The customer service was outstanding. I had to be towed to the shop on a Sunday and was worried about my car and getting home 180 miles away. The guys were friendly and reassuring. Tommy was the technician and was very knowledgeable. They had me back on the road in less time than their estimate and the price was very reasonable.

It was good for availability for online appointments, but I really didn t think it would take 2 hours for an inspection and a little over 6 hours to do my brakes I don t know if it s an issue of not having enough employees or if they used my car for some sort of training, but it would ve been good to know at the start if it would ve taken that long since I was told it would only be a couple hours. I was not prepared to go 8 hours without my car for something like this. Also didn t really appreciate my husband getting called boyfriend or whatever over the phone.

Great experience heading over to use Firestone Repair. Spent a lot of money but it was worth the wait and getting the repair completed. It was a very difficult repair that they were able to figure out and explain to me 100%. I do not to return in 2 weeks to get the truck looked at again and possible more repairs but it is drivable for right now. Thanks for the repair

I ve tried and tried to give this place a chance and it has been a disappointment every time. I have nothing against the people who work there, or the actual service, but the time and follow up has been terrible. Every single time the service (oil, tire) has taken HOURS - 5+, all day wasted waiting and waiting, just to be told that they haven t started yet, or that they ve been waiting on approvals from the Fleet company without an update or follow up.I ve tried other place and the same service was done in 1 hour with prompt text message updates/photos. I am not sure if they overbook their calendar or don t have enough staff to handle the service, but it is an issue. This is my last time giving them a chance.

Was on road on way to legoland when my car beeped a low tire warning. Found these guys on maps and they saved our day! Checked my tires and inflated for free and no wait even though they seemed pretty busy. Also let me use the bathroom. Thanks again guys!

All the employees are friendly and approachable. Everyone definitely shows an appreciation of patronage. I overheard their interactions with customers and all of the employees listened to their customers with understanding and empathy of the issues. Also, all services completed and offered were thoroughly explained without up-sales pressure. Lavelle is a good guy, he was the only one who honored my appointment for interval maintenance of my fleet vehicle. Every other shop I went to in Oceanside (7 of them) wanted me to drop off the truck overnight or wouldn t even touch it.Thanks Lavelle, I will return.

A BIG THANK YOU to Dave and his team. This past weekend I was stuck in Oceanside with a broken shifting cable on my GMC Yukon. Dave had a hard time sourcing the part on a weekend. He finally tracked down the correct part and his mechanic stayed overtime on a Saturday to make sure the job completed so I could be on my way.....I really appreciated this type of customer service.....hard to find these days!

I drive south from San Clemente because I prefer the Oceanside dealer. I had a recommendation from a friend several years ago and he wasn t wrong. My only concern with being honest on the review is that if everybody else finds out how good they are the staff will be so booked I ll never be able to get another appointment. They have a fast, friendly and efficient shop with a large waiting area equipped with plenty of sports channel if you feel like hanging out, but my favorite part is the coffee shops nearby. Then a staff member will call you when your car is ready for pick up. Too easy.

This is a full-service Firestone Auto Repair and Tire Service. They do full inspection and inform you of work that needs to be done. They are detailed about what they do and they work hard to help many customers. They are very busy. Best to make an appointment but many customers just walk in. Very busy location but they have their customers at heart. They figure it out why 3 batteries died in 2 years it was my alternator. Now with a new alternator and new tires it's great the car is running better than ever. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for an oil change. No indoor seating available and there was no explanation of my invoice. When I asked about an oil leakage listed, I was told just go over that with your husband . I had mentioned previously to the customer service representative that my husband was deployed.

Dropped off a wheel to get a new tire. Took photos of the wheel as I was there, because you know, it's Firestone, and they shouldn't be trusted with anything nice. As I expected, they scratched the wheel. They denied that they caused the damage, when it was a clear cut case of the tire machine leaving a perfectly circular motion scratch, one that was not on there when I dropped of the wheel. Ernesto kept giving me excuse after excuse as to how it wasn't possible that they could've caused that. I literally showed him the picture I took right before I dropped it off, time stamped exactly to my appointment time. Still more excuses. They eventually took care of the situation by not charging us for the tire, but Ernesto would still fail to acknowledge the damage they caused. This review is solely based on the fact that they did not admit to damaging the wheel. It's all I asked for. Wouldn't have left this review if Ernesto had just told me that they caused it, no big deal and we'll take care of it. Below attached are the 2 photographs. 1 geotagged and time-stamped all their location right before I dropped it off, and the 2nd is the damage they claim they weren't responsible for. I'd advise for anyone who actually cares for their car to avoid this place.

Wow! Fantastic service. Daniel was so nice and friendly at the front desk. A great communicator and extremely helpful for me as someone with very little knowledge about car maintenance. The service was quick, their waiting room was nice with comfortable seating. Would 100% return again and definitely going back to get my tires done there soon. I've been looking for a place to go-to for my auto care and haven't settled on one for a long time but with how great I was treated here and how unintimidating the whole process was, I think I've found it. Great manager and counter ladies very knowledgeable and helpful, had my tires in stock, got me fixed up quick and back on the road while I waited. Bought 4 new tires, would have got a lifetime wheel alignment but their machine was down.

Nothings worse than coming from out town and having car issues. As a fellow mechanic/Service advisor I can truly say that they went above and beyond for me. Personally, I had awesome service from Daniel at this Firestone (and I've had bad ones at other locations from Firestone...so he definitely is why I'll stick with this one here). I got fast booking on tire rotation and oil change, great price, and no lollygagging with my time. 100% happy and will return again.

Jacob is well trained, knowledgeable, and I trust him to work on my Jeep. He is easy to talk with, troubleshoots with me, gives me feedback, and is honest. He is very particular about his work and I like this. I have a hard time trusting my car with people. I ve also spoken with Ernesto and Cody, both are very respectful and friendly. In general this shop is great to work with. They squeeze me in if I don t have an appointment. For example, my call went through to an appointment specialist somewhere in Missouri who scheduled me an appointment. I went at that time, and this shop did not have my appointment listed for some reason. Because I had made the drive there assuming my appointment had been made, they squeezed me in 1 hr before closing, and they already had a full shop, only one bay open. I have returned to this location because of this kind of service. I appreciate you guys and will be going back for more complete auto care.

Had a brake issue that required parts and they bought the parts from Mopar and charged me double on almost all the parts. They charged me for a sensor they didn't even install and I had to call the customer service several times to even get that issue resolved. They denied gouging prices for the parts which are all clearly listed on Mopars website. In total I was over charged for parts to the tune of $1350. They refused to resolve the price differences through customer service and I had to catch them in a lie to get a refund for the sensor they never even installed. BE WARNED: take your car anywhere else to get service; unless you want to be ripped off on parts.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Our Hertz rental car got a flat tire. Firestone, a contractor for Hertz, got us in first thing the very next morning (we were on a donut). They replaced all four tires, which were all less than 3/32 inch tread. And had us back on the road within an hour. Very polite, helpful (they recommended an excellent breakfast place), professional (they used a meter to check the exact tread of each tire), and thorough (they checked EVERY tire, not just the damaged one). Highly recommend.

I have been going to Firestone for 20 years with all my cars. The past 2 years however, I have relearned the importance of getting 2nd and 3rd quotes for the services you need.My wife hit a pothole today and the tire went flat. AAA put on the spare and she went to Firestone. She was told her the tire was beyond repair due to the shape of the hole. Then she was told the tread was too low and she needed four new tires. I m sure it was recommended out of caution.Then I took it to San Diego Motoring. They examined the tire and said they could repair it for $20. Their recommendation on the tire tread was that we had another 12 months or so before the tires needed to be changed. Don t forget to get your 2nd opinion before making a decision.

Over 5 hours for an oil change with apointment first thing in the morning. Technician covered in grime, didnt put fown plastic covers, my seats are now stained. Terrible customer service. Guy was rude and told me to buy a new car because mine was a pos. Tried to upsell me on uneeded maintaince that was fixed in the last year. Told me the couldnt do the alignment because it wouldnt work. The place is trashed and dirty, broken ceiling tiles on the floor, the bathroom is disgusting. Will be going to jiffy lube from here on out.

My husband was the one to drop my car off and waited at the business until it was done. We went for few things, but ended up needing a lot of work done. My car was supposed to be done in less than 2 hrs, but it turned into an all day thing since my car needed a lot of work done and they told my husband 2 people called out and felt really bad how long my husband had to wait there. They were super informative on what my car needed. Cody customer service was great and I m glad we went to this location vs the one on Camp Pendleton because they messed up my appointments x3 times. He accidentally charged me for tire rotations because I get them for free and said to remind them to credit that to the next time I take my car in. Had a nail in my tire and David (Service Mang) got right to it and told me cost and time frame. I had no appointment but worked me into schedule. He was very personable and polite. When the Service Tech (did not get name) started working on this checked all tires. After nail removed, I was informed a safety check is always done and they found a couple minor things but the battery was at about half capacity. Considering I was driving a 1000 miles the next day, got that battery. In short... This is a garage that is run the way it should be. Thanks to all staff there, great job. If I am back this way, I will head there for my auto needs. Craig - Oregon
