First call Auto Glass are amazing they have worked on both of my vintage vehicles, there is no one else in the glass industry that I trust, Pat and Company out perform all Competition, And I can't forget the knowledge I received from Betty and her team in the office. I had to replace the windshield on my Jeep and the dealership recommended First Call Auto Glass. I had a great experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the time they handed me my keys back. They were friendly and fast/efficient. They kept me updated throughout the process and my new gorilla glass windshield looks amazing. Thank you, First Call Auto Class!

Pat and First Call Auto Glass check ALL the boxes SPOT ON! Unlike the MANY other windshield shops I called in hopes to get my badly broken windshield fixed (before an upcoming trip so time was of the essence), he answered the phone LIVE, was easy to understand, said it would only take two hours (including re-calibrating everything since I have a heads up display on my windshield which was 2-3 times faster than his competitors!) got me in the same day (& fixed it while I waited!), and provided a fair price (that was actually below several of his competitors). And for whatever it's worth I found First Call only after another windshield repair company said that's who he sends people to because he doesn't replace them (i.e. he only repair cracks)

First Call Auto Glass is the appropriate name for this shop! I scheduled the appt, waited for my windshield replacement & they finished sooner than estimated. They were very personable & professional. Plus, the price was lower than 3 others I was quoted! Highly recommend!!

I called five different auto glass shops, trying to find the best estimate for a new windshield. First call auto glass responded clearly and friendly with the best (most affordable) estimate I received out of the five. They were able to fit me into their schedule the next day. When I arrived a little bit early, they were able to get right to work on my car. As I waited in the lobby, I was able to hear them and watch them interact with other customers, very respectfully, friendly, and helpfully. I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. The work was good and my windshield looks fantastic.

Dillon is very knowledgeable about different tint products, he is very friendly and will take great care of you. He even worked after hours for me to help me out. I Highly recommend this shop, they didn't overcharge and took great care of me. Will come back with all my future vehicles!! Very happy with Dillons professionalism and service. Alex and Dillon knocked out the job in no time. Couldn't be happier.

I want to thank all the people that work here. They took me in after setting up an appointment and they did an amazing job. This was the first time I've dealt with them but I know I'll be coming back. They made me feel welcome and took care of me. Again thank you for the amazing job on my window!

This place is wonderful. I was in an incident this is week Feb 2024 where my hood flew open and hit the windshield shattering it on the freeway. First call was recommended to me and they truly came through for me. Devin and Alex went over and beyond. Can t thank you enough

The best auto glass shop and the best customer service! I highly recommend coming here and supporting local businesses as well! It was my first ever windshield replacement and they helped me out with figuring out everything I needed to know, including finding out how much was my deductible. Something I should know but they took the time to help me. It s a brand new truck, 22 GMC Sierra. It s looking sharp again with a new original windshield! Highly recommend!! Some of the staff that work there also came out to check the damage and they were all very welcoming and super friendly!Service: Auto windshield replacement

First Call Auto Glass is a quality shop with five-star customer service! I had a window damaged by theft and needed a quick turnaround. Betty was very friendly and helpful on the phone, and she talked me through payment options with and without insurance. When I got to the shop, Pat and the other techs were also very kind and friendly. They provided complimentary coffee during the service, which took less than an hour - much quicker than I thought. Have gotten my windshield replaced here twice, and when needed, I'll keep coming back. Customer service is fantastic, and they got me in same day for a windshield replacement and a glass guard installation. All of that, and it's still more fast and affordable than Safelite.

Search no more. This is the only game in town for top service AND execution of replacement windshields! Excellent customer service you call and they anticipate your questions before asked THANK YOU. The pick up visit is a pleasure, the service installer took time (!!) to explain the procedure and things to be aware of.

Everyone working here is very nice. I brought my car in to repair a tiny crack on my windshield glass. Got an appointment the next day and the repair took 25 min. They did a great job, the crack is barely noticeable!

No one is better. Quality work at the right price, and you're treated like family here. Why spend your hard-earned money anywhere else? Got a chip? They will call your insurance and get it covered if you have the appropriate insurance. Service with a smile still exists

Great place with even better people! Had to come here to have a window replaced and was not only amazed at how quickly they were able to take us in, but how friendly and personable the staff was! Betty was such a sweetheart and we enjoyed chatting with her while waiting & even got to meet her pup! Great price for the services and quick turn around time. Highly recommend if you need any type of window services done!

I got a windshield replaced and some windows tinted at this place because I wanted to support a local business, and I'm happy I did. They are incredibly hospitable, prices lower than some competitors I spoke to, and gave me advice on repairs for my car after an accident I had months ago. They were transparent, honest, knowledgeable, and worked with integrity. If you don't go here, I feel sorry for you. This is a perfect five star business. l was driving on the freeway, and my window was hit by a rock. The OEM windows for Toyota Prius's are absolute trash. I can't imagine going anywhere other than the First Call. Betty and her team are amazing. I called and made an appointment, they ordered the glass, and they had me in and out in no time. They consistently have gone out of their way for me. They calibrate the lane departure free of charge. They have a comfortable waiting room, offered me a beer, coffee andthe place is amazing. No, they did not pay for this review. I just support small business, and I love to see a well run business.My family is the most important thing to be in the world. And they help protect my family with their windshields.

Got a windshield replaced at first call auto glass and was extremely happy with their service!! Hands down gave me the best price for my Tacoma and we re ahead of schedule with the quality install. I grew up in Oceanside and it s great to give my business to and establishment like this that has worked hard to make a name for themselves. First Call Auto Glass should be considered the #1 glass replacement/repair shop in North San Diego!I was referred to First Call through Bob Baker after a service appointment because of a crack in the windshield. First Call was able to replace my windshield quickly and affordably.Everyone who works for First Call is kind, professional, and personal. This review is long overdue.My husband broke his back window of his truck with some irrigation pipes. I called First call and they scheduled me right away. They did a great job. 1 st time using this company and had appointment at 9 got attended right away ! Great customer service very friendly! One of the guys was showing me pics of the football games they recently went to, he was at last super bowl showed me pics very cool vato! Even tho they are raider fans! me being a CHARGER fan!so far everything has been a good experience with no issue!
