Horrible experience.Ordered tires online, scheduled install for last Friday at 3.Long story short- tires were delivered, no staff on hand to help assist until after I had to move the tires myself. At this point a tech appeared and told me the car could not be jacked up without special pucks which they did not have on hand. They did recommend buying them online tho. So 4 days later, pucks in hand I find myself at a competitor, pucks never needed to be used.

Great service. Helpful staff that notify you when your car is ready. Best to setup a tire appointment ahead of time so you don t have to wait too long.

Got my new Goodyear Tires 4 of them. On Sale. Staff was wonderful and cheerful Put them on in less than 1 hour.

Walmart for sure is best left for food and clothes. They were out of the oil I needed, however, provided a fair oil change price, Should I bring the oil in from elsewhere, which I decided to do .. being that I was getting my oil changed I decided to ask for a tire rotation, I let him know a tip would be coming his way if he could do that for me. (20 bucks) .. on top of servicing other cars that had got in there after me, and having them drive away before my car was done didn t even really bother me. I don t mind being patient, I just really value communication. Tire rotations at a lot of places. I ve been to are free with oil changes or other work.. Walmart gave off the impression that the concept was true there as well.. even though I mentioned I needed the tire rotation, the employee never once mentioned it wasn t some thing done on the house regardless of the tip and that it is a $30 service. Every other question I had he had an answer for as far as the cost, it felt like he was trying to get the charge out of me, as well as the tip. Thank God I have a hybrid and I only need an oil change like twice a year.If you go to Walmart for car service, ask questions, and don t expect normal courtesies that exist the other car service businesses .. here at Walmart . Another good example is no air was added to my tires. Adding air to tires, tire, rotation, and a piece of paper put down on your floorboard while they use your car was standard I thought.Services: Tires, Oil change

I will only visit Walmart auto in Oceanside. They not only change my oil with synthetic at a fraction of the cost, but they also changed out a headlight bulb for $8. Oh, and it s never busy there. Thumbs up. Makes me happy !

Just brought in my Prius c for another oil change and again had a great experience. The two gentleman and service manager this morning did a phenomenal job. All other Walmart auto centers in north county are absolute garbage. Come here.

I called ahead about getting a new battery installed and was told to expect a two hour wait. Once I got there, they had my car ready to go in about 45 minutes! CJ and Rob were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use this location again in the future!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I had a terrible experience with Walmart.com, almost bought my tire elsewhere but the guys here were so helpful. I m so grateful. They listened and were empathetic & took the time to help me find a solution instead of brush me off. I spoke with Jose, Rob, and CJ and all 3 of them provided top-notch customer service.

I went down today to get an oil change and could not have had a better experience. The first gentleman I believe his name was Mark or Mike, answered all my questions and was very professional and nice. My oil change only took an hour and there were three cars in front of me when I drop the car off. When I went to go pay, the gentleman at the counter named Matt was doing 20 tasks at once and still had a smile on his face for everybody who asked him a question. I cannot tell you how pleased I am compared to other Walmart automotive experiences I've had across the United States. I would definitely recommend anybody!

Saturday, July 29 and we stop by for something we needed. We checked the store website for the auto center hours and it said it closes at 7pm on Saturdays. Guess what? 5:59pm their doors were already down and the employees inside laughed when we asked and said they were already closed for the day.

Terrible. They got oil all over my carpet and things I had under seat.And I asked them not to back up seat anymore cause I have things in the back. And they sad no problem. But they went and shoved the seat back anyway smashing my things.And when I went to pay there was no one around to take my money and mechanic locks up my key and doesn't bother to get someone to help me. Not even a manager.I had to walk all the way to the front customer service to find a manager to come take my money so I could get my car back. What kind of business is that. I will never go back again. If I could mark this less than one I would. The worst experience I ever had at a Walmart. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. They are very neglectful and disrespectful of your property not to mention they don't keep anybody at the register so you can get your car when they're done. That's ridiculous and I had to clean up the carpet myself to try to get all that oil off no not happy at all

Excellent customer service, this is great I can shop and get my oil changed at the same place and saving money. I dont know why people complain about the wait. Its simple if there busy just come back at a time when there not busy just ask them!Oh the tires you can't beat them either, go online to the TIRE CLEARANCE section, and Bingo!This beats taking my cars to the dealer where they charge double even triple the price.

Had a very nice experience with oil change. Got text alerts when they started changing oil. Could see them through window working on car. It was a simple walk in , so no appointment needed. Would highly recommend these guys.

I went in for an oil change for the first time and they screwed up my tire pressure. My tires were uneven and one rear tire was blown up from 46 to 54psi. That's crazy.If you end up going, just recheck your tire pressure afterwards.They get 2 stars for the bottled Penzoil synthetic engine oil they used.First come first serve.

I had a good experience here. I knew I needed an oil change sometime soon and then I asked about how my tires were and they were decently priced and having two tires changed and an oil change took about two hours. But I'm highly satisfied

Don t pay more for an oil change. Come here for friendly, helpful people and excellent service at an awesome price! Came in for an oil change and surprised how reasonable the price was and the bonus...got my weekly shopping done. Thank you Les for accommodating the request even though it was late in the day and delivering rock solid service with a smile. - LT

Got there an hour before they closed to get a tire replaced, I was willing to put it on the car myself, but they (3 mechanics that i saw) said that because they had one car waiting they weren't going to be able to help me. So i went to Firestone, now with 45 minutes before close, and having a car waiting they still said they can accommodate and mount the tire for me.

I was a little sketchy at first about going to this Walmart due to their customer service reviews online. However, today I went to go purchase and replace four brand new tires for my Chevy Cobalt and they did an extremely quality job. I was impressed with the customer service provided at the front desk and also in the workshop where they performed the tire change on my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get new tires for their vehicle or even get an oil change.

They do their job right by changing my oil but are very sloppy and uncareful of vehicles. After my car was returned there was oil on my center console, horn, and side panel. I normally dont complain but even the employee said that shouldn't be there. this was Ridiculous. I normally go to the other Walmart but moved closer to this one. An employee said I'd have a different experience here. He wasn't wrong.. it was a much worse experience.

If you go there early, not much line. If there is no long line, it can be quite quick. The manager was very nice to follow up to confirm the filter upgrade I requested. It took about 35 min for me today.

Great place to replace your tires at the lowest cost in North County San Diego. They are honest and saved us $130 on one tire that had a puncture, and all we needed was a patch for $10. Can't recommend this place enough!

Reasonable prices, but they seem to always be shirt on staff, so expect to wait for the cervice. Pro tip: make an appointment.

3rd times the charm? Guess not. 1st visit for a Oil change waited in line fro 30 minutes just to find they didn't have my filter, and i came back a week later, and went to the counter first to confirm the filter availability YEAH! they had it so now they said it would take 2 hours.. so i bought the filter and left.. So today I show up at 5:40 with my filter and oil ready to go and they refused.. The exact comment after the dark haired women checked was " its a no can do" Wow ! im done.. Walmart to big to fail?

Was helped right away, no problems, no complaints. The gentleman was professional and friendly. Bought a battery and had it installed. Oh good price, and installation was free

Look, the bottom line is you can't get a Mobile 1 oil change this cheap ($45) anywhere else. Mobile 1, Amsoil and Royale Purple are the best oils and you can't come close to matching that price. And for a few bucks more you can upgrade to the best oil filter Walmart carries. I've done the bargain hunting for you. Be my guest if you want to try to find a better deal
