Worst location ever, brought my Bmw 430i to have tires put on and when picking up the car noticed the driver interior door lighting strip was hanging buy its last clip, the manager said will have it taken care of.Now they say it was broken when it came itInsurance co. Said need an estimate, had an estimate to fix $600.00 and the insurance said wasn t going to pay and only offer $100.00.Moral of the story use a different location can t deal with liars! nor should you!But lawyers will take care of it!!!!So sad it had to end like this.

It's always a pleasure doing business with the people at discount tire. My tire blew out, and I was able to go to them and have it replaced. They won't touch my BMW as it has aftermarket wheel studs, and although they won't touch the wheels if it's on the car, they still have great prices for wheels and tires.I even went to discount tire almost 3 years ago instead of a famous online car seller for "wheels, tires and suspension" since the XXR 575 were cheaper with them than buying them online.

I have a new Pacifica with 20" wheels / self sealing tires.... I ran over a screw and wasn't sure how best to pull it. Went to Chrysler they referred me to Discount, ha. I have always used this store for my tire needs so win win. At the Discount Tire Oceanside on Plaza I was immediately greeted by Nora, she is AMAZING!!. Not only did she fix the issue, insured me the screw only hit the tread and pulled it out and checked for leaks to be sure. Nora noticed my lug nuts were chrome (factory) on all black wheels, suggested all black lug nuts would look better and did the job right then and there, the wheels look great: fortunately did not need a new tire. I highly recommend this store anyway however have to say Nora provided me the best customer service to date.

Got a same day appointment for a flat tire and sensor issue. They were able to fix the flat and reset the sensor at no cost. I'll definitely go back for future tire service. Thank you to Benjamin and Justin for the great customer service!

This is the busiest tire shop I ve ever been to. From the time they open to the time they close they are packed with customers. They do a great job helping people and have great service from my two experiences. They do free tire rotations and will fix a flat for free, even if you didn t get your tires from them. I went in on a Tuesday around 3:30 and waited for an hour and a half to get a free rotation and they got a little backed up and weren t able to get me done by the time they quoted me. So I left and came back in right when they opened on a Saturday and they got me taken care of in 20 min. Great store, well run, organized, all around good job. Keep up the good work discount tire. They have complimentary water and public bathrooms FYI.

Elias was amazing....I was on my way up to Orange County when the low tire pressure warning came on. I was close to this shop and stopped there and found there was a massive screw in my tire, he helped me right away and got me back on the road ASAP. A great customer service and helped me to not be stressed. Thank You for your quick response and help.

I took my car because one tire was low on air. Jesus worked on my tire for a while. There was a nail so thin he had a hard time finding it. He fixed Everyone there was very professional and the shop was very clean. My first time there. To my surprise there was no charge .Highly recommend Discount tires. Mae

Ok for some reference. I have been coming to discount tires for over two decades. I have always had honest and excellent customer service. A manager once even compt me two tires when I went in for a flat to be fixed and I was out of work. He said just pay me next time you come in. Well that all came to an end today. I went in for another flat to be fixed and was told I needed 4 new tires. I got a quote and when I went to drop off my car. (A different employee checked me in.) He said my order was not saved so he created my order. Quoted me a price. When outside doing my check in. I specifically asked him if the price includes labor his answer confirmed by my wife was 100%. When I came back to pay my bill it was $130 more than expected. So I complained. The manager said with all the years I have come in should know labor is not included. I said I have gotten quotes with labor included and some without. That is why I asked. The employee said I might have made a mistake I wasnt looking at my computer. The manager said sorry nothing I can do. Well as a manager I know that is not true. As I said other managers have done way more. I said tonhom this is bad cs even if you took $20 off the bill it would at least show you heard me. This was a true mistake and this manager was not williyto do anything to make it right. Worst management ever. Sad.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am, they didn t take my car to replace all 4 tires until until 9:20, car was done at 9:49. I requested the ck my spare tire for air, they said it s automatically done, but he would write it down to be sure it was completed. I asked the technician if he checked my spare for air when he gave me the car and he said yes! WRONG, he didn t ck it because I don t have a spare, I have a tire mobility kit?? Something Kia does instead of a spare. I need 2 new tires on my van, I won t be going back there!

I had an appt at 12. Stood in line from 1142 until 1154 before I realized I could check in online... still didn't get talked to until after noon... and then they said it'd be another hour before I was even seen for what was needed for me car. What's the point of an appt them???

Very busy store. Yet, the staff were friendly and helpful. They acknowledged your presence. The store was clean. As to the prices, what can you say, tires are expensive.

I recently visited discount tires for a repair that multiple other shops had deemed impossible due to its proximity to the shoulder. However, the team at this discount tires not only took on the challenge, but also successfully fixed the issue and made my vehicle driveable again. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the best service possible. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and the level of customer service provided. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone in need of tire repair or maintenance

Came here to get my air pressure checked and they found a screw in one of the tires...they offered to buy them and use the money to purchase a new set...went out with brand new tires ...the following day I changed my mind and got another appointment to return/exchange in my case upgrade to KO2 and they happily helped me out no issues.

I don't know how this could have gone any better. I arrived early for my appointment, was helped right away, my tire was fixed before my appointment time. And it was free. Oh, they also delayed my toes and checked air pressures. The service was impeccable and I'll definitely be coming back here when I need tires.

Every time I have gone, they ve always helped me quickly. Explained thoroughly, and never once have they taken advantage of the situation. It s why I keep coming back. Been coming here about 7-9 years or so. Always excellent customer service.

I have been coming to this location for about 8 years. They are always very helpful and accommodating. I came in today with a low tire that I had already put air in and they found a nail. They easily could have told me I needed a new tire but instead they just fixed it for free. I knew I would need to wait and they quoted me 90-120 min. They sent me a message so I could track the progress and it was ready even a little early. All of the people that work there have been kind, courteous and respectful. I always feel comfortable there and feel like I can trust what they say.

Decent tire prices and good service. The lot is a bit on the small side so care is needed parking a full size pickup or SUV.

After shopping around to get some wheels and tires swapped on two of my trucks I have, I landed in this shop. I could not have gone to a better place. Unlike other shops that made it sound very complicated because of sensors and upsold the price, these guys made it super smooth and very affordable. I have never written a review, but the costumer service here is top notch. Sean and Zach took care of me but Sean went above and beyond. I can tell, however, that all the guys working there are very friendly and know how to provide costumer service. Do not go anywhere else for your tire service. You won t regret it.

Luis was awesome. I brought my truck in 5 min before closing. I had just ran over a nail and was close by luckily. It's not great that I came in so close to closing but they were very gracious and took my truck in, patched my tire and I was on my way in 30 min. Great customer service. Thank you.

Great people and great service! Esau was an amazing help. Got there around 5:45 and even though they closed at 6, their guys stayed until almost seven fixing my tire after I had been dropped off by a tow truck. Great work ethic and really nice people! And the tire patching was free! Go here!

Overall a good experience. The service people were prompt and professional. I had to wait a little while because they were pretty jam-packed. But it was a comfortable wait. One small glitch which is the reason they didn't get five stars is that when I arrived I asked him if they still had water for customers. The customer rep told me they were no longer able to hand out water. About 15 minutes later another gentleman came in and asked for a bottle of water and another service rep went into the back room refrigerator and promptly brought him out of bottle of water. I'm not going to go on any racist romp although that would seem like the situation, but being in property Management over 18 years one thing that was stressed highly is the definition of discrimination. It is the act of treating one person or group different from another person or group. I wasn't very pleased with this act. Not a big deal for me but I know some individuals who would have been immediately on the phone with an attorney.
