It took you 3 months for us to wait for our parts to come in and when we received the car as I started driving it I noticed things missing. 3 months is very inconvenient to receive it my car with lose things under my hood & parts missing. Safety hazards like my horn not connected lights missing. Didn t receive my engine cover as well. Customer service was no help as well I had to go in person to press the issue to get answers. If you come here through insurance make the best decision and go somewhere else. These people work for the insurance companies not the customers sadly. It s your choice to pick the correct body shop dont let them tell you otherwise.

I received exceptional service from Liz & Michael - Fix Auto/Ontario South. Took vehicle in for bumper replacement. Michael provided a thorough and quick estimate. He was patient and kind. The customer service and follow up from Liz was phenomenal, she followed up with my difficult insurance provider Geico and ensured proper parts were ordered. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and the turnaround time was within 1-2 days, impressive! Very pleased with the repairs/ new bumper- beautiful! I highly recommend Fix Auto, the team is amazing. Thank you so much!

My wife and I sadly both were rear ended within a week of each other and we chose Fix Auto for our repairs and could not be happier w/ our entire experience. My insurance covered my wreck so it was very swift(State Farm), Liz kept me updated constantly on progress and timing so we planned ahead for our rental. The only place around that would work with my difficult M-F work schedule. Picked up one car and dropped off another 2 weeks later. My wife s wreck was someone else s insurance which was really terrible, hard to deal with or contact. Liz said, don t worry I ll handle it from here. Got the car back, both look like nothing happened. Hopefully don t need them again BUT if I do, I m coming back. Go there people, they re very professional and honest!

they gave my mother a box with contents inside but tried to keep my skateboard baseball glove and football reported to the insurance don't trust this place
