I've started bringing car here for 2 years now I use to take my care to Audi Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach but found this location closerI had the pleasure of having Diana as my service advisor. Ever since then.I absolutely adore her so she's professional ,thorough and super sweet. When it comes to servicing my vehicle there's sometimes a stress and I appreciate how she provides me with upgldates and can accommodate me if I need it. Thank you Diana for being great at your job.

Alex Wong has been our service advisor for the past two years. He is always very cheerful, pleasant and helpful. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle and the service performed and takes the time to answer all our questions.

I had to take my car in for new tires. I had worn them down and one of them was shredded from my 110 mile commute to work. One of the lug nuts was jammed in the tire so I couldn't switch out the tire myself. Diana Perez was my service advisor. She was very professional and excellent work with. She kept me updated every step of the way and got the work done in a timely fashion. She also communicated with me and responded to me in a timely fashion. Which is huge because I'm in the process of moving so I had a lot going on. I still have to get some extra work done in the future and I'll definitely be returning and recommend Diana!

I recently purchased my 2020 Q5 used and immediately it had a warranty issue. Working with Diana Perez made the process an absolute joy. The warranty work was completed, and as expected was completed properly. What really stood out was the level of communication Diana had with me the entire time. Overall it was great first experience. I am happy my Q5 have found a home. Thank you Diana and Audi of Ontario.

Dani Paiz (service advisor) goes above and beyond! She is both highly professional and friendly. We were impressed that she remembered a particular issue with our car from many months before, that she carefully reviewed service records prior to our arrival, and how she kept us informed of progress on our car. Dani's a keeper, Audi; don't let her leave! Being helped by Audi professionals like Dani is one of the best perks in being an Audi owner.Overall, we've been very pleased with the service we've received at Audi of Ontario. The facility is always impeccably clean, there are comfortable seating areas, and everyone is cordial and very helpful. We drive quite a distance for service there, and highly recommend Audio of Ontario for both their service and parts departments We can't speak to purchasing a car there, but certainly would should we ever decide to replace our car. In good Audi tradition, the sales staff are welcoming but not at all aggressive (they don't need to be with such a good product), and very knowledgeable. We've enjoyed informative conversations with several of the sales staff while our car was being serviced, and would see them first when ready to purchase another Audi.

Brandon Barello Was excellent to work with while dropping off my car for service and picking it up. He was very communicative during the entire process and is a very outgoing person. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to this location and I plan on returning.

I made an appointment for an oil change as part of the annual service. As soon as I walked in, Diana Perez welcomed me in and took care of me and helped explain all the details of the scheduled service. She was very professional and helped me throughout the process. The repair was quick and easy. Overall it was a great experience at this dealership location. I will definitely come back again!

As always, Ontario Audi went above and beyond to make my service appointment seamless. My repairs took longer than expected but Alex Wong got me back to my schedule that same day. I was able to enjoy a holiday weekend with friends and family. The next business day my car was ready for my long road trip. Thanks Alex!

Great service..!! Dani Paiz was the person who helped me with getting checked in. She was awesome, clearly set expectations with what I could expect with the service eg. time it would take, etc. When the service was going to take longer than expected due to a maintenance issue that was found, she offered to provide me a ride to my home and back when the service was completed. Great overall experience..!!

Such a great experience!! The service from Ralph Perez was above excellent. Honest and fast service got us right in and made sure everything was done right before we left!! Jim in parts was AWSOME as well in getting everything expedited and called the next day to follow up

Vincent Wu our service advisor was great. We had to change our appointment the day of and he was able to move some things around to accommodate us. He was knowledgeable and professional. We were updated during the whole process of our scheduled 10k service.We were given a loaner car and the service center took care of our Q5. Pick up was a breeze after service and our Q5 was washed. Too bad it rained the next day. We bought our car at Ontario Audi and the past year we have had nothing but excellent customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Even though my problem I had with my car wasn t covered under OEM warranty, Alex Wong was very good and patient at explaining why this was. I know it wasn t his fault and I was convinced that it was, he patiently explained the situation to me in a way that I angrily understood.

Alex Wong answered ALL of my questions and explained everything very clearly to me. I didn't feel he was forcing extra services on me as other repair shops do. I used to work on my own cars, but as I get older I'm getting lazy. I trusted Alex's responses and appreciated the time he took to explain my specific questions.

We brought our Audi Q5 PHEV in for a quick service, and Ralph Perez was our fantastic service advisor. Ralph knew we were going to be waiting for the car, so he came and found us when the service was done and the car had been washed.
