Ordered rims for my winter studded tires 02 Feb 24. 5 days later I sent an email to inquire about lug nuts and if not shipped please charge me and add to order. 5 more go by and no response nor shipping information. HINT: contact PayPal to step in. Got a response the NEXT DAY from the CEO. Didn't need lugs, and was informed that order will ship 'very shortly' Fast forward 2 weeks still no response nor shipping information. Contacted the BBB to file a complaint. No response from Crawford. Contacted PayPal again, they followed up on my case and was immediately refunded within one day. If they didn't have the parts in stock, state that it's backordered. If you have an inadequate shipping department, hire more staff. Stop being cheap holding customers funds and ship the items. Would have given less than a 1 if made available for this review.

I have bought multiple upgrades for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Crawford Performance. All of the upgrade have installed with out hassle and have held up so for great for the last 3 going on 4 years. the Lift spacers are made with a high degree of precision and have a great finish. the skid plate for the engine is thick and sturdy. the rock sliders are tough. I do have to admit i live in an area where in winter the roads get sanded for ice traction and that sandy slurry does sand blast the powder coating. If I had to buy any of these components again i totally would. side not a sticker or engraving that says oil drain plug here would go far. some of the lube techs don't understand how an access plate works apparently... I had a shop pull the skid plate to do an oil change and damage the mounting hardware due to the He-man effect. not Crawford's fault.

I think its time I share my experience with this company...since I'm probably never gonna get the part I ordered anyways. So I bought my Subi around 10 months ago and with in 2 weeks of me purchasing the car I made my first order from Crawford. Had seem alot of YouTubers with Crawford parts on their cars and from what I could tell the highly recommended them. So I put in a second order with Crawford about 2 week after the first order. I was content with 4 to 6 week wait. After about 8 weeks of waiting I made my first email trying to figure out what the status on my orders. I think emailed probably half a dozen times and only got one reply about my order. By this point its the end of July and had owned my car for 3 months, still no parts. This was about the time I was flat-out done and wanted a refund. Finally the CEO of the company actually called me and explained the situation. "HI Mark" He was nice and i was understanding about the situation. He assured me I would have them by the end of the summer...I didn't receive my first order till October and the NOT so funny thing was it was for the wrong damn Subaru. So I had to ship them back these wrong parts which I was very Is courteous and hasty about the situation. But I was pretty pissed.I think around November or December I finally got ahold of someone in shipping and did receive my bumper. She was nice about the situation and sent it out right away after being told by the CEO that my order was coming ASAP.But when the bumper showed up its had been packed poorly and because of that the powder coat was chipped and was missing most of the hardware for it....As for my rocksliders bars I still don't have them. Have emailed multiple times over the last 3 months and don't ever get a repl. Including from the CEO. "HI Mark" It's been 10 months now... At this point I'm assuming I'm out the 759.95 I paid for this part. So I thought I'd leave a NOT so little review.Save yourself the money and the headache. DON'T order from Crawford. Solid parts but overall operations is ran poorly. You may end up like me and never see your parts.

Great Customer Service! I was having fitment issues with my power blocks I had ordered for my 2019 Crosstrek, and had reached out to Crawford for advice or help. They responded very quickly with a phone call to me and explained exactly what was going on. The bolts they had given me were a bit too big, so they sent me a complimentary set of new bolts that fit! Very thankful for Mark because I wouldn t have been able to figure this out myself. Great company and highly recommend to Subaru owners! Will be continuing to buy from them. Thank you Crawford!

I placed an order for a 2015-21 Wrx catback exhaust on November 22nd seeing as they had 38 of them in stock. I sat for weeks without hearing a word. I contact through Facebook hoping for an answer and they say that they are slammed with orders and will be shipped soon. So I wait another couple weeks and I finally get a fedex label in my email. Wait another 2 weeks and still nothing. I call and ask about what s going on and it turns out it wasn t even for my order and they say that it will be another 4-5 weeks before it will ship because they are waiting for them to be made even though they have 38 in stock . I ask for a refund and I was told I will definitely hear something by the end of the week. Well I wait and I get no response. I call the next week and I get no response for that entire week. I call the week after and I talk to Melissa who is very friendly and says that no one has even placed anything for a refund on my order. It s been an entire week again with no refund and no response trying to call and even through Facebook. I would never do anything through this company again.

I place my order online for a Crosstrek exhaust via the Crawford website on 06/20/23. I have made multiple inquiries each month since, requesting updates. Melissa was friendly and mostly responsive, and explained away delays ("Parts manager issue on East Coast..", "..must have been overlooked", etc.). After 5 & 1/2 months my patience had reached its terminus and I respectfully requested a refund. Multiple times. No responses to various emails, voicemails, and texts. Beginning to feel duped, what recourse does a consumer have than to suggest legal action if and when Crawford does answer the phone, small claims or otherwise, to secure their money back when the seller has not honored a business transaction or identify compelling justification for the delays? I finally get a call back from the owner (?), a Mr. Mark Schlochter (sp?). Not only did he fail to acknowledge or accept any liability, but takes an unbelievable tone and attitude towards an appropriately dissatisfied customer and spins the situation as though I am the aggressor being rude to his staff and threatening legal action. Truly incredible. I'm happy to produce numerous examples of my communication attempts which demonstrate my enduring patience and civility in dealing with this company, which suggest the contrary. I regret ever attempting to make a purchase from such a company.

Crawford Performance honestly great products come out of this company, good quality. Here s where the problems start to stack up. Ordered my exhaust system for my Sti hatch in may of 2023, no where on the website did it say there was a wait or it was a presale waited almost 6 months for my exhaust and during the wait I was told we ll be getting the shipment in next week was probably told this 4-5 times. Fast forward . Now October order finally arrives. I immediately open the package because I was so stoked on it. To find out the tip got pretty damaged during the shipping process. I immediately reached out to Crawford and got a response from Mark the owner stating they have the system in stock now and FedEx will be taking care of it but will take up to two weeks to get it figured out. Fast forward again to today. The 19th of November over a month since receiving the damaged exhaust I still don t have a replacement or an eta from the company all they ve said thus far is we are at the mercy of FedEx in my opinion as a sales person customer service is can make or break a company sucks to be in the position where I feel like I have to write a google review on my experience but I just feel like Crawford is not taking this issue serious enough. Please I just want my exhaust system lol

I bought the front and back bumper guards during their 2023 Black Friday Sale. The front guard required sawing through the OEM skid plates, despite the site stating no modifications were required. The rear guard interfered with the safety sensors, causing the brakes to lock up when reversing. All I did was politely and patiently ask and wait for information, but after being blown off for weeks, I posted negative reviews in various places, which prompted juvenile threats and name calling via email from their CEO, Mark Schlachter, but he did offer a refund after I placed a BBB complaint. You'll notice that my review (or any others, that I can see) doesn't show up for these items on their website, despite their claim that they've sold hundreds of these!I suspect this tactic has been used again and again.Shameful that this unprofessional company is associated with Subaru.

Hey, I know I always call and talk to message you guys in regards to the Engine Block and trying to build plans around how to make sure to get the most out of the block while also doing the best to maintain it. What makes me upset is the fact these fake reviews are so childish and so petty and they lack any moral standing it upsets me that my fellow Americans have resorted to such tactics that they need to go seek therapy. I have spoke to Melissa and she got back to me when she could because you guys told me you were busy with restructuring and I understood that. I spoke to your boss a couple of times getting as much information about what parts you used to build that FRS. I bought your power blocks for my FA20 back in 2021 before I came down it works amazing. It still does. I haven't been able to get the fully built block I am waiting the results of my VA disability but I have not given up on the design and the build of the Porsche Killer FRS. I trust you guys. When I saw that white frs go warp speed the way it did in that video. I knew you guys were it. Do not give up. Keep pushing forward. Let God handle these weirdos. As long as you guys keep doing honest work it will show. I plan on taking my FRS to SLB in Texas hopefully in 2024 (in-between college of course.) To show what I can do as a Driver and what that car can do with a Full Built Boxer Motor. HAPPY NEW YEAR Crawford!!

I bought the Gymkhana 1 cat-back for my 2005 WRX. The exhaust sounds and looks fantastic. It's very well constructed and it is loud enough to raise hell! If you're looking to get loud and hear pops and crackles this is the best option. I had originally gotten the axle-back but my weird exhaust (fitted by the previous owner) didn't allow the Gymkhana to line up properly. I emailed customer service and Adam quickly got back to me and upgraded my order to the full cat-back system as i requested. Adam worked with the accounting team to quickly get me a bill and a tracking number for my soon to be shipped mid-pipe. Less than a week later the mid-pipe made it to my door step and i was installing it. Long story short a great team sent me a great product and i would buy from them again.PS...sorry neighbors

It took 2 weeks and a few phone calls after my order date for them to build and ship out the motor that they said they had in stock before i placed the order. The shortblock came in damaged and I reached out to Crawford as soon as I found out. I let them know and sent them pictures of all the damage and the packaging. After I sent out the packaging pictures I didn't receive a reply until I made a phone call a few days later. They said they were going to put a claim in for Fed-Ex and have it resolved. I asked for an update towards the end of the week and they told me that a claim does not happen overnight. I asked for updates and I hadn't received any emails for 3 days. The 30 day period since my order date is coming up and I am afraid I will not be getting my money back as they still have not gave me an answer.

Unreliable productsBad business practicesI am referring to their engines (shortblocks)I think it would be a good idea to stay away from this companyInspired by the response from ownerHere is a little more detailYour response is mostly untrue and poorly fabricated, much like the shortblock in question. Here is why:I replied to a marketing email and posted a google review, edited once.(now twice) That is 2.My language has been truthful, the offense is yours. It was 6 years ago and I still feel wronged. that s why I left a review.I made no new claim aside from my attempted warranty claim 6 years ago. just a review that is my opinion.I don t expect you to warranty it now. you have already told me you wouldn t previously.Additionally I refuse to use any of your products, due to my experience with them.I don t know where the fabrication of how many miles I drive any car comes into the equation. The short block I got from you failed in break in and was removed from the car in roughly 2000 miles. One cylinder, declined in compression enough to indicate an obvious problem.2000 miles The issue found was excessive and premature wear of the piston rings and ring grooves of the piston.(That s in your shortblock)The shortblock was shipped back to you and inspected. Your statement after inspection was similar to We don t know what caused this I still have the parts in question, as they were removed if you think it s a good idea we look at them closer.I do not recall you asking for any maintenance, oil change or oil use documentation.I remember it as more of a prove we are at fault scenario Thanks for your help in bringing the issues outlined in my original review into the view of the community. We don t use extortion where I come from, only honesty.Try it out.

A big mess.I ordered a universal AOS v2, I got tracking info immediately the next day, and then 3 days later after the weekend it was listed as sent and then 2hours following listed as cancelled, this happened twice before crawford responded to my enquiry and told me it's still on its way, it arrived a few days later missing the mounting brackets, I have since sent 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks with absolutely no response. The kit costs the same as all the others with model specific brackets, so it would be correct to assume it would come the universal brackets as pictured on their website...?So eventually I I had PayPal reach out with intent of getting at least some compensation, I'm not after a refund as I can still make a bracket although I shouldn't have to. Crawford swiftly responded to this and said they had actually replied to my email the previous week and that the brackets had been sent and should arrive soon.Very poor communication with the seller, poor quality control. Expect better when spending half a thousand dollars with them. But we are getting there in the end.

Always followed the company and they seem to make great products. I m now in a 2018 Crosstrek and saw they released a lineup of products. The products I am really interested in is the lift kit and skid plates as that is really the only list of the mods I would want to do. Could you install this? How much? Install price specifically for just the lift kit.

I have a Crawford V3 AOS for my STI and it's not doing it's job separating the oil out of the intake. In my opinion Crawford should not even be selling this defectively designed product. I lose about a liter or so after each track session. My ringlands are fine. This oil loss ONLY occurs at the track and I know why.Because of the way the boxer engine is designed, under high-g turns your oil is going to get pushed to the sides, into the heads, and get sucked up through the valve cover vents which are connected to the turbo inlet. I looked at how Porsches handle this problem and their boxer engines come with an AOS stock. If the Porsche AOS breaks they get massive oil consumption and smoke coming out of the exhaust.Anyways back to our boxers: take a look at the black Y pipe next to the TMIC. If you follow the plumbing you will see the two valve cover tubes on either side combine via the metal Y pipe and connect to the turbo inlet. The turbo inlet is always going to be under vacuum so any oil that makes it to the valve cover vents will get sucked up into the turbo, through the intercooler, and into the engine. We all know that is bad. Before the Crawford AOS I had an oil catch can plumbed between the valve cover breathers and the turbo inlet. This thing filled up after every track session. I thought the V3 AOS would fix this and I wouldn't have to worry about draining and emptying the catch can anymore. I was wrong. The way the V3 AOS is plumbed it does not even touch the valve cover vents. It only handles the PCV valve system in the middle of the engine. The Crawford V3 AOS is designed more like 2 catch cans stacked on top of one another. Worse yet, it doesn't have a drain for the oil that collects in each chamber. The lower barb in each chamber functions as a "drain".Other AOS systems (including Crawford's V2 AOS) have a third drain port for the oil that collects in the chamber that you can return the oil to the engine with. I was hoping I could replumb the system to separate the oil coming from the valve cover vents but I could not. I had to reinstall my catch can.The V3 AOS might catch oil mist in the PCV system but does NOTHING for the most of the oil that will come out of the valve cover vents.
