I was very impressed with my first visit to Infiniti Oceanside. My service was dealt with quickly and efficiently and my car came back sparkling. Gonzo was very professional and took the time to go through my service report and gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend and will return in the future for work to my car when needed.

Steve Amador, 12 year veteran salesperson at Mossy and my neighbor did a super job with the whole process. This is my second leased vehicle at Mossy Oceanside. I leased a Frontier and this time a 2023 Infiniti QX60. I highly recommend Steve and the dealership.

How unfortunate is it that after 5 calls, I have to end this with a bad review. This has nothing to do with the sales people, as I had a great experience with them. I bought my car back in the endings of May. I received the car with sticker plates of JANUARY 2023. (should have a 2024 sticker on it already). I noticed this 2 days later in which I have picture proof. That was my *FIRST call made. I was told they would speak to someone from financing and get back to me but that the temporary windshield paper should suffice. 2 MONTHS later, no call. I call again *SECOND CALL*. Im transferred to a "DMV Clerk" he then said he will order a NEW sticker but shouldn't worry about being pulled over as the police can run my license plate and see it has its plates paid(??). Another month went by *THIRD CALL?* and i spoke to another person who will again leave a msg with finance but they saw prior notes about the sticker being ordered. *FOURTH CALL* i was upset by this point. the receptionist saw the prior sticker order nd mentioned he can have the sticker mailed to the dealership and i can just pick it up if its not arriving to my address. I agreed that was the best option. *FIFTH CALL* the finance people were unavailable to take my call (and i understand) i asked him if i need to leave a review to be noticed by someone because this is absurd. He apologized and now here i am. I understand I couldve easily gone in person, but that is not my responsibility. This will have to be the last time i come here, because the first time 5 years ago we were also fd over.

Do not leave your car here overnight for service. They have no security, they had my car stolen because they kept my keys in a box OUTSIDE, where a thief broke into it and drove away with my Infiniti. The general manager was uncooperative, and showed zero concern for a loyal customer. I will never own an Infiniti again and would never trust this dealership.

We found the exact car only at Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside. Absolutely the most amazing and unforgettable experience for a remotely purchase. I was blown away with the service provided by Robert Ochoa, salesperson, Larry Tulio sales manager, Carlos Quintero, finance manager. They all very professional on the phone, email and in person. They definitely care for the customer to bring more to stay with the luxury of Infiniti. Larry made it happened to put us in the best QX60 Autograph. He was very transparent, responsive, and made the transaction very pleasant with his laugh and unlimited time on the phone. He is totally a no pressure sales manager and give you the opportunity to hold the vehicle while a decision is made. No common in these days that there is a short supply and high demand. Robert, very professional, a dedicated salesperson responding calls/texts even on his day off. Carlos in finance knows well how to run the most critical part. He was very helpful we understand the options for additional coverages and did an excellent job with the paperwork, highlighting and explaining every important line.I found out that at Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside besides no marks up over MSRP is not only about selling the car and they make sure the customer has a positive experience. They all are nice and make you feel as a true value customer. I had to fly into town and the nice experience started with a VIP treatment from Robert who pick up my wife and I at the airport. It continues as we were meeting others in the dealer, the GM, finance, reception, detailing and the rest of the salespeople who came to congratulate the purchase.Robert, salesperson, was at all times making sure the transaction and delivery was very smooth. He took his time to show us and explain all the features and packages on the car. I was totally impressed to find out he had setup all the features and applications like In-touch Services. The car was intact and it was a perfect delivery.The transaction was very pleasant and the whole paper work was done in 90 minutes. The dealer setup is very nice and very convenient with lots of options in their inventory.Of all the car dealers I purchased cars, I rate this dealer with 5 stars.Thank you Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside. We will surely be coming to see you on future needs

Wasn t expecting to take home a car during these times but Steve Amador made it happen . Seriously come see him! Salesmen these days can be shady but Amador was very direct , didn t give the run around and was completely honest . Made the car shopping process enjoyable and quick and easy . I love my new car !

My wife and I were in the market for a 2017 to 2019 Lexus GX. For about 2-3 months we did research on what the best full size SUV would be for our family. We had a mid-size SUV that just wasn't cutting it for our 2 boys and monster yellow lab. We needed more room, a 3rd row seat, 4x4 and V8 power. Most importantly we wanted Toyota dependability/reliability. We decided on the GX because its basically a luxury 4-Runner / Land Cruiser but for less money. We started looking around and was about to drive hours to LA dealerships until we found this one at our local Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside. My wife contacted the dealership and Mike Rodriguez with sales helped us out. We told him what we could do and what we could afford and he came back at the end of the day with his manager Dana Lozano and just straight up hooked us up exactly what we wanted. Dana told me what they could do for us over the phone. I grabbed my wife and youngest kid and headed down to the dealership around 7pm. Both Mike and Dana stuck to their word and what they promised us. They even got us a better trade in and better deal with the loan! Dana wanted to earn our business and he sure did! I've bought cars before at other dealerships and felt like I was locked in their office showroom for 12 hours being tortured to sign documents. Not at Mossy Oceanside! They let my young son run around the showroom putting hand prints on all the sports cars while my wife and I signed away. We left with our 2018 Lexus GX at around 10pm. We had this all wrapped up in 3 hours! Fantastic service from both Mike Rodriguez and manager Dana Lozano. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new auto to at least talk to Mossy and see what they can do for you. I would buy from them again. This Lexus GX SUV is beautiful inside and out and drives like a dream.Thanks Mossy! You made me and my family very happy!

I had a prepaid maintenance plan which was expiring so I scheduled a service appointment with Robin Rush. I requested all the covered services and inspections applicable to service# to be done during this time and found out that one of the covered services listed on the prepaid maintenance plan cannot be covered as for some reason the system does not list that as part of the "allowed services." She gladly contacted the warranty services, explained the situation, and made sure so it can be covered per the agreement. She immediately called me the next day and scheduled a follow-up visit. She is courteous, reliable, and easy to work with. Thank you Robin for making this process hassle-free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is visiting the Infiniti of Oceanside.

Infinity of Oceanside is outstanding. I live in Phoenix and they had the exact 2022 Q60 that I wanted. I was leery of buying a car in another state. However, Nathan Prescott responded to my e-mail inquiry within minutes and walked me through how to buy the car and get it shipped to me. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the process, the car and all the details needed to be addressed. Very professional and honest. He went beyond the scope of any car salesperson I have encountered. Answered all my questions--even later in the evening after they were closed. His follow up was excellent--not at all in a pestering way--but helpful and efficient. The details were handled very quickly and I had my car in 4 days!! I would highly recommend this dealership and Nathan Prescott!! I worked with PJ to purchase a certified used car. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle to the final purchase, PJ went above and beyond to ensure my customer experience was top-notch. He brought the car to my home for me to test drive it, and we were able to take care of a majority of the negotiations and purchase over the phone. PJ worked hard to accommodate my crazy work schedule so that when I arrived to pick up my car the remaining part of the process took about an hour or less. I met with other members of the team during the final part of the purchase process and it's clear that they have a good workplace culture as the they seemed to genuinely respect one another and have a fun team dynamic. Would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Mossy is the best hands down. I recently purchased one of my dream cars. If your looking for a new car I highly recommend talking to Tyrone, he will get you into your car quick with no hassle. Customer service is A1 and caters to your needs. One of the best dealerships in California. I would not go anywhere else.Big Thanks to Tyrone , both Larrys, Mike, Carlos and everyone else. I went over to look at a used Infiniti QX60, but I ended up looking and test driving a few different cars and the process taking like an hour... through this whole time, Cody sincerely and honestly helped me decide without any pressure to buy or time limits- Thanks Cody! My first time coming here for an oil change. It did take a little long for someone to acknowledge me on the drive but other than that no complaints. Everyone i encountered was very nice and helpful. Robin was my service advisor and she was great. She is very personable and easy to work with. Will definitely be coming back to her for any other service needs I have in the future.

Robin Rush, our Service Consultant is AMAZING! We brought in our 2008 M35 Infiniti for an oil change and complete checkup since it wasn't driven very much since 2020 and was recently given to our son to have as his first car. We wanted to make sure that the car was still safe and in great driving condition before having our son driving it regularly. Robin did an awesome job to make sure that it was thoroughly checked and that it had a complete inspection. As a result, we found a few issues that needed our attention to which Robin was very good at explaining and prioritizing the work needed. We had a list of work completed in a timely manner and then got the car back sounding and driving almost like a brand new car! Robin is very professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond.It is always a delight working with her and wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Thank you Robin for always taking such a good care of our cars and family. You truly give the best customer service!Infiniti of Oceanside is lucky to have you!!

Had Infiniti for years. Robin had been our Service Advisor and followed her from Kearny Mesa to Oceanside. She is fair and communicates so I understand what our cars need. Don't get the chance to say thank you always but my Q50 from 2014 still looks and runs great. Having it serviced through the dealer and her was worth it.

Infiniti car dealership doesn't really care about their customers. As soon as you want to buy a car, everyone is always very happy and takes care of you, but as soon as the purchase transaction is completed, they immediately forget about you. Because of their oversight, I lost a lot of working time. In addition, for additional services such as an active security system are included in the purchase price, I have to wait 1 month for its activation as they cannot do it in time.

This is the second time I ve been to Mossy Infiniti of Oceanside and Larry Tulio and team delivered above and beyond customer service expectations.The last time I was there he helped my family get a QX60. And today Larry Tulio and Larry Ringstaff helped me again.It s not everyday you go back to the same dealership and the same leadership team is still there.Times have been rough post COVID (as it has been for everyone), and going to this dealership has always been efficient, friendly, accommodating and helpful.Larry Tulio s leadership is a presence and you can tell right when you walk in. I appreciate the Mossy Infiniti team of Oceanside. I will definitely be recommending this location to all my family and friends for their car purchases.

Upon our arrival at the dealership, for an exploratory test drive, we were graciously greeted by Ghassan. We test drove the QX50 and instantly fell in love with the car. Ghassan facilitated the purchase of this vehicle. Ghassan was extremely professional, patience, and friendly with every aspect of our purchase, from showing us the vehicle through the financing process. He was a "straight shooter" and answered every question we asked of him. We strongly recommend any potential buyer to see Ghassan first and we intend to refer our friends to this dealership.

If you want to be treated like family stop looking and go to Infiniti of Oceanside.We reconnected with Larry Tulio after he originally helped us get our QX60 over 3 yrs ago. Similar to a lot of families, we are having to adjust to our new post Covid lifestyle and my wife and I started to carpool together. Our family needed help and we were able to get it. We were greeted with a smile and got caught up on how things have been going. We also worked with Larry Ringstaff who helped make the whole process simple and stress free. Even checking in with our 5yr old son (Jordaan), who was waiting patiently in the spacious TV center/waiting area.Thank you Larry Tulio, Larry Ringstaff, and the entire team at Infiniti of Oceanside.
