All very nice guys. Jesse is very nice and explained what needed to be done in terms I understood. I liked that they gave me pictures of all the good and the bad to show what I needed done on my car. Loved the coupon too :) Also loved the shuttle so I didn't have to find a ride. It's my new go to place for my 2012 Honda CRV.

They were very courteous and professional. I brought my car in for an oil change and also for a splash guard that needed to be re attached on one side. I was pleased with the job they did and how thorough they were. I also appreciated the shuttle service that they offered in bringing me to and from my home. I will definitely be returning in the future for my oil changes and any repairs I may need.

So far, so good. Very thorough inspection revealed a number of issues, some of which were dealt with. Also, the kit that cleared my glazed headlights worked well. And I got an oil change. The transportation to and from my downtown office was appreciated.

Ojai Imports did great work! They diagnosed my car and found the issues. They were even honest about a job that may not be worth doing, instead of simply taking the money.

From our first conversation about a mysterious smoking from under the hood and a burning odor in the cab, right through to the final delivery of my fully-repaired smoke and odor-free BMW X5, everything about this shop and their stellar team (kudos to Jesse and Carlos in the front office) was flawless. I took my 2014 Mercedes in because there was some terrible situations going on in the engine. Like the kind that Mercedes says will take a long time and cost your first born. I don't have any kids, so that was a NO for me, Scott. Tom limped it down the street to OV Imports. Can I say Carlos and his team exceeded my hopes and dreams! No widow maker, not even a mild palpitation, just straight up joy! It purrs like a kitten, runs smooth as glass, everything works like a dream! These guys are my mechanics for LIFE!!!!!!

Outstanding service and communication: at the appointment desk, while diagnosing, servicing and repairing my car, and providing transportation to/from my home. I especially like their patient explanation and big screen images of what ails my car, what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait. You might find less expensive repairs elsewhere but Patrick and his excellent team are dedicated to first class auto maintenance and customer service. They helped me keep my car safely on the road until I finally retired it at 251,OOO miles. TBT, I can't afford first class in other areas of my life, but my car is my livelihood and my personal safety on the road. Many thanks to Patrick, Jesse and the entire team at Ojai Valley Auto!

I am so impressed with this place. Top of the line customer service, they kept me informed on all of the specifics with access to a portal where my car file was available. These guys are fabulous, first class and honest! They shuttled my husband and I from hotel to a restaurant during repairs! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They made a miserable event tolerable all with a smile on their faces. Plus, the costs was extremely reasonable! I think I want move to Ojai just so I can have these guys service our cars:)Service: Auto battery replacement
