Can't say enough good things about the support I received from JD at Cryoheat!Stripped high gears out of a 2019 Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo S.Once I split the case, JD walked me through troubleshooting and identification of damaged parts. This was an unusual failure of the gears alone with no other bearing or retainer failure.I sent him pictures of all the gears and case. After review, he called back and discussed all the options. (for his boss: he did a great job promoting services and options of full builds), but I have a limited budget for this toy. He deserves a raise.Customer service is becoming a lost skill, but this experience has shown me it still exists.Based on experience with Polaris choice in transmission bearings, I did replace the high failure ch!na bearings with #cryoheat last year and had no issues. Just sad I have to replace again due to shrapnel throughout the case.Thank you again for the support and service!V /R Lance

Do not get anything put together by them! Had 1 motor rebuilt by them blow within a month, another motor had leaky valves from the beginning, and a front diff stopped working in less than 100 miles. Their Cryogenic heat treatment is good, but their builders are not.

These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was absolutely top notch, from working with the builder to the all the way to the shipping department the experience has been the easiest I have ever had working with a aftermarket company even in my difficult situation they have done everything they could to ensure the best customer service experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everybody!!!

Can't say enough thanks to Josh and what he does! He is passionate about his work and takes the time to provide top notch customer service. The CryoHeat process just doesn't make your parts look pretty, it really works! My temps are down, trans shifts smooth like never before, and the bike revs extremely fast. Thanks again Josh!

In terms of the parts seems to be good but only to time will tell. Customer service leaves something to be worked on. I ores the bearing kit for my ranger then was concerned if it was the the right kit so I used the chat feature and it was confirmed the right kit. However about half way into the replacement of the bearings noticed one bearing was not the right size then counted and was missing 2 others. Made a call and spoke to someone who wanted to argue that I ordered them before the kit was confirmed the correct one and spoke over me the whole call. He said that he would send the 3 bearings which I still haven t seen and don t really expect too. A real a$$hole! Ended up buying the 3 better bearings locally for half of what the whole kit was. Will it be ordering from them again even after a would be verification of the correct kit.

Cryoheat is by for the best product your can go with for any mechanically running machine! I ve recently had some transmission work done to my RZR turbo model and I m completely satisfied with the products, customer service, and the speed of this whole procedure. I m looking forward to more work being done as soon!!!! LONG. LIVE. CRAFTSMANSHIP!!!!

Fantastic work by great people! Josh and Lilly worked hard to complete my Polaris RZR 1000 differential rebuild after we found it binding and clicking (bearings had gone bad). Josh returned my call immediately and continued to communicate throughout the rebuilding process. We are grateful for all of their help.

Thank you Josh for taking care of all the parts I brought to you from my husband. I didn't even know what half of them were, but was truly amazed at the difference your shop made. Then to see how it actually made a difference in performance just topped off my appreciation. The staff was very professional and more than helpful. I'll recommend CryoHeat over all others.

The company I work for has to cut a lot of rubber-based sand papers and the blades that best cut the material only lasted 5-7 days, if we were lucky. Not to mention the blades are not cheap.....We sent 5 blades to CryoHeat in April for treatment, it is now September and we just put the last blade on the cutter and am ordering the next batch to be sent out for treatment.CryoHeat extended the life of the blades by more than 4 times. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Great company and great product. Josh was a big help in getting my parts ordered. I have used their product in the past and the longevity was awesome. I can't wait to see how long my sprockets will last after being treated.

Did not build what I asked. Took 4 months, rather than the 10 days stated. Wouldn't return phone calls. I now have a Can Am Pro Mod transmission that no one will purchase. Been for sale 4 months and not a single call.$5000.00 anchor weight. But hey, Josh got his money.

Josh is awesome and very knowledgeable! I had question and he had answers. My team had the CryoHeat metal treatment and micro polish done to our race motor and internals any/everything you can think of in preparations for the longest offroad race in the USA. During the race we noticed our engines temps stayed cooler and never had a overheating issue, never saw any horsepower loss. After the race and 550+ brutal miles later the motor is still running strong no lack in power, the transmission shifts smoother then brand new the treatment is unreal! Stronger parts that last longer I am a believer! It really works I will defiantly be using them again on future races and will highly recommend them to all! THANKS CryoHeat YOU GUYS ROCK!

Working with Josh is easy, he is very knowledgeable about metals and cryogenic processing.He has processed several knife blades, brake pads, discs and a clutch kit for me.He will work with you to get your items treated quickly and his prices are great!

Josh and his crew are an awesome group to deal with. I've been part of the cryoheat family using there services from the beginning. The process makes everything more reliable and much stronger the micro polishing helps make some more free hp which is an added bonus. These guys deserve 10 stars in my eyes.

CryoHeat does amazing work. If you are racing Utv s like me, or just want to add durability as well as performance to any metal moving parts, talk to Josh, I am sure he has a solution for you. Cyroheat is time conscious to my Racing program, and fair on price for the quality product they produce.

Josh is awesome and very helpful over the phone.. I had my brakes Cryoheated about 2000 miles ago and I can still see the cross hatching on them I get virtually no brake dust now and the brake pedal feels amazing.. I also had the transmission on my Yamaha banshee cyroheated with the rem polishing I've never ridden a quad or motorcycle with a smoother transmission it shifts like butter now! I highly recommend cryoheat for all metal parts and brakes if you want them to last it's the only way to go that's why I just sent my LS1 clutch and flywheel to them!

About a year ago, I sent my rifle barrel to Josh and had it cryoheat treated. It took about two weeks to get it back. The barrel works great with no signs of wear. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend if you re wanting to get the most out of a part! I tested it on parts that I was breaking pretty regularly and wanted to see if it would make a difference and it really did. Definitely will continue sending my 4x4 parts and anything else to get treated

Great performance gains from this company from friends. Totally works. Like night and day. Parts last longer. Transmission is quieter. Gained performance and fuel efficiency with my Cryo heat treated parts.

This is something that s worked so well it s a big part of every recipe for me now no matter what It tends to be now. Nowadays with everybody Saying they have a Secret sauce for no matter what your talking about, they might have just that a sauce. Once you add the CryoHeat processes to your recipe you will always wonder if a cryoheated part wouldn t of failed you or out performed a non processed part. Anything with an engine or pretty much anything metal that gets abused or even just used.

OK I had a CR 500 transmission done by these guys most beautiful transmission I ever seen after cryo and polish and it shifts like butter iwas a bit worried when no one answered the phone or emails for 3 weeks but was done on time picked it up in person they are a bit busy so I understand great work guys Thanks Dave@ Davecycleservice..

I sent in ring, pinions, bearings, shims for my race bronco. These are for one ton axles, f/r, running 5.13 gear ratios with 44" tires, with a big block pushing 500 horsepower. Josh treated them with micropolishing and Cryoheat treatment. They came back to me with a mirror polish look, and extremely hard finish. I installed them to find that I couldn't get them to get up to normal temperatures that I was used to before. I've beat on them constantly for almost a year between racing and fun runs with zero failures. They look shiny and new every time I inspect them and still perfect. Since this I've had them Cryoheat any failed stock or after market parts in my running gear, and never replaced them again. The next item will be a new race engine. I'm extremely amazed in the difference this makes.

I took my RZR turbo transmission to get cryoheated and micro polished and Josh and Lily totally hooked me up. It looks great and runs even better

we own a motorcycle race shop and used cryoheat/michropolish on a motor i built for a 24hour race,though we ran into sesor issues that made the motor run lean it never overheated or blew coolant,after the issue was solved the team was in last place,2hours down and night had fallen,the team caught up to 3rd overall and the racers said the motor was faster/torquier and inspirered the confidence and consistency to trust going fast at night..josh lehaye is a wizard with cryoheat and michropolish and will be implimented in future race motors................baja here we come.
