I feel so confident when I take my vintage RV to Pablo. I know he does a through inspection, is incredibly fair in his pricing and it allows me to 'hit the road' knowing I will be coming back without any issues. I've recommended Ojai European to many people and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend this business. All the employees from front desk to shop floor are hard workers and listen to the customer. Pablo himself is an experienced professional who stands behind his work.I recently had a wheel bearing replaced here and Pablo noticed an exhaust blow out which he took care of for me at no extra cost.My old Toyota Corolla is running like a clock again Thankyou Ojai European!

I drove up on a rainy morning after my windshield wipers broke. They took me in as an emergency, and in 30 minutes I had perfectly working wipers. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me that day.

Pablo is honest and well organized. He diagnosed and solved a problem for $35. Another import car repair shop in Ojai wanted $150/hour just to diagnose the problem. Long overdue review, Pablo is so amazing and can't say enough about the service he provides. He treats me like family and loves my truck. I commute 65 miles a day and helps upkeep my Tacoma girl, always goes above and beyond and while I may be selling my home here in Ojai and moving back to SB, I will continue to bring my girlie Tacoma to him, he loves her!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Pablo and Vicki are the best team ever! I ve had a lot of issues going to other shops in Ojai that charge outrageous prices and I have never had an issue at Ojai European. Pablo always goes above and beyond and is extremely fair. A quote at another shop was $900 for the wrong part that didn t even need to be fixed when it was only $300 at Pablo s place for the correct part and issue to go get my car smogged. Fantastic team! Vicky and Pablo ate the best. I bring my Toyota and Mercedes sprinter here and I ve received nothing but top level service. They really go the extra mile, even tracking down an extremely hard to find part for the Sprinter- all with a smile. Highly recommended. The repair was done quickly and for a very reasonable price - and they were very helpful in getting my car back to me! Pedro also took care of a couple of minor things that arose because of the recent rain. Pablo, owner and head mechanic, is just incredible! He spent so much time with me, patiently going over his diagnostic, and each new problem with the car I d just purchased (AND my previous car), advising me so well, charging very reasonable prices for repair. He EVEN offered to come out to where the car broke down miles from his shop and did come, and offered to come to where I then had to tow it - to try to diagnose the seemingly serious problem (we made an appointment for him to do that in 2 days). WHAT mechanic you know makes house calls? Great guy great service. Super little helper(daughter I imagine). The only thing that prevented 5 star rating is I was quoted a $500 dollar approx bill and was hit with a $849 bill which he did knock down to just $800 even, but still it was $300 higher than I was expecting when it was ready to be picked up. Otherwise excellent work and he does know his stuff. Pablo is an excellent mechanic with a wide range of knowledge. I ve used his services many times since he took over the shop that used to be called Ojai Muffler. He totally remodeled the facility and now runs a clean and organized garage.My highest recommendation to anyone looking to keep their car in top running condition. He works on all makes even though the business name has European in it. Pablo is the man! Takes the time to listen and explain, even when he is clearly busy. He gets straight to the root of the problem and fixes that, doesn t tack on unnecessary repairs. Will definitely be taking our cars to him again.
