Very professional, yet friendly service. I feel that my car is being well taken care of. And if you're into holiday decorations, you will find some beautifully creative ones in their lobby on the major holidays. Speaking of the lobby, it is neat and clean and free coffee is provided. And should you need to use a restroom, they are not only neat and clean, but they are beautifully decorated.

Professional, personable, patient, informative, constant communication, quality workmanship, and timely completion.You start with Stephanie who greets you, discusses the issue and sets you up with an appointment - always with a positive attitude.Mechanically you deal with Erick...after he checks the vehicle for the described malady, he calls you and lays it all out...making sure you understand what is involved and what it will cost; seeking your approval to proceed. Any issue encountered during repair will be discussed in detail; seeking approval to proceed. Upon completion you will receive a call discussing outcome. They listen to you and entertain all your questions and concerns."It's a YES from me"

I needed a last minute oil change. I called my go to place and they were completely booked. Fortunately, I found Lupe s Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They also managed to get me out of there at the time they said they would. Which, I greatly appreciated because I had limited time. I m very pleased with how professional, informative and friendly they were. I would also like to mention that they have been in business since 1989! Even more reason to support this auto shop. Thank you for your service. I will definitely be back.

I ve been coming to Lupe s for the last few years and they always get things done! From changing a transmission on one of my vehicles to rebuilding an engine for me on another vehicle. Eric and his team are super friendly and knowledgeable and provide you with causes and options on how to get them fixed. If you're looking for an auto shop that offers exceptional service, honest assessments, and an enjoyable experience, then Lupe's Auto Center is the neighborhood place to go to! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and tidy waiting area, and the friendly staff.I recently went in for an oil change and was concerned about a "Check Engine" light that had appeared on my dashboard. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the code to me in plain language. He even gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs, which was more than fair.Overall, if you're in need of reliable auto repairs and exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. We've been using Lupe for about a year and a half. He has fair prices and the employees are very friendly, communicative and give very good details to my husband about our vehicles for repairs and future maintenance. They're busy so sometimes we have to wait to drop off a vehicle but there's a reason for that because they have a good and honest shop here. I've had my transmission fixed, spark plugs changed, brakes done, battery problems, oil leaks, etc. The mechanic we used before in chino was okay too, except he was rude to my husband sometimes. Another good experience! Thanks Eric!Went in for a wobble in the suspension. They diagnosed it and resolved the problem (pitman/idler arm and gearbox). They also found the alternator wasn t charging, changed that the oil, leveled the front end, and aligned it. Everything was done for a reasonable price and in good time. Took my car in for a diagnostic for loud engine with no check engine light or codes showing on scanner. After a couple hours, Eric notified me of a couple issues they found. The one related to the engine was said to be significant wear/broken motor mounts. I was uncertain if this was the primary issue but regardless I knew this had to be fixed. I was able to pick up my car the next day and happy to see the motor mounts were the issue. I certainly recommend Lupe s for repairs. My only issue is that Parts are marked up about 65%. Going to the OEM for parts would be much cheaper. Perhaps the markup comes from having the parts readily available same/next day vice waiting a few days from OEM shipping.

Lupe s Auto repaired the heater in my 2011 Nissan titan this auto shop deserves 5 stars excellent, affordable and friendly service by Eric who went above and beyond to explain how the system was malfunctioning and what needed to be repaired. Eric even took the time to show a video example to help me see and understand the issue at hand and how it should work.My vehicle was ready earlier than promised and pricing is affordable . Great communication - updates were given by phone call and text . I highly recommend this family owned business of 30 years and will now continue to have my vehicles repairs and maintenance done with Lupe s Auto shop!

I took my truck to Lupe s because it had a small coolant leak. Initially it seemed like the issue was fixed when I brought the truck home. But when I went to drive the truck later, coolant was streaming out from under the car. I took it back to the shop where it stayed for 12 days without being looked at. When they finally did give an update on the car, things were off with the diagnostic. They mentioned a timing belt, when the truck has a timing chain. They also said there was no way to fix the issue without removing the engine (which of course, costs more). This ended up not being the case. Ultimately they wanted to charge me thousands again to fix the leaking which was in the same general area and should have been caught when I took the truck in the first time.In my opinion, their diagnostics are lacking and they have convenient loopholes to not honor their guarantee. Caveat emptor if you choose to come here.

I had previously taken my vehicle to a mechanic and felt as if nothing was fixed on my vehicle. I chose then to take my vehicle to a more modern mechanic shop. Right away I was helped by Erik who explained to me what the whole process would look like. I would receive follow up calls with the work they were doing and any concerns they may have had if any. I felt that they really cared about taking care of problematic issues and not trying to just find things to bill me on as past experience elsewhere. When my vehicle was ready they explained everything that was done on my vehicle and even showed me the parts that were damaged. The price I found fair for the quality of work done and we were very impressed how our car drove afterwards. Distributor replacement. The customer service is excellent. Not even mechanics "recommended by AAA" couldn't find and believe that something was wrong with my Honda. But I was very concerned to drive when my CRV just turned off while running and didn't turn back on. In "Lupe's Auto Center" find the problem and communicate very clearly and truly with me and fixed it. I absolutely recommended their services.

I have been coming to lupes auto center ever since I moved to Ontario in 2017. It is a family owned business of several generations they are honest and take the time to educate you. The team at this shop are top notch! They are very knowledgeable and able to explain all the details of what is going on with your vehicle and diagnose correctly in a very efficient manner. The prices are reasonable and they will never do something that does not need to be done or try to oversell you. I am so relieved to have found this repair shop. Had a horrible experience with another local shop. It was a nightmare & I had to get my vehicle out of that business.Eric and Stephanie were a welcomed breath of fresh air! Honesty, professionalism, clear understanding of the issue, initial quote, and, the fact Eric takes pics of everything is such a comfort especially for women. If anything is not understandable, Eric explains everything thoroughly and welcomes questions! The pricing is very reasonable for the services needed. Stephanie is a wonderful first contact for the business. She is very pleasant and welcoming. Always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend this repair shop. This was my first visit, by appointment.Car was ready the next day.Diagnostic, then fixed a brake sensor, both rear brake lights, cleared my ABS and traction control dash lights right up. Plus an oil change that was due. Everyone at Lupe's Auto is exceptionally honest and friendly. They tell me when something is needing to be replaced/fixed or if it is still good for a while longer. They are trustworthy and reliable. We take our cars to them for everything. If it's something they can't fix, like the tear in my leather, they tell us and recommend high quality service providers. I had Lupe's inspect a used car to make sure everything was alright. The mechanic, Eric, was very professional, explained thoroughly and in plain language what he found in his inspection, and charged me much less than I expected for the quality of service. He also provided a lot of helpful advice that wasn't related to the inspection, but which helped me better understand my car and how to maintain it. My partner was impressed too and will likely be visiting Lupe's again for her cars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

All of the staff were very friendly. Eric worked on my car. He explained issues with my car very thoroughly, and made sure I was informed and comfortable with fixing issues one at a time. He also let me know what I need to fix in the future. Pricing was good. They all work with respect and dignity which I really appreciate. I will definitely be returning to Lupe s Auto Center!
