Brian s Automotive.I was greeted with respect and kindness. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, they took my vehicle right away and explained everything to me so I understood what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. They got me back on the road less than 24hours. A happy customer and would recommend. 5+ Stars

This was my first experience at Brian's automotive. My car needed extensive repairs and they got the job done. Service was exceptional.. Rob was great and explained everything to me throughly and always kept me updated to what was going on with my vehicle. I will definitely be back!

I took my 2018 Nissan Rogue to Brian's because my check engine came on and mal funtion words were also on. Rob explain to me the procedures they did to my car. I'm happy that I took my car to Brian's. I will continue to go back if I need to.

Great service as always! I took my car in because my husband heard noises in the front end. Brian checked it all out, found nothing wrong. Well, Im a single lady who bought an r v that had fuel problem, but figured it was kind of minor, overall, ran great.Took it to Brian's automotive to get their professional opinion. First told me I needed an air filter $399. I said no, my son put a new one on 3 weeks ago. They call me back later to tell me it needs a fuel pump, $1,330. I told him I have to pick it up because my check wasn't that big. My son went in with me to talk to them. And when he spoke with Brian, he had a attitude. And withheld information, not really wanting to be open about my RV. And what he did, my son was Asking them how they came to that conclusion., but he was very evasive. I did not care for that. Days later I had a friend come To my home and look at my RV & ended up fixing it in my driveway in one day, total parts and labor, $300. I paid $99 in parts and $200 in labor. He even drained my gas tank and cleaned it. And, saved my gas!Thank God there are honest people out there who still want to help single women. And they don't see us as moneybags or suckers. Thanks, Bryan's automotive for the lesson.

I brought my 2014 Toyota Sienna into Brian s after receiving a disturbing estimate from our now former Toyota Dealership for some repairs needed and with an extremely high estimate. Brian s took a look at what was said needed replacing and agreed the work should be done. The difference is honest pricing and honest straightforward servicing of my vehicle. Once again, Brian's Automotive Repair has knocked it out of the park! 150,000 mile service completed in one day. Knowing there is a qualified and competent diesel mechanic to baby my truck is very comforting. Lots of places won't touch the Chevy Colorado because of the diesel engine. Thanks, guys. From the moment my engine light came on and through the diagnostic process, evaluation and completion of the work, I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of attention to detail that my car received. The friendliness of Rob in the office who kept me informed as to what was going on, up to and including calling me when an additional part was required to get my authorization, I never felt like I was paying for more than what my car servicing required. The technician who worked on my car and the quality of his work was beyond question. When I drove away, I realized how fortunate I was to have found Brian's Automotive. My truck stopped working on the side of the freeway on a Saturday. AAA took my truck to Brian's Automotive Repair. They were so nice and friendly. I called them on Monday morning to let them know what had happened. Rob the gentleman I spoke to was fantastic. They figured out what was wrong with the truck and had it repaired by that afternoon. The battery had gone bad. They also checked on my oil and other fluids in the truck and found they were low. They also made sure that my tires were good. I am very happy that I found them. I will not take my truck anywhere else for service. I will be going back there. Best service I have ever had.Services: Battery, Oil change

Rob is the greatest guy you can talk to on the phone. Lets you know right away what s going on with your car or truck. No extra hidden cost or surprise fees these guys let you know and don t bs you. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and still do business with these guys in Ontario. I met Rod and Brian's when my car broke down at Ontario Airport, just before going on a flight. They took it called me while I was away, told me the problem and price, fixed it and had it in the parking lot at ONT when I came home. Now that is service!!! Now I bring my car up from my home in Yorba Linda, 20 miles away, because their prices are fair, they are trustworthy, do a great job and are super friendly. And there is a great breakfast and hamburgers place across the street! Perfect!

This is my second visit to this shop and my second time receiving excellent service. The guys here are always courteous and helpful and never seem bothered by my gazillion questions. In addition, they help me get to and from work when I drop off/pick up my car. I commute 50 miles each way to work so it was important to me to find a shop near my office that can handle all of my car'd needs without forcing me to take an entire day off work. This is that shop! Will definitely continue to take my car here!

I want to say this place was great towards my son. After looking at his car called him let him know what was going on and was honest. Got the repairs done quickly. Great service and nice guys. I am glad I found this place recommended by AAA.

I wasn't actually even a customer at this establishment, but I got a flat tire about two blocks away. I stopped by this place because I just wanted to know where the nearest AutoZone or O'Reilly's was so I could buy a Jack and lug because I was stranded without it.The mechanic working in the hangar offered me one of his floor jacks and allowed me to take it on my honor and return it at a later time. I walked it two blocks back to my car, changed the tire out, and returned it. That little act of kindness saved me.I can't say much about this business because I wasn't necessarily a customer, but I can tell you about this gesture of goodwill and how much it speaks volumes about the people working here. That alone is worth a 5 star rating to me. Thank you to the gentleman who lent me the floorjack.
