Kyle and Robert took excellent care of me early on Sunday morning just before church. I needed a steering wheel puller and compression tool kit, which I purchased and returned within the 48 hour window for a refund. These guys are not only friendly, but have that "can do now" attitude. As I also needed some extra small parts to put my '69 El Camino back together, Robert knew the store inside and out and quickly got me back into my project. The car runs great now, and I've got that smile back!

We've always had good experiences with customer service at this store, but tonight was exceptional. Marvin and Dorena were working on a Sunday evening and both were extremely helpful in dealing with a dead 12-volt battery issue in a hybrid car, from looking up where we could get a new battery if needed, (they didn't have the one we would in stock that we would need), to lending us tools we needed to remove the car battery for testing, to testing and charging the battery They were friendly and helpful the whole time, which is comforting on a Sunday evening facing such a problem and not knowing how serious the problem is.

This is to recognize the Outstanding Service I got from Kyle when I recently visited the Store in Oceanside. He was very Professional, Knowledgable and Courteous. My older Mercedes needed a new battery and not only he recommended the right battery but he also installed it. Great Job! I highly recommend this Store for its great location, friendly Staff and competitive Prices.

This negative review is just for the business account manager GABRIEL who ignored me as a business owner.I tried to open a commercial account with O'reilly auto parts located in Ocean Blvd. The process took over what it should so i tried to contact Oreilly commercial manager GABRIEL to see what was the hold up, I called three times and I went to the store three times left written notices, Never heard from him.I got my account with NAPA and Autozone with no hassle after I applied with Oreilly. I purchased oils, filters, coolant and other things around $3000, so enjoy ignoring people GABRIEL you made your store lost a customer. BTW I will submit a complaint regarding this situation.

Check your receipts. The cashier told me my core refund will be back on my credit card. I never received it. After a week I checked the receipt it says cash refund.

Staff was friendly and saved me a huge hassle. I was getting a replacement oxygen sensor, and I chose a universal one. They explained to me that it probably wouldn't pass inspection, they grabbed the exact one I needed, and I don't have to worry about passing inspection.

Crooks! I have a restoration shop in Oceanside, I buy probably 5-10k in parts a month. I purchased an alternator for a volvo from this location. R and I the alternator, take in the old one to get my $40 core charge back 5 hours later and was told it was already redeemed!! I ask how??... I have the old one right here!.. and i used my card! Seems the lady who checked me out decided to cash in the core and take the 40 bucks. They took the old core and told me to check my account for the funds. Manager told me the same. 3 months later still no core refund! Scum bags will never see a cent of my money again!

They had what I needed, and the guy helping me was really nice.I think every O'Reilly auto store I have ever been in, has had friendly and knowledgeable people working there.It almost is like Discount Tires, in that their employees are also genuine, kind and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I own 7 cars, bought one battery from them (the rest are from Auto Zone). I went to return it 6 months later because it wasn't working. They never bothered to enter my information in the computer. I expect you guys not to know anything about technical automotive repair but at least figure out how to help someone keep the warranty on purchased parts. Do yourself a favor, AAA or Auto Zone for batteries. Not even worth 1 STAR. NEVER AGAIN. And thanks for the dead battery.

They are very helpful. I'm a woman and asked one of the guys how to read was size lug nut I needed. He was really great, explain the number and what that meant. I could picture what he was saying. There is a female behind the counter also. That is huge! She totally knew what she was talking about.

Way to be accommodating to a patron in need, NOT. Would have taken two minutes time to let me drop. Out of principle I will go to a friendlier competitor from now on. In the future don't talk to ppl like you talk to your three year old.

On Saturday 03/27 around 3pm I went to get an air filter. It was not in stock but I was told I could have it the same day by 5pm. I have called before going but no answer. After 5 I went back to the store and I had to wait 15 minutes while employees were searching it and finally I've been told that it was not there. The cashier told me it will be there the next day by 10.30am and I'll get a call. Since I have received no call by 11.00 I have called myself. Rachel picked up and she straight away asked me to hold. After being on hold for approx. 8 minutes a guy picked up and he said that the headlights are on stock. I told him I haven't called about headlights but about the air filter so he put me back on hold or he hanged up because the line disconnected. I have called back and spoken to Rachel and I have told her she kept me on hold for 8 minutes. She said "we were busy". Really bad customer service!

Manager was very helpful. After making me wait for about 45 minutes until another customer returned a battery charger/starter when it had already been returned. she actually gave me a ride to my truck. She more than made up for her mistake.

The girl in here is incompetent and wastes ppls time i called as not to waste my time it was simple Can the ppl there change batteries that have a bracket over them as if she doesn t comprehend. Lucky the red head guy just looked at it and confirmed no i could of had that simple question answered without wasting my gas

The people that work here are great. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help! I went in there for a part, they taught me a thing or two about what I needed to do to fix my car, what I needed to purchase, respected my budget, and I actually brought in my sons broken scooter and they fixed the wheel, not even what I went in there for!! I wish I could remember the fellas name who fixed it. So nice. Every time I went in there for years I knew I d get good service and be helped. Thanks Oceanside Oreilly!

They have people behind the counter that don't want to deal with people. I'm surprised they're still in business. Don't buy here, none of their software has correct parts for models 2020 and newer it seems.

Went to O'Reilly to buy new brake lights for my car. The staff was SO helpful! They came it and checked that the problem was really my bulbs before selling me anything. Spoiler Alert: it wasn't! Just loose connections and they saved me spending anything. Such nice, helpful, knowledgeable people here, I'll never go anywhere else

Car wouldn t start, so jumped it and brought here. Wasn t 5 steps through the door before Mark was on it. He immediately walked out to my car, figured out what was wrong, found the fix, made a phone call and found exactly what I needed at another store. He was personable, highly competent and just great to work with. Stellar experience overall.

This morning I was helped by Andrew. He checked my battery and installed the new one! I also bought brake pads and Andrew was kind enough to suggest brake grease to avoid squeaking! All parts came with some kind of warranty and Andrew was knowledgeable in explaining the warranties of each part. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes! I'm thrilled this shop is in my neighborhood and will highly recommend!

Well my car was having cooling system problems and eventually it needed a thermostat and a coolant reservoir cap gentleman there helped me he was very very nice to the point where I went back and I asked for him again
