THIS IS THE BEST AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP. Even if you re in LA or the high dessert it is worth the drive. They replaced my grill for an extremely affordable price and buffed out scratches on my car for NO CHARGE. Jessica at the front desk is the sweetest, Andrea is great and gets you a quote fast, and Kenneth the manager is reasonable, honest, and gets straight to business. I was in and out in ONE HOUR! Thank you CALIBER ONTARIO!

AWFUL! My vehicle had been at caliber collision for a month. I was told it would be ready Thursday. They told me, they would call me that morning to give me an update. They did not call me that morning. I received a call late that afternoon to tell me it will be another day. I received a call at 3pm on Friday, to pick up my vehicle after 4:30. I arrived, they had me sign and pay my deductible without seeing my vehicle. I inspected it. The paint was smudged, the fender replacement part was all scuffed up. Then, my drivers window was broken! It was never broken when I took it to them. No aplogy! Not even the manager called to apologize, and make things right. Oh, and was told not to do a review! Haha until after they fix their mistakes. Horrible and unprofessional.Update: The manager, Ken, responded immediately and took care of my vehicle. He was sincere and genuine with an apology and made things right. The receptionist, Jessica has been very friendly and professional during the entire process.

Caliber Collision recently repaired my car due to a minor accident. I received excellent customer service from Mario and the rest of the Caliber team. Mario was professional, friendly, courteous, and kept me updated with progress along the way. My car was repaired faster than expected, was returned to me very clean and with no signs of the prior damage. The Caliber team also arranged to have my rental car picked up from their location which saved me time. I had a great experience all around. Thank you to Mario and the Caliber team.

Nancy is the best! She always kept me informed about my vehicle, whether it have been about parts or the time frame of how long it would take. She understood exactly what services I needed! She got my car back to me a lot sooner than expected without jepordizing the quality! The best part of it all was the price was cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere, but the work made my car look like it was never damaged. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends over to Nancy without a doubt! Thank you Nancy, you are the best!!!!

Took my van to them to get my hood repainted. Kenneth and Andrea really took care of me, very professional and got my van done quickly and did an awesome job. will be going to them again to get other areas done.

Caliber did a great job of repairing our car when the front end was totally smashed in! The employees were all very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully we won't need their services again but if we do they are the one we'll use.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Ken and his staff today. I had a bumper issue that the car wash damaged. Ken was able to repair it enough for me to get back home to Oklahoma. Great customer service.

Personally I haven't been here, but the two times we or i called they are very helpful with any questions you have and is hard to find people like this now and days!! Also my husband mentioned that he had been here when he took and bumper for my daughter car and they did an awesome job

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION OF ONTARIO OFF WINEVILLE TO EVERYONE ! THEY TREAT YOU VERY WELL ESPECIALLY DURING STRESSFUL TIMES. FROM THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST TO THE ADVISOR AND SERVICE TEAM THEY WENT ABOVE ALL MY EXPECTATIONS OF THE QUALITY OF WORK TO ALL OUR VEHICLES. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND TO HAVE THAT TRUST YOU NEED THEN DEFINITELY GO TO CALIBER COLLISION OF ONTARIO OFF WINEVILLE!

Been appx 3 months since I got my vehicle serviced here.I had my Windshield replaced as well as chips and the grill of my bumper replaced from rock damage on the freeway. Everything was covered since I had to go through my insurance and pay my deductible but the work done was subpar.I believe I would've been better off not having it done at all. I traded chips for an incorrectly installed bumper that was a different color as well as the hood.After receiving my vehicle the first time I noticed numerous things. For instance the windshield weather stripping was not installed correctly and the clips had been broken off, an area of overspray of clear coat, my headlights not aligned properly as before and the paint color differing from the original.I took it back to have the overspray and windshield weather stripping fixed which it was. I was told that they had a different company install the windshields and that is why it hadn't been done correctly.5 days after these corrections my brand new Windshield cracked from the corner starting where the weather stripping was across to the passenger side.I was driving home from the store in my other vehicle and noticed it when I went to get the mail. The car had been parked for 2 days and just moved to clean the yard.I had gotten a flat tire on the front drivers side from a nail on the road. After checking the rest of the tires I noticed inside the wheel well that my bumper had not been installed correctly on the passenger side. It was apparently forced into place and bent to put in the screws which might explain the increase in wind noise when driving with my windows down.After checking the bumper further I noticed that the signal light clips that connect to the bumper were also broken and just put in place. These clips hold the light to the bumper and prevent a gap from showing.All in all that is what I have discovered as of yet after about 3 months. I will update this post when/if I discover more.I strongly suggest going somewhere with a better service history and experienced employees that will service your vehicle with the professionalism that you deserve.Rather than receiving a repaired vehicle, I received a vehicle with different flaws and types of damage.I will not be taking my business here ever again and will refer anyone who I meet or know to go elsewhere.I paid my deductible for my vehicle to be fixed, not to purchase a different set of problems and damage.If you take your vehicle here you are taking a chance, hopefully for you they do a perfect job but as you have read, that was far from what I received.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repair following a minor accident, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel at ease during what could have been a stressful situation. They patiently explained the repair process, answered all of my questions, and provided an accurate estimate for both the cost and duration of the repairs. My fianc�e and I came to Ontario caliber Collision, Amber was amazing. She addressed us as soon as we walked in while attending another customer she said she would be right with us. She smiled the whole time and was super pleasant with her pretty glasses. Jonathan did our car assessment and was very detailed and kind. He answered all of our questions in detail with our best interest in mind. We feel comfortable and confident leaving our car here. They even discussed how our insurance should help us! Great Friendly Staff and welcoming environment. I was greeted by Amber and was offered water/coffee while I waited for my rep. I was helped by Carlos. He looked at my car and explained everything in detail. Great location.

This place was fantastic! Jonathon was awesome! He was constantly keeping me updated, super kind and when I was unable to come to the store to pick up my car cause of bad luck and bad timing, he offered to bring my car to my house and return the rental car we had. I don't know if that's customary for body shops to do that, but Jonathon and his manager managed to do it for me and it was so helpful. My car is back to normal but now only better cause they surprised me by cleaning it too! I'd for sure recommend this place to anyone and if you can, get Jonathon to help you out. He really was great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
