I had to visit Terry s to replace a few parts on my truck. Despite there being a significant number of larger, local competitors, I felt compelled to use Terry s as a small Mom & Pop facility that s been serving the local Oceanside community since I was a kid decades ago. What I got from Glynn and Juan was exactly what I d hoped . . . the kindness, sincerity, diligence, service and support of a business that truly values each and every customer in only the way that a family-owned business can. They were timely, attentive and thorough and they even finished the work ahead of schedule. If you re in need of any auto body repair work, they re the place to go. Thanks Glynn and Juan. You guys turned an inconvenient process into a pleasurable experience.

This is a business with people that care about their customers and their quality of work. I went in to get a bumper replaced on my 2023 Elantra I got rear ended at a low speed by a motorcyclist. There was a bit of a hiccup with getting the replacement bumper, but Juan kept me updated with a friendly phone call every step of the way.Since my car was in the shop for longer than expected, I dropped in to gather some things out of it and noticed that strangely, some protein powder I left had exploded the top off, likely due to some condensation build up. When I went back inside the shop, I found that the Terry's staff had already replaced my protein powder! They had bought me a whole new tub of it even though it wasn't their fault, and before I even saw what had happened. That, to me, is great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. The new bumper also looks great. Thank you Terry's!

After another body shop damaged my car while repairing it, I was frustrated and needed a quality body shop to fix my car. I had used Terry s Auto Body & Paint before since they are Hyundai certified. Glynn, Tessa, Edgar, and Linas are the nicest and friendliest people to work with. It took a month to get in because they are very busy but totally worth it.They did a fantastic job fixing my lower passenger rocker panel, rear bumper, trunk trim, and so on. They care about the quality of the work that they put out. I was blown away by how good my car looked after I got it back. The body lines, panels, and my new taillights look absolutely perfect. They even retained my aftermarket backup sensors that I had the Hyundai dealership put on years ago. And didn't mess with my carbon fiber trunk!They are expensive, but they do it right the first time and don t cut corners on anything. You get what you pay for, and I learned that the hard way with my beloved genesis coupe.Thank you Terry's Auto Body & Paint!!!

Extremely proffessional, great job, very polite staff. I definitely would recommend Terry's to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicle. I got into a car accident and was a little nervous about having the car repaired. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. They told me that the repair estimate time was two and half weeks; the work was completed in under 11 days.

Terrific experience at Terry s Auto Body! Everyone at Terry s is friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Linus who was incredibly considerate, professional, and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was how it needed to be - addressing any issues that came up without question or hesitation. Julie and Bruce were incredible! Arrived and immediately greeted by Julie, the atmosphere is definitely friendly and welcoming! Bruce was the gentleman who quoted the repairs. Did go a bit over the days they were gonna keep it but we'll worth it. Went back to address some concerns I had with the car after. they immediately took a look at it and addressed my concerns in a timely manner! 30min later I left a very happy camper! FAMILY OWNED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A SHOT!

Was planning to drop off vehicle for repairs, however, the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY CRUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE. CONTACTED BY INS COMPANY and informed no need to go toTerry's. Not a very professional company. Take your vehicle elsewhere with people who care and areprofessional and knowledgeable.

I was recommended by Ford to contact this business. I was excited to work with them and wanted to do business with this company. The woman that answered was very rude from the beginning when I was just trying to get a quote, and ask basic questions. When I asked for a manager due to the way she was treating me she said I pretty much am the manager. Refused to do the transfer, and said I could call back. (That action alone spoke louder than her words)Apparently her son Corey owns the shop. Honestly, I would never pay a business to treat me poorly, and if this is the way they are communicating with me when they want my business. I would hate to see how they communicate with their existing customers when they have an issue. I will be going somewhere else. I hope others are willing to as well to be treated with common courtesy.

Linas is the man. Dropped my car off on Monday and was told a week and a half for work. Linas got my car done and back to me that following Friday. He s extremely professional and communicates well. The staff here are great. We had issues with the insurance company and Bruce had my back every step of the way. Thank you to everyone that works there for explaining everything that was going on with my car and why. I'm sending everyone there.

Had my car brought here due to an accident I was in and was having my insurance take care of it. After having the car inspected I decided to move forward with the process and worked directly with Bruce. The estimate came out to over $11k and I wanted to confirm that the vehicle was not totaled nor have any frame damage which Bruce insured me that the damage and costs were due to parts replacement and the vehicle had no structure damage and would not be totaled. After getting my car fixed I decided I no longer felt comfortable driving the vehicle so I decided to trade it in. Now that a few weeks has past I have been notified by the dealership I traded my car to that after inspecting the vehicle that there is Frame damage on the car and that it has been spot welded and that I would be held responsible for the difference in value of the car due to it needing to be reported as a vehicle with frame damage which reduces the value of the car by and additional $2,500 so I asked to have the vehicle inspected by a separate company who came back and said the same thing. Terry's Auto Body is now stating that yes there was frame damage but it was miner and that its no big deal. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AS THEY WILL LIE AND DECEIVE YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY JUST TO GET PAID ON A JOB.

Went in to get a quick estimate and they were very helpful. Seems like they have been around for a long time and definitely know what they are doing. Didn t end up going with them but they were very nice and professional.

Stopped by to get an estimate for an adjustment to my car's driver door. Grant, my service adviser, was very efficient in providing, what I consider, a very fair and comprehensive estimate but also some tips to avoid this problem in the future. Thanks Grant.

Manager "Rudy" was almost impossible to contact on updates on work being done. They also lost my floor mats and he never replaced them. I had to talk to the owner to get them.
