I visited the store recently, Robert P is very professional and kind. He helped to put the holders of grandma s car both Battery and Coolant.He even found the smaller screws that fit the car s battery holder. He is knowledgeable and a hard-working staff. I give Robert Five Stars .The store manager James S is an Awesome person as well, kind and professional. I highly recommend this store location. Lord Jesus loves you guys, Happy Easter Spring 2024!

i came in looking for a specific item (steering wheel lock) and checked online ahead of time but they didn't show if the item was in stock. i arrived and asked one of the female employees if they had it available and she went to check the aisle where they are kept and it wasn't there. she took the information from the label and checked her computer for inventory and she said that they did have one so she went back and looked for it as it might've been misplaced and she found it. i was a very happy customer that although it wasn't much trouble i have been in similar situations where they don't care to check but i'm glad she did as i quickly purchased the item and was on my way.

I recently visited this location to get assistance in installing headlights for my vehicle. I was promptly, greeted and assisted by Valeria S. in the Ontario store. I explained my situation to her and she was willing to help me without hesitation. This young lady impressed me with her solution-driven mindset. Please thank her for me. The Eastvale store informed me that there was no team member to help me because no one there knew how to install them. I left their location disappointed because they had always been very helpful in the past.

It was my first time there and Isabel Rodriguez and John Mack we're awesome. They had excellent customer service they were very friendly they went out of their way to assist my daughter and I with her car. I totally appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart. LOL. This location has two unprofessional workers! I just want the cabin filter and intake filter . I be there to ask those filters,they gave me the wrong cabin filter.and said intake filter out of stock. The second time I went back for exchange cabin filter and pre order the intake filter.the another worker gave me the wrong intake filter. Fk funny How is that happen.the website system can shows the item which one fit the vehicle. I kept confirm the vehicle model and year with them already.!!!

I went to Autozone for replaced battery. Alex helps to replaced the battery.My car had some problem so it was really hard to take out the old battery but he spent 30min for us to replaced it.I really appriciate Alex!

Ordered this online and it was the wrong size. Went to the store and customer service was so amazing. Have to give it up to the Manager Danny O for being such a nice person hands down. He attended my needs with the return. Make sure you do have a receipt to make it easy. Will definitely return to AUTO ZONE everyone at this store is very helpful.

I went over to check my battery as my car was chugging to start. Danny really helped me out! He checked my (really bad) battery and recommended me a new one. He even put it in for me, which is wonderful since I would have no idea how to do it on my own. Amazing service!

My turn signal lights had gone out. I went to AutoZone on Archibald in Ontario and I couldn't be more pleased. My car is 15 years old so they suggested I replace all four, which was fine with me. They were so pleasant and courteous and took care of it in no time at all. I would highly recommend them.

I went in today to get some windshield wipers for my truck and the new manager there was very helpful . He already knew what I needed without even looking it up. He even helped us install them. Thank you for providing great customer service, we need more people like you in these stores.

I was running late and realized I had an issue, so I had to pull up last minute. The manager Louie greeted me with a smile and recommended me the perfect oil and some other products. I didn't go home hungry or thirsty that day all thanks to them, and I can't wait to return for more of their savory products!

Experienced exceptional service here on 01/5/2023. I went in to get a new windshield wiper and since my windshield has a sensitivity sensor, the gentleman at the register helped me out and even installed it for me. We need more people like this in this world. Thank you for training your guys well.

Someone needs to address Jackie. This lady is super rude and interrups while your explaining what you need. She won't listen. Multiple times I've dealt with this issue with her. She needs people skills

Customer service was excellent I called on the phone for a specific product that I acquired about I got more information than what I expected which is a good thing left me options and who doesn't like options?When I got there the lady remember me when I introduced myself and she took her time walked from behind the counter and showed everything was explained this and the third and I was able to make a decision and hopefully the product works thank you AutoZone

Robert was the best!I called auto zone for questions regarding my battery and Robert helped me with all my questions and concerns. He told me to bring my car down and he would test my battery and he would install a new one for me if needed. When I got there he was just as courteous as he was over the phone. He tested my battery and determined that I needed a new battery and installed it for me.Robert saved me so much time and money. I am extremely thankful that I didn't have to go to a mechanic.
