Hey Sho, your coworkers are idiots. No seriously, I know you re not a manager yet, but do me a favor and teach them proper customer service skills. Either they re stupid or they do not care at all, which is sad. I m going to start shopping at Autozone until you pick up Manager and fire them all. You honestly deserve better coworkers, brother.

Great service! Roxroy and Noah were super kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us switch out our car battery. We truly appreciate them and their excellent customer service. :)

First time customer to O Reillys yesterday and I was very impressed! Had a burnt bulb out needed a replacement and installed. Blake couldn t of been more helpful to me! He was knowledgeable put that bulb in record speed and was very pleasant to speak to. I will be back and will letting friends and family know how great they are!

Had my battery and alternator go out today. Stopped into this O Reilly and Mason assisted us. Not only was he incredibly helpful in his explanation, he went out of his way to help us replace parts even after his shift ended. He is an exceptional individual.

My father went there and he was so happy with the service that he has asked me to write a review. The person helping him, Roxroy Davis, is an excellent employee. My father was so thankful that he helped him with such kind and professional manner despite having language barrier. Thank you Davis for your wonderful customer service.

I had to replace my waterpump, decided to change my thermostat and radiator while I was in there. O'Reilly had the best customer service. They didn't always have all the parts I needed and sometimes they cost more (had to shop around) but they always have the best customer service. I feel more comfortable asking them any questions I have about my car.

They are so helpful. If check engine light is on you can borrow Code Reader & get codes in Pkg. Lot then they'll tell you the problem. Then they'll tell you the options to repair it. For a single woman - or any non-mechanical person, this type of help is awesome.

This specific location is very nice timely, gives very direct sufficient answers for questions . Customer service is top tier . And I d especially like to note the people who work here are really respect and helpful & shoutout to Gab he was able to change my battery when the others places acted like they couldn t (jeep compass trailhawk 19 )

Super helpful! Checked my starter, alternator and battery. Determined battery was the issue. I thought I'd have to buy a battery but the associate suggested I could get the battery charged. I wasn't aware that could be an option. I'm so thankful for his honesty and assistance.

First of all, im not a mechanic. I went in to get ATF (automatic transmission fluid). Gentleman, Roxroy was very helpful. Looked up my information...got what i needed. Came out to my car and put it in the car for me. He also checked diagnostics for me and printed out information for me with codes on what was wrong. Kudos, for ROXROY for his assistance.

Called O Reillys in a pinch wanted to get my rotors turned. I was pushed off because I wasn t buying a product. (Probably would ve ended up spending a few hundred dollars) I was OK with them only having two people that knew how to turn the rotors and I wanted them done within the week by next Tuesday today is the 19th of July. they came back and told me it was a liability to leave my rotors there to get turned what happened to good customer service AutoZone is the same way.Hopefully the owner reads these reviews and make some changes in the way they handle things if you offer a service and you give them a week and they tell you it s a liability that means they don t want to be bothered with you or anything else I m not paying $100 for my rotors when they re perfectly fine if you offer a rotor turning service then you should honor that serviceI most definitely will be shopping somewhere else. try Napa they re a little bit better but everybody every where you go seems to be irritated by the simple fact that you re even in the store.Pretty pathetic what this place we live in has turned out to be

I came in for a replacement caliper slide pins on my Mustang that was not seating properly. Eric helped me out and explained to me that I had a performance package model and that it used a different part than the regular model. Eric sold me the replacement part and I was able to install it in less than 20 minutes!The next day I came into return the regular sliding pins and the manager credited me back the amount without any issues. They were very polite throughout the whole process, which was a refreshing change from the other chain stores.I would definitely recommend this store for all your car parts needs, since the people are very knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely care about the well being of their customers!Keep up the great work!

Rachel initially helped me with getting the right windshield wipers as mine were going bad. She was very kind, assertive, and installed them for me even being shorter than me and that my truck was lifted. As I was going back into my car I realized it wouldn t start!!! I knew I needed a new battery and she helped me find the right one also applying a military discount. Roy then assisted me inserting the new battery despite my old one was COMPLETELY corroded. Thank you so much to the team at orielly making my car issues so much easier for me. The customer service was amazing. Will return for future car needs.

Omar was honestly a shining moment in my week, I was strapped for cash and my car had literally no oil in it. He told don t worry about it and when I got there he let me have the oil and PAID for my oil! Definitely great customer service and will be going here from now on

Needed to get a light for my license plate that went out. Asked the lady at the desk if there is anyone on staff who may know how to change it out. Her response was." Do you have a smartphone? Look it up on YouTube.". She could've responded a bit more helpful than that. Poor service.Well today they completely redeemed themselves with poor customer service. I went in there today. I didn't see that woman but the guy at the counter Heladio was extremely helpful. In fact they didn't have what I needed and he pointed me in the direction of their competition. After doing that I came back to finish my shopping here. Thanks for all your help with my key fob.

Good service when they are not too busy. Otherwise the wait time is long to get your purchase done. Staff is knowledgeable. I believe Eric helped us last time and he took his time to answer our questions. Returns are easy. Prices are average.

I returned a part that I bought from another O'Reilly Store to this store. The guy that accepted the return didn't seem to happy about it. He snarled at me and suggested in the future I open the parts in the store to make sure they are not damaged before I leave with them and maybe I should have but no need to be a dick about it. I'll just stick with Auto Zone and pay a little more for their better customer service. The only reason this is 2 stars is because I got my money back.

Joe Joe is awesome, he was super helpful and gave me great service. There was 2 other ladies working and they seems indulged in a personal convo so I waited after making eye contact with both of them when they seen me waiting and he seen me from the back waiting came out and assisted me right away. Even gave me some useful info I didnt know and helped a great deal.

I was help by Eric and he was awesome. Even with the store being busy he took the time to make sure that i had everyrhing i needed and tested my battery and alternator. He answered the many questions i had. Great service.

Customer services was pretty bad. Guy named adam was pretty rude, didnt bother show us where a part was (we looked for it first). He only became a decent person when he noticed my husband military id during check out.Better off going to autozone.

Eric was a blessing today! He was very knowledgeable and actually took his time to explain quality of the product to me. I usually go to walmart for my car but I will make oreilys my go to from now on. Taking care of customers and going above and beyond is what counts!

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I brought my motorcycles battery in to have it recharged. I left it with them overnight. Went in the next morning to pick it up and they told me it was tested and ready to go. So I took the battery and went and was dropped off 20 miles away at my motorcycle. When I got there the battery was still completely dead. When I called oreillys to let them know what happened, they told me that the person who gave me the battery with a new employee. So now I have to spend money to get a ride home and my scheduled day has been shot to heck. And an O'Reilly's is not willing to do anything to make up for this.

3 guys made sure my car was up and running after 4 hours of waiting.. they were helpful and had plenty knowledge on cars.. made sure to check every thing that could have been wrong and let us use a few tools

I am not a handy person whatsoever but I came here to buy some parts to try and fix a car problem I had in my own instead I left with my car fixed thanks to the awesome workers they have , when I asked they not only guided me but showed me the right way of doing things

Only 1 person working ,needs help. Went back to use engine light tester. They said it was broken. Went back for parts not in stock. Seems always sum kind of problem when go in O'Reilly's lately
