The best place ever!!The crew here at Jiffy Lube are AWESOME!!I'll trust them everytime. The manager went the extra mile by going to pick up my oil filter because they did not have one in stock. Thank You Jiffy Lube. Till the next time!!!!

I have been coming to this location for years. I would have never thought I would say anything negative about them, but the past two visits have caused an issue for concern. The last visit they I paid for a service to have my floors vacuumed and for all my liquids to be topped off along with the oil change of course. The fluids weren't changed and the floor not vacuumed. Kind sad really when you pay $80 for an oil change and service. This time I waited in the car for over 20 minutes to come to find out that they were out of high mileage oil and that they could only offer the blend of synthetic. I asked if they could give me a discount and said no. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't know how they have 4 stars still. Just went back a year later to give them another chance. Ask if they had the oil filter that was out at the other location, the older tech said yes and then come to find out 25 minutes later they do not have the filter. Then when I stated to another tech about what happened, I got attitude. This is the worst location for Jiffy lube. Fun fact this Jiffy lube charges $30 more for there oil changes than others

I have a 2006 porsche boxster, called the store up on the phone and asked if they could do an oil change on my car. The manager said yes, I just need to bring my own oil filter. I came to the store with my own oil filter, and the exact same manager walks out and tells me that the car is too delicate to be worked on and that they are unable to do it because they are liable for parts that are too expensive. I have done oil changes on this car myself, it is exactly the same as every other car. What a joke.

This place got really slimy and grimy recently and I will not be back. Went in for an oil change and to get brake pads replaced. Usually costs me about $550 when I would go there over the years. Now I go and before they even inspected anything they tried to convince me that I needed all of my brakes and rotors replaced. There's no way of them being able to come to that conclusion without even inspecting anything. Imagine a random dude walks by and says you need to replace a bunch of things on your car without even coming within 5 feet of it. They tried to give me a quote of $1k and a 3 hour wait. Hahaha get out of here. Your bosses are effing the clueless customers. Their oil change prices also increased from $80 to $110. Hahaha um No thank you. Won't be going here anymore. Small family owned mechanics here I come!

Came in with a overheating problem, Thought that the coolant needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection just found that the radiator was low even though the Overflow was full. They topped it off and worked great along with the oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Refused online Jiffy Lube coupon of $12.00. Did not clean exterior windows as described in service. Charged for top off of antifreeze even though a we are (were) regular customers. We will not be taking our cars to Jiffy Lube again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great energy and vibe in the garage as the supervisors and workers interact as work is done. I told them what I needed and they did just what I asked - no pressure to do more work though they did tell me what they recommend. They were professional and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure to buy things I didn't want. Highly recommend them and I already have to one friend,Service: Oil change

Pulled in Sep 29 2022 around 4 pm. Older gentleman told me they didn t have high mileage in my car s oil. 0w-20 is what he thought it took, that s wrong because on my OEM cap it calls for 5w-30. After that he wanted to charge me $129 for an oil change, I asked, are you crazy? To compare I looked up how much a synthetic oil package from autozone is on the exact same day; most expensive is $40.99. He then somehow made it $79.00 after the $15 coupon. I drove away, I would never expect this type of predatory business from a company I worked for year s ago; just glade it was me and not someone who doesn t know better.

I had never been to a jiffy lube before today. The gentlemen that helped me today were all very courteous, and professional but friendly as well. This was my first experience using Jiffy Lube and I'm wondering, "why did I wait so long?" The drive-up service is very efficient, especially with mandated social distancing in place. The greeter (Daniel W) was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone worked efficiently and the shop was exceptionally clean. The price was competitive especially when I used a discount offer I found online. I couldn't want for a better experience, confident my vehicle was prepared for the long road trip ahead. Thanks Jiffy Lube! I'll be back.

Quick and without an appt. I have a black luxury SUV and the one thing that disappointed me is that oil was dripped on my front bumper and chrome grill and residue was left on the fenders and hood. I had just washed it the day before the oil change. For the $100 I paid for the change they could have tried to be cleaner or left no trace of work being done.Service: Oil change

I go to Jiffy Lubes all over the state of California because I drive a lot for my job.. and these guys were among the best! Im so glad I stopped here... they got me taken care of right away, and it was very very quick and they were very professional.. my kind of place!

Reginald S. was professional and so kind. He explained the different types of oil changes to me and even made my 5 year old feel better having to wait for the oil change to finish. Great Service and fast! They have taken under 30 minutes each time. I wanted to highlight Regi in particular. He has always been courteous and honest. He took the time to explain the different benefits to me and never was pushy with a sale. They will always let you know when the wait is a bit longer than expected. I will be returning for sure. Came in for an oil change and was very pleased with the service Miguel offered. I thought he was very welcoming and friendly. They were quick, professional and their $15 dollar coupon online worked no questions asked. Ill be back for free top offs

Seems like every time I go here to get an oil change, something mysterious around my engine breaks. First time I went to get an oil change before making a road trip up state to a close friend s wedding, they changed it and I made it upstate no problem. However, the next day there was a pool under my car and my oil tank was EMPTY. I went to the Jiffylube in Sacramento and they said the oil hadn t been replaced correctly and they would replace it no charge (thank god for them, I had work back down here that very night).Now I went to get my oil changed recently at the time of this review and I made a point to ask about my air filter, since I knew it hadn t been looked at recently. They said it wouldn t be a problem. They replaced my oil but instead of my oil leaking now, it s my engine coolant. I can replace the engine liquids myself, but I m a stranger to fixing the tubing. I just can t help but sense a pattern of them making their own economy .Service: Oil change
