The guys at Oceanside Tire did a fast and great job on my car. They gave me an honest assessment of my brakes to go along with my oil change. I don t live in California but if I find myself needing car work while in town again they will be who I call.

The most honest business I have yet to come across in years. They didn't do unnecessary work to my car.Their customer service was attentive as you walked in their shop and the turn around was quick. I have already shared my great experience with my friends, family and coworkers.

Ron and Dustin helped me out. They were both super friendly and very helpful. I brought my car in for 4 new tires and am very happy with the product and the service. The tires were affordable and it didn t take an entire day for them to be put on unlike other tire places I ve been to. I was in and out which is important to a busy person like myself. I will definitely be returning for any other services I need that they offer. 10/10 recommend!

I had a bid prior to dropping off the vehicle for preventative maintenance of $285. My final bill was $650. They said the estimate was for inspection not the actual work. They were nice enough just no communication about prices. I also was told that the oil was very dirty. Funny because it was just changed 100 miles ago. I questioned them on that and they admitted they actually hadn't looked at the oil but that the service light was on the dash ...... which was not on when I dropped the vehicle off. Just a lot of weird communication and non-communication in regards to the work being done and the prices they were going to charge. When the job is approached like that, you have not choice to pay. Bad on me for not demanding communication. I trusted a bit too much. They did take off 5% after I complained a bit. Later, when I looked on the receipt, it said 5% discount for AAA. I am a member of AAA, which they never asked so I felt like that should have been offered without me asking. Not sure I would go back. I felt slightly cheated leaving. Again, they were nice enough but they are a service center in the community that I live. I feel like they should go over and above to stay in the community and keep you coming back.

When I called on the phone, Dustin was really concerned about my issues and I came in and met with him and gave him my information. He was so nice my tire had a leak ended up having to buy a new tire at a good price and I would definitely recommend OCEANSIDE tire. I believe that s the name.

Great service and friendly employees. They did an alignment on our car, and it is definitely driving better now. My only concern is the paperwork I received when I picked it up flagged the front left as being out of camber, no adjustments available. I didn't understand, so I went back and asked about it. They were very helpful answering questions, and it sounds like it is out of camber because my kid hit a curb or perhaps the needed parts are just wearing out. Not at all the fault of Oceanside Tire and Service, and they were helpful to explain to repair it would require the new parts. I do wish I would have been consulted about this upon pick up yesterday, but I thank them for their help.

I came here after I vowed never to set foot in Walmarts automotive garage again.Always met with a friendly and warm greeting. First time I just purchased a new tire, second time got a flat fixed. Fast, cordial, and friendly!

Highly recommended!3 days ago I noticed one of my tires was losing PSI by the day and eventually noticed a nail that had pierced it.I went here at 8am and asked if they could patch it even though I didn't have an appointment.I was out of there in less than 30 minutes with a newly patched tire!

Great. They took care of the repairs quickly. Communication was great. Even fixed a couple of things ( small things) and took the time to figure out how to fix it. Staff nice and courtious and the shuttle service was quick I didn t have to wait at all before they gave me a ride and the pick up was quick too. Will definitely use them again

We ve gone to Oceanside Tires for both of our cars and each time has been a great experience. They have recommended tires that are affordable, great quality, and that fit our lifestyles (off roading tires and snow tires). No hidden fees and always greeted with kindness.

I ve done business with many mechanic shops. I ve never had such a great experience. Kyler went above and beyond to provide me with one of the best services I ve had. He accommodated my needs, and is very trustworthy which to me there s no price that can replace that. Overall I was very impressed and would no doubt be my go to for future car service

Came in with a flat on my BMW M3. Khyler at the front desk helped me immediately upon my visit. Within minutes someone was working on my car. Great price on a new tire. Quick fix on my flat. Best service visit to a tire shop in many years. Thank you!

And AGAIN!!! smooth and perfect service. Took my truck off the beaten path this past week, lol. My steering was completely off to the right. Came in today, back to alignment and form. This is the shop to come to. I'm going to be upset when I leave this area.

Ron and Kyler always do a great job and their work is exceptional. They can fix anything. I took my wife s car to them after a rodent ate some wires and they got it fixed quickly at half of the price the dealer wanted for the same repair.

I got there before open on a Friday for a ln alignment, and there were already customers ahead of me. The wait wasn't bad as I was able to spend my time having breakfast and walked around the Ross thats located in the same plaza. Theres lots of stores nearby. Everyone that helped me with my alignment were very helpful, I mentioned how my car had been misfireling and they offered to help. The car was ready at the time they said it would be. They have the most affordable/ inexpensive alignment I could find in this area, and I would definitely bring my car back for servicing if need be.

These guys are Great!! Had a battery go bad and they warranted it no questions asked no hassle it was Awesome!Update: This place really went downhill. It seems like nobody wants to work. Just go in sit around and collect a paycheck. Can t fix anything properly. Sad to see.

I purchased four new tires for my Cadillac 2022 CT4V. I showed up at around 0930 and did not leave until 1400 because workers were having trouble fitting the OE run-flats due to the rubber being cold, is what was explained to me, and breaking their tools while placing the tire on the rim, later finding my rims scuffed and no one bringing to my attention. My vehicle's rims are black, and the vehicle was washed before being brought to the shop. There were no scuffs on the rim before getting it to the shop.
