I had an enjoyable experience with this company. From first contact to day of pick up, All communication was transparent and upfront. The text message updates came in a timely manner, and my car was delivered beautifully in a timely manner. I would surely recommend this company when it comes to taking care of your car that you work so hard for.

These guys are great! They scheduled my service after ordering parts, to ensure everything needed was available fix the damages to my Tesla Model S. I would typically expect to go more than a week without a vehicle when this kind of thing happens, but they had in fixed in just a couple of days. Highly recommend you look into this place if you need accident repairs.

They make the process go very smooth and easy. Great communication on updates and great customer service and did a good job on my car on what it needed, the damage of my car wasn t on the body, it was underneath.

I changed the front bumper of my Tesla Model S about couple of months here. I accidentally discovered that they totally missed the step of sanding bumper and even not paint top sealer from last repairing.I went to two different auto and paint shops and the staffs point out that the most basic but most important steps were not done. Large areas of paint start to fall off and some areas have small bubbles.I really don t understand whether it's because of saving labor costs, or this store doesn't know how to sand and seal.

Maribel and the insanely kind front desk attendant; who I seem to forget her name. Along with Kenny, were extremely helpful through the entire process. Nothing felt like a hassle, they're goal was always to do a thorough, easy, fast and perfect job. Thank you again for everything.

They ll do the job well you just have to have a very good eye for detail and to point out the things that you want fix or get over look but that any body shop. After repairs are complete double check to make sure the repairs are satisfactory nothing more nothing less they will fix to make it right.

I dropped my Tesla Model Y off to get repaired, the shop had gotten robbed while it was there, and I was not aware that happened until I got my car back and realized there were some missing items out of my car. The shop did not inform me that they got robbed until I called about the missing items. The only way my car would have gotten robbed is due to negligence. My car should have been locked, and judging by the fact that there was no damage, it s safe to assume the car was left unlocked at the location. And the general manager, Jennifer Nunez, stated that she would reimburse me the items that were stolen, when I showed her a receipt of the items that I purchased. I sent her an email with receipts and now she is saying that she cannot reimburse me because the amount is too high, and proceeds to ask me why were the items left in my vehicle. I felt extremely disrespected by the general manager asking those questions and asking me if someone had told me to take my valuables(they did not). I had all the items hidden in my vehicle and not in plain sight. Now I would have to wait for her risk management team to do their job. The whole shop itself is a risk. I will never go to Crash Champions Ontario ever again. It should be a disclaimer in the contract that the location is prone to getting robbed prior to getting the car serviced at that location.Service: Body & Trim

They are Tesla-certified and it shows. A repair that a Tesla service employee thought would take a full trunk replacement is fixed in two days without replacement. Very satisfied with their service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

David came through for me at the last moment; unfortunately I would have rated this part of the survey lower if not for him, because it took 9 months to resolve my issue; for some reason my file in the computer was not transferred to the new system when the company had an upgrade. Every time I called, I was promised that I would get a call to bring my car in for the repair, but nothing happened. If anything, this score solely reflects the service I got from David. I would have given a 1/5 because of the mix-up.Service: Body & Trim

We stopped by for an estimate due to our Tesla Model Y being vandalized. We re surprised that they were able to schedule the estimate on the same day, and we re able to do the repair on the spot. This is the second time my boyfriend and I use them for our repairs due to unfortunate accidents . . The body work came out great both times . First time unfortunately I was given my Durango back with a horrible alignment and had to return for it to be done correctly. Second time my boyfriends truck was left amazing (paint and repairs wise)but before leaving their premises I wanted too make sure everything was okay. The dash lit up saying front sensor needing to be serviced. Crash champions couldn t do anything about it then & there so after checking it out again themselves. Told me DASH would be contacting me to come to our house to fix that problem for us. It s been since October 2022 that we still are waiting for that problem to be fixed We ve called and we re told they re aware of the situation and we would be contacted again and get it handled . . Not one phone call yet from either business.

Do not use this body shop if you are an Owner of a Tesla. Their policy is you must leave your Tesla in their shop while the parts are being ordered. I learned my lesson. They held my car for 3 months! Instead of a policy like most body shops that specialize in Tesla body work, where they collect a deposit and you can keep your car, this shop has a ridiculous policy that costs me over a thousand dollars in rental car fees waiting for my parts arrive. There was no sympathy from their management or a solution. I repeatedly told them I do not have another car. Later, I found that there are other body shops in the Rancho Cucamonga area and in surrounding cities that do not treat their customers this way with this stupid policyService: Body & Trim
