Andy was very helpful and kept us updated via text and phone call throughout the entire process. The repair was completed in a timely manner and our car came back looking brand new again! They partner with the Enterprise down the street which we rented a car from and they come to pick you up and drop you off when needed. I would definitely use their services again!

These guy's are fantastic! My car looks better than it did before I had the accident. They are very professional and have great customer service. The handling of the rental from Enterprise was without any problems. All in all, a great experience.

Andy is an amazing person. He kept me informed every step of the way, it felt. He did his best to expedite the repair of my vehicle and made sure my vehicle was in the best condition it could be after the accident - Better even! Rosie, the customer service liaison was very forthcoming with information and keeping my up to date with the repairs occurring. She projected when the vehicle would be ready and was very accommodating regarding the return of the rental. Overall, great customer service which was refreshing to experience!

Took my truck here after a hit and run, they left it looking like new. But the real joy was Andy s customer service. He goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with. He even helped me out with a separate issue I had after picking up my truck. Can t say enough good things about him.

After experiencing an issue with my lights after having my rear fender repaired (which also looks great!), Rosi and Jenna helped me resolve the problem quickly. They sent my vehicle to their electrician that repaired my lights and also found a rats nest in my engine compartment. They went above and beyond to fix my issues quickly and kept me informed every step of the way.

Everyone was pleasant, efficient and effective...from the front desk to Rosi, who handled our claim. Calibre is my service of choice. The finished product looks great and Rosi even cleaned the spattered coffee I spilled on my seat on the trip there.

Super friendly staff! Andy kept me constantly informed on what was happening. Worked with my insurance USAA and Enterprise so that I could be less stressed. They also were able to complete it all before the date they originally estimated. They were quick and did great work starting the estimate and damage corrections the same day I dropped my car off. Then they worked with Enterprise once my car was done so that I only had to drop the car off at Caliber Collision. If that wasn t enough, when I forgot to grab my garage remote from the rental, they grabbed it for me and held on to it until I could pick it up the next day. Definitely would take my car here again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and they did an excellent job on front bumper repair. I have used Caliber COLLISION several times and results are always excellent! I strongly recommend them for any minor or major repairs. Great communication as well and Mike answered all my questions and concerns. Coordination with my insurance company was seamless.

Five stars aren't enough for the Great work Mike, Alma and Aleana and the whole caliber crew did for my car. I was beyond satisfied with their craftsmanship and professionalism. Extremely easy to work with them. I got an estimate and an approximate date of completion on the first day, and they sent everything to my insurance. They did a great job on my jeep! I had a huge rock chip on my jeep that was starting to rust. They fixed it and made it look beautiful again. I don t trust a lot of people with my jeep but I m very trusting of this team! Jenna and Rosie were very helpful

The staff provided excellent customer service. I received text messages as the car was moving along in the process of body repair. The work was completed prior to the original estimate date. We were in a an accident and the vehicle was towed here. Can't believe how poor the communication was. It took about 4 months to get everything done. Left 20 messages with no phone calls back. I tried to be patient and elevated this to the Service Manager and then communication improved, however, delays continued. The frustrating part was I had to call management to get updates, no one called me for updates. The first person (Ralph) never returned a phone call and just sent a text with a predicted date. When that date arrived, I would call and the same thing would happen. I tried to be patient because of supply chain issues yet this yahoo had no common curtesy to return a call.
