Fantastic helpful staff! I arrived close to closing time after finding a nail in my tire. They helped me find a few comparable tire options since it could not be repaired. They worked within my budget and made sure I understood the options. I highly recommend this store.

I'll never go anywhere else for tires (despite driving by 2 other Discounts on my way). Rafael and his crew go above and beyond, working within your budget and never pushing anything unnecessary. When I got there at 8am there was already a line, and I assumed it would be a while. I walked to the target right above them to pass the time and by the time I got inside I received a message saying that my car was ready. Great experience as always

I stopped in because my Tire air sensor went off. The technician Elijah found an air bubble in the side that I never would have noticed. I ordered new tires and saved myself from a possible tire blowout! Excellent service. I had an appointment and was in and out in an hour!

Terrific service from Discount Tire while on vacation. They handled my warranty claim quickly and professionally. It took less than 45 minutes from my appointment time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the courteous staff.

I came into this store on wednesday because a neighbor had overinflated my tires when trying to be helpful with one that was low. Enrique was helpful and polite and let me know what correct psi was for my tires. And he let out the excess air without making me feel like an idiot. I am 81 and quite honestly don't know much about my car. I really appreciate his assistance. You have a great enployee.

Called first to see if they had tires available for installation. Spoke with Esau and he was very polite and helpful. Set appointment, went over applied for credit card....Edward assisted us at this point. Set us up with 4 new tires. Pricing was a little steep, but what isn't and besides you need to be safe in your vehicle so we'll worth it. Edward gave us a discount due to pricing sale on my purchase, also due to getting the credit card, Auntie received a discount and of course showed military ID and got another discount. Well done, great service and didn't have to wait very long (approx 45 min/or less).

This place was great. Shout out to Rafael for promising a great rate and sticking to his word. My specific tires were ordered, but unfortunately they were being shipped from AZ. I was elated that they were ordered and installed within 3 days from the time I ordered. The shops location is awesome. There's plenty of things to do to kill time while you wait. Restaurants, numerous stores and shops and even a mall, all within walking distance.There's lots of parking, handicap near the door with easy entrance as well. They have free bottled water for their customers, and a restroom within. A good assortment of tires and wheels, and a dedicated spot for customers who need a quick shot of air.I was really happy with my experience here. I wish I could've kept my original appt, but still got out of there in a decent amount of time. The wait was a little longer than I wanted to stay, but Discount Tire, you've earned yourself a repeat customer.

I would suggest Discount Tire. This location provided excellent customer service, the best price for my tire, and easy process.I would have left 5 stars, but they put the tire on inside out, and quickly corrected the issue before I left the location.This issue added an extra 20 minutes, but it s not like they did this on purpose and the employee caught the issue before I left.Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely suggest this location.

Discount tire is our go to tire company for decades and have always had great service, except this last 2 visits. Talked to 2 reps on 2 separate days trying to buy a new spare tire and rim. Both said they would call back with info and now 4 days later no one has contacted me. I will still buy tires from them but very disappointed. Ordered from Amazon and delivering in days free delivery.

Working too quickly and stripped my brand new wheel locks. Tried to blame me until I told them they were new and couldn't have been stripped before I brought them in. Leading me over to show me the locks, had to step over guys doing MMA wrestling in the garage. Won't be back.

4 new tires replaced on Mercedes. Drove off and checked my tire pressure display and showing 32 and 45 on front and 45 and 32 on rear. Returned and they said put one of the front tires (32#) on rear. They reset air pressure and when I got home I checked all 4 tires with a gauge and discovered all 4 valve stems put back on with maybe 2 twists, all very loose and not close to being tighten down.Not too thrilled with the service!

I went in for a simple tire rotation and was blown away by the service. They put tire shine on my tires without me asking for it and also put caps on my tire filament. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making my day, I will definitely come back to get my tires from here.

I was on my way to a work event when I noticed one of my tires was severely damaged and could no longer be used. I stopped by this discount tire without knowing that they were closing in a few minutes, but Isaiah took care of me and changed my tires within ten minutes. His kindness & desire to help me get to my work event on time really touched me & made me feel like a valued person. Thank you!

I've been coming here for nearly 20 years with all our family cars and highly recommend it, both in terms of price and quality and for the excellent customer service. Most recently a gentleman named Ammin helped me and he was great - friendly, personable, and efficient. Car was ready on time, just when he promised me.

Discount Tire is a great company, and this store is an wonderful example. Came in for a free air check, they noticed a nail in my tire. They had it fixed for free in under 45 minutes from arriving for the unannounced air check. One of the techs even brought me out a bottle of water while I was waiting. Great guys wonderful store. Would always recommend.

If you bring your vehicle here make sure you check for any damage after the service, this place damaged my car from lifting it wrong. Rafael the store manager is a joke. Their claims department even worst. Took them a month and half to determine that they didn t cause the damage when it took my insurance 2 minutes to determine it was them that caused it.

Excellent customer service! Started off with Joe up front. Explained everything to me and was very thorough. I came in for a flat repair and I recommend that you go online and book an appointment as I did. It will cut into your wait time. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Also had my tires rotated (which was free) and also had my wiper blades replaced. I highly recommend this Discount Tires location!

Jacob T. had me in and out in about 35 minutes with x4 new tires for the price of 2 in other places... I live closer to another tire shop, instead I make the drive to Discount for the most professional service in the fastest amount of time! plus everyone is like family.

Great service. Our company truck was in n out within an hour. They were really busy, and I thought I was gonna be there forever but my punctured tire was back on the road in no time. Polite staff and clean waiting areas other than a customer who left their Starbucks cup on a table. Will definitely come back again.

Long story short....my tire pressure light lite on 2 weeks ago ...I filled it with air at a local gas station and then the light came back on days later....stopped by discount tire and Cortez helped me out . Checked my air for free and said that gas station air pressure gauges don't work...turns out my 2 right tires were over filled by 20 and the left 2 tires were under filled by 13 or so....stop by and see Cortez at Discount Tire he will happily help you out. By the way they have a spot where you just drive up and park as they check your air here.

Excellent customer service. I d recommend making an appointment online however there is a lot of nearby stores to keep you busy while you wait if you just walk in. They will price match and offer a veterans discount.

I have a nail in my tire. The associate said part of the tire is worn down and their policy is they won't fix it. He then proceeded to try to sell me new tires. I serviced my car yesterday at the dealership and the multi-point inspection indicated the nail and thread was still within limits. I should have just had them fix it, but was out of time. Never going back to Discount Tire again.

Thank you so much to Kevin for all your help today! I had a slow leak, so I drove my car to the shop, and he didn t even hesitate to put air in my tire, and inform me that there was quite a bit of wear. After a quick inspection, he recommend new tires; however, I have a tire shop I already go to a bit farther away. I really appreciated the attention to detail, attentiveness when I first walked onto the premises, and hospitality across the board.

I took my car to Firestone Tires across the street for an oil change and they told me my front tire was punctured and unfixable and I shouldn t leave the lot without buying a new one from them (even though my tire light wasn t on and I wasn t even aware I had anything in my tire). Then I took my car to Discount Tires for a second opinion and I m SO glad I did. They were super nice and helpful here. They checked and tested my tire and were able to fix it within 20 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Humberto provided amazing customer service during my recent visit to Discount Tire. He answered all my questions and provided me with many different options. He didn t try and upsell me on anything but gave me some really good advice! He got me in and out extremely fast.The whole place was busy but all the employees were working really hard. Very impressed with this location.
