I have always had amazing service here! Recently I was able to take my tire in on my lunch break and have a new one put on and installed right after work. I highly recommend them!

Called an hour before coming in to see if there was availability to work on my vehicle. Omar was so friendly and was able to get my vehicle in and turned out I needed about 3-4 hours of work on it, but because of my previous experience at this place, I trusted the process once more and allowed them to do what they needed to do with my vehicle. Yes it was more than I was originally expecting because I thought I only needed 1-2 things done, but Omar explained everything to me and was not shy about discussing the cost. I love coming here not just for the vehicle service but because of the amazing customer service! I waited hours for my vehicle to get finished but it was well worth it. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you.

Murphy law has hit this military wife hard the pas week!! When my husband is gone, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong! I m in a rental because my 2022 minivan has been at at the dealership awaiting diagnostic for 15 days. The rental gets a HUGE nail in the tire, I take it to the closest place American Tire to be fixed. I drop it off and tell them get to it when you can. It was literally done within 30 min and I received a text message. I returned to pick up my car and they must ve known I needed a WIN, I needed a BLESSING!!!

Great service team! We are from out of town. Had an issue come up on our day of departure on our Honda Odyssey. The team at American Tire Depot looked at our car quickly, and fixed our issue fast. Helped us get safely on the road! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Easily the best customer service I've ever had from a service shop. I called ahead and he said if they can patch the flat (screw in tire), it would be at no cost. I laughed, thinking there's no way that's right and they'll find a way not to fix it and charge me for a full tire. Nope. They patched it, replaced the spare, and filled it back up, for NO cost...and have a lifetime warranty. I asked to pay, and they refused. Good people still exist. Will be back for any car issues. Thank you!

I have visited this shop many times and have had an outstanding experience. The staff especially Jose, are knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me find the perfect set of tires for my car. The service was prompt, and the prices were competitive. The quality of their work is evident in the smooth ride I now enjoy. I highly recommend this tire shop for their excellent customer service and top-notch products. Five stars!

Amazing service here, all the workers were all polite and were patient enough to hear my concerns and requests. Jose was understanding of my situation that I needed to be back to work the very next day to check in (I just got stationed in San Diego) and got my breaks changed & my re-alignment all done by 1PM. 10/10 spot, I just don t trust anyone else to take care of my car the way that they do.

Solid place. Great service. Jose and Omar are awesome.I called to ask American Tire Depot about ordering a tire for my SUV, as my tire light had come on. Jose suggested I come in, and that they could order a new tire that day from the warehouse if mine couldn't be repaired.From the time I called to inquire to the time I drove out with a new tire: hardly more than 2 hours. Impressive, considering how steadily busy they were.I will most definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing customer service. Special shout out to Omar. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They recommended a few service, which I knew I was a bit behind on, but never felt pressured. 10/10 will continue to go to them and would recommend to others.

The entire crew was so helpful in repairing my damaged wheel as we headed to Baja. They realized that we wanted to get moving on our trip and pull out all the stops to get the repairs done quickly. Even at a very fair price.Thanks again Jose, Jose, and Mathew.

American tire depot is fair, and honest. The work was done quickly on my car and they were busy. The manager and the mechanics were very polite. I ve had my car done here before and I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have a current account from Northern California at America's tire and was visiting family here in Oceanside and needed a tire rotation, the first gentleman was very nice and professional and seemed willing to help. The second man seemed not interested to help without me purchasing to balance each wheel for $83 each. I did mention that I have an business account in Northern Ca and he said they were a different company from them. He said that it would start to shake and it was a waist of time just to rotate the tires only. As a current business owner myself, I feel like if a company is going to use America's tire company name that it should also honor the company commitment warranties of the products they represent. I would never allow anyone to work on my car if they don't feel like it .

Ever since I moved to Oceanside I ve always used these guys for any car related maintenance. They re the absolute best and have always taken care of me like family. They have so many options for tires and all at a reasonable price. If I could give this team 10 stars I would! Jose, Omar, and Matthew are trustworthy and all around what makes this location the best!

I moved to Oceanside not too long ago and brought in my car for service due to the good reviews this place had. I ended up getting an inspection, oil change, wheel alignment, new rear shocks, and new tires. This cost about $2.5K which is a lot but not my issue with this place. I don't mind paying that much if everything was done with care but that was not what I experienced.One of the problems I brought my car in for was shuddering/shaking when braking, and I was told my tires were very worn and my brakes are fine so getting new ones would fix the shaking. Granted this has improved a bit, I still have the shuddering problem and this should've been addressed during the inspection for my car.My wheels are painted black and I admit had some chips from rocks/curb rash before coming in. However, I noticed immediately that the paint all around my hub caps on all 4 wheels were scraped so I brought it up to Jose who was helping us. He looked at it and said he could get it repainted at no charge, which was nice at first. However, Jose then said he'd pull videos from the camera and asked "what happens if I pull the videos and it was like that when you come in?" This was a bit uncalled for and felt like Jose was insinuating that I was lying about the chips which was unprofessional. I've gotten wheel balances before and haven't had an issue with the chipping. Ultimately, he still kept the offer of repainting the wheels and said I'd get a call back Monday.Around an hour before they closed on Monday, I still hadn't gotten a call so my husband called the shop for me and no one picked up so he left a message. Jose ended up immediately just texting my husband instead of giving him or me a call and asked to bring in my car in a couple days to get the wheels repainted and check the brakes. However, my car would be lifted outside overnight while the wheels go to a body shop. He said they haven't had an issue with this in the past, but I did not feel comfortable with them leaving my car outside since they do not have any fencing. Even though they have cameras, what happens if someone stole parts off of my car while it's lifted in their lot? Would they front the bill for any lost parts or damage to my car?Also, They offered up to $45/day for a rental car but I'd have to book it myself.It was nice of them to offer to repaint my wheels and check my brakes again, but I decided not to go through with it because of the safety of my car and the hassle of getting a rental car in the middle of the week when I work M-F. I asked a few places what repainting my wheels would cost and it ranged from $150-$175 per wheel, so at least $600 total. Overall, I regret coming here and I am not completely satisfied with the customer service.

I was quoted a 1-2 hour wait, due to how busy they were, which i had no problem waiting . However the guys were able to get me in and out within 45 mins. I really appreciate the sense of urgency, and the helpful customer service this place provides. Everyone there working, had good attitudes as well! That s always nice to see.

I love this location of American Tire Depot in Oceanside. I ve been buying my tires here and getting the oil changed in my vehicles here for years. Jose and Omar are the reason I keep coming back. I trust them and it s nice to see familiar faces when I walk in. They re always polite, professional and make me feel welcome, even when I stop in unannounced, without an appointment.

I am so impressed with the service from American tire depot. I got up this morning and realized my tire was low. Turns out there was a screw in my tire. I had to go to work and by lunch my tire had already lost all the air pressure I had put in that morning. I wasn t able to make it to the shop until about 4:30. I had called a few other places and everywhere was too busy. I came by and told the guys I needed to pick up my son by 6 and they got right to work. Finished the job in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 very thankful for the crew for helping me today! And thank you to Matthew for your kindness!

I got my tire repaired for free with no issues. Omar helped me and was friendly and helpful. The customer lobby was clean and air conditioned. Would return in the future for any tire issues or replacements.

Needed to repair one of my 35 tires. Matthew was willing to take this vehicle in immediately, remove and repair the tire. Many other shop flat refused to repair the tire because it was a big tire- Matthew and American Tire Depot were a HUGE help to me- THANK YOI!!

I highly recommend this shop for their great costumer service and professionalism. I liked the way Jose explained things to me and how fast the work on my car got done. I specially love their fair prices!! THANK YOU ATD
