Went by as I was checking around for a car for me and my lady. Happened to stop by here per chance and met a great guy named sunny who helped us with viewing any that peeked our interest. Was patient and willing to answer any questions we had. Do enjoy and feel I got a outstanding deal.

Bought a 2000 CR-V AWD for an okay price, and it's been solid. The purchasing and financing experience was straightforward and the interest was fairly low. Hondas are easy to work on and with a little TLC we had ourselves a great little daily driver! The very last payment was a little tight, so I called and asked if we could push it out for 2 weeks and they were accommodating and didnt charge a late fee. 10 out of 10 would buy here again.P.s. We named the car Stella.

I had inquired about a Honda civic and they got back to me within the hour. I came to look at the vehicle , test drove it and I liked it . I purchased the car. MJ was very knowledgeable and helped me with the whole process . I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here

Piece of junk cars. Don't waste your time here. Car description online was it was that it ran great clean and no issues. Complete lies. Leaking oil from a crack in block, smelly and fresh coffee stains with syrup, power stearing broken, interior was chewed up by a dog...... I could go on ..... and the second car I looked at because a buyer came to look at the same car as me ,way too suspiscious since it was there for more than 2 years, the second car was just as bad. They should be shut down by comsumer affairs. Stay far away.

I will never buy from here again or recommend anyone here. We bought a truck in Aug 2023. It broke down less than 2 weeks. Got a warranty but they took forever to start it because they never paid the company. And to top it all off they bypassed the heater core so it would pass inspection. Worst place ever!!!!!!! Just out to take people s money ( scammers )

I found the generation Tahoe I was looking for (GMT800) on their website, reached out, and was immediately called back. Moe was the person with which I dealt, and he was straight-up outstanding. I live in a small city in Texas, devoid of these types of vehicles in any kind of shape but rough. He FaceTime'd me just so he could talk and better show me the vehicle. Satisfied with what I saw, I sent out a mobile inspector. He was the point of contact with them and communicated between us flawlessly. The inspector pointed out the cosmetic flaws I figured were there on a 20-year-old vehicle but said that it ran just fine. For good measure, Moe had their mechanic replace the knock sensor, oil pressure switch, and valve cover gasket, which was probably leaking. They also touched up some of the sun-damaged paint when I didn't even ask. When I decided to move forward, he was super helpful, and I was able to do business from a hospital (my wife had just given birth) with only my phone. Then, he was the point of contact for the car hauler I hired. Once again, handled everything and communicated well--friendly as always. The vehicle is running just fine a month later and I have absolutely no complaints. He helped me out with an extended warranty anyways for very cheap. As far as price, it was fair but not some smoking deal. I didn't haggle and honestly am glad if they made some money off of the transaction. They deserve it and I love the vehicle. Moe was my point of contact again handling title transfer/registration and this is well after the sale. Couldn't be happier to have dealt with Moe and North County Auto. They went above and beyond at every step. I would buy a used vehicle from them again, even though I live in another state.

Bought a truck from them over a month ago. Waited to leave a review to see if I ran into any issues. I had some registration issues that the DMV messed up 3 times. And everytime I reached out they got right back to me to correct the issue until it finally got resolved! Hard to get that level of customer service these days!

Exactly experience everyone helped me get a car and fast. They worked out the payments for me and try to get me the best deal . Then besides me being late for viewing they still took me even after closing time ! Totally recommend!!

Purchased a 2003 Avalon and the car looks brand new I have not had any problems the vehicle has 150000 miles on it and is in fantastic shape I have had new cars with problems this is a used car with no problems I did in house financing since my credit is not that good this place is awesome and they have great cars with good prices.

Terrible and very shady people, they buy these cars as cheap as possible from auctions just to touch up how they look. Just to turn around to sell for crazy prices, got way overcharged for the car I got from them which they sold which terrible condition brakes, and maybe maybe issues to this day. Please stay away from them unless you want a constant headache

Bought a used Subaru a year ago for 6k at 141k miles. After purchase, mechanics said it had a hole in the exhaust and burned oil. Also it came with bald tires, and a check engine light came on after ~100 miles of purchase. 20k miles later, the front wheel bearings went out and I sold it for 1/10 of what I paid here. Stay away or contact a mechanic pre-purchase at the very least. At least the purchasing process was smooth and they were willing to negotiate the prices, which are absurdly high on the website.

Bought a 2004 Honda accord in 2021. The dealership was very transparent and let my mechanic put it on a lift. The car runs fantastic today in 2023. This is the only car business I trust in Oceanside.

Went in to trade in my truck for a 2004 Toyota tacoma crew cab. Extremely shady business practice and a serious communication issue between the employees. They messed up on the whole trade in value and the price of the truck they were selling me after I had already got a loan through navy fed and all paperwork had been finalized and the check was in their hand. This loan was the result of the exact prices they gave me after all the numbers had been calculated by them. Not only that but all the paperwork they did had the vin number of a different vehicle. Then my bank ran a report of the vehicle to find it has reported frame damage from a previous accident in 2010. They did not tell me about the frame damage which is illegal. After all of this they raised the price to double the value of a vehicle with that type of history. They also wanted me to get another loan to cover the absurd amount they want for their truck with frame damage.I wasted 5 hours there and got a loan for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend anyone waste their time and money here and if for some reason you do, get a third party to run a detailed history report on that vehicle also be extremely detailed and look over all paperwork and vin numbers so they don t try and scam you. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
