I had my battery replaced today and I was very pleased with the service I got. Nayelio was very helpful and she knows her stuff really well. She gave me battery options to choose from and gave me recommendations. She installed the battery herself effortlessly went out of her way to clean the mess from my previous battery. She did an amazing job. I was very impressed and satisfied with all my experience.

Ana and Kraig were so helpful! Ana was by herself all morning and was able to multi-task and was extremely kind and helpful while being efficient. Kraig clocked in early so that he could help change my battery. 2 great employees! Thank you

Came in during a break in the rain to have my battery tested. It was fried and the connectors were worn as well. Since my previous battery was still under warranty, I only had to pay for the metal connector pieces and the anti corrosion felt pieces for a total of $13. Trevor was efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. He even came out and helped us with the battery removal (a bit tricky) and ended up replacing the new battery, finishing the job for us. Anyone in the Vista area, I highly recommend going to the store on Melrose for parts and amazing customer service!

I been a long time AutoZone customer good parts fair prices but the main reason I stayed a loyal customer is because the people that work there are great and friendly,This particular AutoZone it was my first time coming in here I m originally from Riverside I recently order a part for my Daughters car unfortunately when I picked it up it was the wrong part but not to worry Kraig was so helpful to resolved my problem he went far and and beyond to help me get the Right part for the vehicle. Kraig listen to what I needed and took action,This will be My new store that I will be coming to get what I need for all my vehicles. Thanks again 5 star Customer Service!!!

Trevor the store manager was absolutely AWESOME! Not only did he look up what type of coolant my car needed, he literally went across the store by himself picked it up off the shelf for me, rang me up, asked for my rewards phone number AAANNNDDD he offered to help put it in my car!! He sat outside for 5 minutes to explain to me about turbo cars and that they do eat coolant and to keep fluid on hand. I come to this Auto Zone all the time BUT today I got exceptional SERVICE with a smile!! Thanks Trevor!

I was dreading coming to any auto parts store bc I know nothing about cars. Trevor was SO helpful and installed the new battery for my car. It would have taken me forever to remove all the parts to get to the battery. Thanks so much Trevor!!! You re amazing!

I stopped at AutoZone store 4041 located corner Melrose and Cannon in Vista. Trevor store Manager was awesome I asked about adding refrigerant to vehicle myself. He was very knowledgeable and kindly educated me on subject need clear lines check pressure He could easily have sold refrigerant. I suffer from anxiety and he was very calming . Thank You for excellent service and please give him praise and a raise! He deserves it

I want to compliment Brian Magdeleno on his outstanding customer service! He went above and beyond helping me diagnose a non-working rear sensor and a 4WD concern on my Nissan Titan truck. Brian ran multiple tests to ensure there were no other issues with my truck. Brian is an exemplary employee and I highly recommend using this Oceanside location. I wanted the owners/supervisors to be aware of how well he represents the company. Thanks again Brian!

It's still one of my favorite places to shop for oil additives because they have so many different types and brand names. I like their program when you spend $20 or more you get a point. You can save them or they'll let you know when they're expiring.

Above and beyond help/ service by Trevor the manager at AutoZone in Oceanside on Cannon. Helped with what turned out to be a trick rear wiper blade. Patient and calm. Will definitely be back for all my part needs.

My alternator died when I was 50 miles from home. I got a tow to this AutoZone and had my alternator requested to be sent over from another store. The manager, Brian, realized it would not get to the store in a reasonable amount of time so he drove to the store personally and got it! They did not have all the loaner tools needed for an alternator swap but they were willing to help however they could. Great people in that store and I was able to drive home. It was a huge stress relief to know they were willing to help me in this situation.

It was clean well stocked and clean. Cody was very helpful and friendly. They also offer a military discount. It was a good trip to Autozone.

Just got off the phone with Craig. He went above and beyond with his customer service. I called asking about shocks for my truck and unfortunately the parts were not available at this store. He called another location nearby and was able to verify they had everything and had them put it on hold for me. Super helpful and and big timesaver and helping me save on gas! Big shout out to Craig!

Merrick, the manager, is amazing and so helpful! We were in a tough situation and were told by different people that our car had a much worse issue than a simple dead battery. Merrick was quick to resolve the issue and even took out and replaced our difficult-to-access battery. He's definitely very knowledgeable and deserves a big raise. We can't thank Merrick enough!PS. If you've been to this location before, Merrick just started managing here in the past week and has already made such a positive difference. The store is much cleaner and the staff was all so friendly and helpful.

The store itself looked amazing! The cleanest and most organized AutoZone I have seen to date. The staff seemed excited to be there and eager to lend a helping hand. Merrick, the new manager is absolutely amazing! We were having issues with our car not starting and didn t know why and Merrick was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution quickly. He went above and beyond expectations and took out our battery and replaced it himself. He definitely stood out as a true leader and we will be back to this location specifically with any car troubles in the future. We need more people like Merrick!

Keoni The new store manager was extremely helpful. I assisted me in identifying potential issue with my truck, even came outside looked under the hood and help me check some fluid levels. Excellent customer service, and all-around excellent experience. I will definitely come back to the store even though it is a little bit further from other auto stores

Merrick went out of his way to find my receipt on the computer so I could return lightbulbs I didn t need. It was only around 8 dollars, but times are tough. He was so patient and helpful without judgment

Very helpful staff here! Greeted me as soon as I walked in and directed me to the area I needed to go. I didn t get the young man s name but he also informed me of my Auto Zone Reward points which I had no idea I had! Check them out!
