Awesome service!! Jason was so helpful and kind. Our truck battery went out right before we began the 5 hour drive to Vegas and we were bummed at how much we thought it was going to be. But after the old battery trade-in credit and military discount, it was actually way better than expected. Jason, thanks man!! You re awesome!

I called before coming there to inquire about testing my battery. I spoke with Jason and he gave me all the information that I needed. When I arrived, Jason tested my battery and it was definitely time to replace it. Jason helped me find the best battery. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery fit for my car, but he went the extra mile and called another location to see if they had it. I was able to purchase it there and pick it up at the other location. From the very beginning, Jason was so helpful and he had great energy. The staff made me feel welcome, which is rare these days. Thanks Autozone!

I've been coming here for a while, and it's never been over the top just mid. BUT, IF YOU GET JASON THAT MAN WAS ON IT! this man was like he was auditioning for Employee of the Month movie running to get the item I needed, then sprinted back and handed the item back to me before I could make it to the aisle! If you get this guy, he will 100% not let you down! Never had that experience anywhere but now I'm only coming when he is on the clock!

Go see Josh at this Autozone! He was not only incredibly helpful but also so kind. He installed the new battery for me (in the dark) and actually had to install a second one because the first one was faulty. He did this all with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for his help and great attitude about everything! Thank you Josh!!

I went to AutoZone and they gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced, Especially with Jason H. His amazing attitude and knowledge with certain lead me to a great deal. 11/10 would recommend!!

I by my polish and cleaners for my Clock and Watch business here. They have a Hugh selection of polishes and metal cleaners. No where else have a selection of these kind of items. This is a little secret I don't often share. And the shelves in this store are organized, stocked, and a full selection of what I needed.

Skye gave me the incorrect bulb, even after telling her the proper make and model. Asked her if she could help me replace bulb. She said she didn t know how which is fine, but then she asked the manager Aaron W. He went over to take a look and said it was too tight and needed a special tool to remove. Overall poor customer service. This place needs knowledgeable staff asap.

AARON, manager was great! I called on the phone looking for a product...he checked the shelves and returned to the phone saying in his upbeat voice that he had the product. I drove 20min in the rain to get to his location. He was the same cheery person I talked to on the phone. My first time in this auto zone location but this won't be my last visit. THANK YOU Aaron for such a pleasant transaction. And AutoZone...thank you for honoring our military!!

Huge thank you to Joshua R! I brought my car in, and he checked my battery to only find out my battery needed to be changed. He walked me through the process, changed my battery, and was extremely personable throughout this entire time! I truly appreciate your hospitality, and I will be referring people to you specifically, if they have any issues with their vehicles, thank you so much what again, Joshua!

Arron and his staff are extremely helpful. If they can't help you, they will give great reccomendations of other shops that can help. One of the best places to go to.

I was with my parents to get a part for the car at around 2:30pm and employee named Eladio Luis was very helpful, kind, and very nice to us and even came outside to help put in the parts we needed to add to our car. Everyone in AUTOZONE in Mission Ave was very helpful as well! Would recommend Eladio Luis to help and for answers as well!

John E was amazing! My cars battery died while I was on my way to San Diego and luckily I pulled off the freeway into this auto zones parking lot. John helped me confirm my battery was the issue and not the alternator and we got it swapped out and the cars running again. He really went above and beyond to help me out and I ll definitely be going to autozones in the future due to his great customer service. Thanks John!!

Wrong Picture of their store. Yet another scammer tester. DO NOT GET YOUR BATTERY OR ALTERNATOR TESTED AT AUTOZONE. Their testers are broken and will tell you, you need an alternator when you don't. Today it wouldn't even test my battery properly when I had a perfectly good pottery. There's no reason why only AutoZone's testers are saying I have a bad alternator. This particular location said I had a bad battery. Why did the other AutoZone's test my battery as good then? I have went to several other auto shops and gotten the proper test as a smooth running charging system. Because of AutoZone I lost over $1,500 of wages and their customer service is a mockery! Nobody at the regional office or corporate seems to care about the situation or horrible experience I went through. All of their customer service reps are non English speakers and this company is just overall garbage. There are so many better auto parts stores out there. AutoZone is a complete crook of a company.

The website along with the knowledge of the workers makes it very easy for someone with zero knowledge and know how come in and get what they need for their car without feeling stressed out or dumb! Also I didn't know I wanted so many cool accessories for my car until I saw them! Haha.

Horrendous service, the employees (with a few exceptions) know nothing and don t care at all. Their online system is awful as well, I order something and it says they have it in stock, I show up and they don t have it and no one knows why. Used to be a great store, they re awful now. Go to O Reilly.

I came in for a battery testing and left so impressed I had to leave a review. The level of customer service and knowledge was unmatched. Brandon was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. He even helped me locate a new lug nut I was missing from a not so great tire rotation. I highly recommend him and the Oceanside / mission location.

Thanks to the local drivers out there that asked me to roll down my window just to tell me my brake lights were out. Thank you!! I could have gotten a Fix-It ticket at some point. I went to AutoZone immediately and used my AutoZone points that I build up to make the purchase. The AutoZone representative also was able to install them. Excellent service. Thank you!

Oh they were so great at AutoZone boy they went out of their way to make sure I have the right coolant they look for the gasket cuz thermostat and they were just pleasant carried out to my car I would suggest anybody go to the AutoZone on mission plus it's century located he's got fast food there they've got 99 cent store right off the freeway

The employees here are so kind and helpful, especially Jesse! He came out and put my windshield wipers on while it was raining for me. Jesse definitely went above and beyond to help me. I am so appreciative of the spectacular customer service I received. Thanks, guys!

Kai was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind to attend to my husband and I- especially on such a busy day. Kai really took his time to assist us and made sure the job was getting done right. Being that this was my first encounter since arriving to this state, I would recommend going there! My husband and I would highly recommend Kai for any promotion and definitely for anyone else seeking service on their car.
