was first given. Anthony also helped me out with getting a great price for my service. It was Anthony that made the whole experience excellent.

I come here for all of my service needs and Antonio in the service department always takes great care of me! While I know I can get work done cheaper sometimes, I d rather have the work done right the first time. The hours are reasonable but most importantly the customer service is on point. When I drop off my vehicle I never have to wait and can go on with my day in a matter of minutes while I leave my vehicle with the experts.When I first bought my vehicle, I really wanted to install a lock in my tailgate because it didn t have one (I believe because of the camera already existing in the tailgate handle). I went to several dealers and mechanics and all either denied it could be done or advised me to put in after market parts that were admittedly easy to break. Antonio with Penske looked into it and this is the only dealer that confidently advised they could do it snd they delivered.Usually the dealership service departments are very mechanical in their demeanor (pun intended) but at Penske you get the warm welcome of a small business but the quality of a high end dealership. Thanks guys. Always an A+ in my book.

He kept in touch afterwards to see how the car was running. So, If you re looking for a honda, Ontario is the best option and I recommend talking to Edgar!!

Highly recommend working with Desiree, Edgar, and Uday from the sales/finance team. Very honest and straight up. Did not play any games with me and the best part of all remained respectful thru the whole process. I ll definitely return before the end of the year to upgrade my 2019 Accord to a hybrid 2024 model. And I ll be taking my car to get serviced at Penske from here on out. Huge thank you to Antonio in the service department for also being professional and very helpful. Took a pic of the sweet CRV hybrid we got from them for my wife.

Alexis Caulderon and his team helped us bring home a car more suitable for our family needs. I have not bought a car in a very long time (5 years), however, this was definitely the best experience so far. I left this dealer with exactly what I was looking for. I made the deal I wanted for my trade in and left with a low monthly payment on my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealer and ask for Alexis, he is very kind and honest.

Getting my car serviced is not a welcomed event in my life, but it is very much needed from time to time. Penske Honda associates are usually very helpful and pleasant. My recent experience was no exception. Your Asst. Service Manager Fred Wilson was quite upfront regarding the needed work for my 2012 Honda Accord. He was very helpful in reassuring me that the recommended repairs would be beneficial to me in order to have a good running car. So far all is great much gratitude to the service technicians as well.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.Where do I begin?I previously bought a brand new CRV about 4 weeks ago, thought I developed a good business relationship here, boy was I wrong.I returned with a trade in plus cash to put down as I promised since I thought they took care of me before.Penske posted a used 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid with 18k mileage for sale on Autotrader for approx. 28k. I immediately called in and scheduled a test drive for that Sunday (2/25/24).I arrive at the dealership and they tell me the car had been hit by another car and was traded in with damages to avoid a report on CARFAX. They let me test drive the car, I said I'll take it. They said it would go out monday to body shop for repairs and when it returns I could buy it. I asked if I could start paper work they said no. Monday they text me, and say the body shop said it will be ready by the end of week, I confirmed and said just call me and I'll come in to buy.In the meantime the saleswoman told me I could get a special 4.9% rate on approved credit check (my wife just ran hers and got 805 few weeks before and mine is similar). When I text her to ensure the rate will be okay on 3/1/24 when the car is back she referred me to text her manager Uday Singh. Uday told me I was mistaken and they could only offer me 7.99% so i stopped haggling with him. When the saleswoman asked if I got it squared away I told her NO he told me a higher rate she waited to speak to another manager and he confirmed I should be okay for 5.9% but If I want to use my Schools First CU to get a 6% rate I can. So I said okay I will do that. They told me "no need to apply with them, we can use them as one of our lenders". After the sketchy phone call where Uday tried to tell me there was no way possible to get below 7.99% I figure the next thing they'll try to do is low ball my trade in. So I made an appointment with CARMAX to get an appraisal so I could go in prepared come end of week.Here comes Friday, the day I waited for. I did not want to bug so I waited until mid day. I go online to autotrader and see the car is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Around 4pm or so I text the sales woman and ask the status of the car. She tells me she would check. She text me back and that the car was back from repairs but they are working on a deal with someone else and would let me know if it sells. I'm sure it sold because I never heard back, and I'm sure they were able to con the poor person into a higher price, or a higher rate to get a bigger commission off him than me.LONG STORY SHORT (if you dont want to read above)DO NOT do business here, they make you jump thru hoops, if the sales rep cant get you, they send you to the team lead, if you get past that level then the finance manager tries.And if you bought a 2022 HONDA ACCORD HYBRID with 18,000 miles with a "clean carfax" just know they lied, I have text messages to prove it and you should report that to the BBB I know my next stop after writing this review is to report those sales practices there and show my text messages and screen shots for proof.I attached photos of the car, the listing, and the final text but deleted the name of the sales woman to keep confidential as I'm sure she was just following orders from her leads. If I could show this information to the GM Kris Kratky I would, but nothing would be done so I'll report to BBB instead.

I was able to make an early appointment that same day for an oil change. Upon arriving, Salam greeted me and I asked him if I could get a quote on breaks. He was very attentive. He let me know all the recommendations that the technicians had suggested. My car was ready in a few hours.

I purchased my brand new Civic touring with Alex yesterday and i was so impressed with not only his knowledge but also his willingness to help get me the best deal!He s the perfect example of a humble, hard working employee and I would recommend any and all of my friends and family to purchase through him! 10/10 Loved this dealership and the fantastic people who assisted me. Typicallyfirst time car buyers feel a lot of anxiousness from what people say about car salesmen but this experience changed my perspective. They were very honest and helpful. Highly recommend Cecilia for her light hearted nature, genuineness, and patience. She really alleviated any nervousness with her fun uplifting personality. Kris was also very helpful, negotiable, and professional. I would definitely recommend to others and return again in the later future.

I had regular maintenance done on my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid , and all the staff there always friendly and when I call to make and appointment they always get me in with no problems on the weekends, cause I live in the Inland Empire, but I work in Los Angeles .
