I have to be honest. I had issues after I got car back however I took it back and they took care of the problem without charging me. Most of all Joe is understanding peoples issues

I want to first start by saying I really wanted to like this place. I purchased a one owner 39k S4 Audi for my wife the week before the C-19 shut down. This was an old lady car that was never driven on the freeway. There was NOT one scratch on this car. I know because I took the time to ceramic coat the entire car. The car was rarely driven due the C-19 shut down and garaged. I took the car to Zentrum for an oil change in August. I took the car home and washed it. I noticed there were scratches on the front bumper. I called Joe and told him about it. He said he'll look at the photos I emailed and he never replied. A week later someone lightly hit the rear bumper at a stop light and the car went to the Audi body shop for a new rear bumper paint. I showed them the scratches on the front bumper. The Audi paint technician response was that it had been touch up with paint. Not only did Zentrum scratch the bumper and denied it. They went out of the way to try to cover up the damage. I went there to talk to Joe, but he just denied it. I truly regret taking my car here. If you have nice cars do not take them here.Service: Oil change

I've been taking my car to Zentrum for years - great service, they always explain what they did, fair prices and if your car is quirky, they work to figure it out. Terrific location close to BART for a work day drop off /pickup.

I ve been going to Zentrum for years now and I will always bring my vehicles to them. They re extremely professional and friendly and they do excellent work and treat me like I m family. They also let you know before they do anything and give you estimates along the way so that you are involved in the entire process. I am an extremely satisfied and happy customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality automotive repairs.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Joey and his team is amazing very professional and knowledgeable good people I brought my CL550 to Joey I had a coolant leak he found it and fixed it for me it was my heater core valve less than 3 hours my CL ready and fix. First I took it to Oakland Mercedes dealership and they couldn't even figure it out took it to Joey and his team they found it less than a hour and fixed it.. and very affordable. Really wanted to like them. Had a fine experience the first time. Yesterday came to pick up my car after 5 days for routine service. Had told me it would be ready in the morning which I needed it to go to work to conduct a training. When I showed up it looked like they had just started working on it and didn t get it to me until just before noon. Ended up having to cancel the training that 15 people were waiting on me for. Super unprofessional, I didn t get to get paid that day because of it, and they didn t even offer me a discount or anything for a $1000 service. Never coming here again, I d rather just take my car to the dealership again.

I like these guys. I first took my Mercedes in for service about a year ago.It goes without saying they do good work, they're professional and the prices are fair.On the first job they did for me, there was a problem with the work they did and I had to get it resolved with a different mechanic over a weekend.When I explained what had happened they immediately made good on the situation. That's a sign of great service. And that's why I've gone back to them again for service this year.

Red carpet service like no other! Car repair is not a sexy thing, we all know that.. but Joe and the rest of his team make it a pleasant experience. Their customer service is top notch. They drove me back to my office after I dropped it off in the morning and picked me up when it was done. They make it easy for me, and I appreciate that. Very experienced and they are through explaining all the 'doctor talk' to me. As a woman, I really value that. My go-to shop for all my car needs.

I tried them for the first time weeks ago to perform the 20k scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Porsche Cayman. Josephn was professional , informative, patient and the staff was friendly. The service on my vehicle was completed as promised and on time. I definitely will return to Zentrum for future service.

Zentrum Motors is truly a jewel! We have had extraordinary service performed on our older Mercedes over the last two years. prior to finding Zentrum, we used other well known repairs shops located in Berkeley / Oakland. All these other shops advertised their top notch repair work and customer service. But none of them can compare to the responsive, friendly customer service offered by Zentrum. If you are looking for honest, fast, and affordable Mercedes service we highly recommend Zentrum Motors.

I've been taking my BMW 330 ci there for years. Zentrum is unlike any repair shop I have been to. The reception feels like a dealership, the facility is super clean and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly. The work is always top notch and the prices are way lower than a dealership - so getting the service and comfort of a dealership with the price points of a high-end repair shop are a win-win in my opinion!

ZENTRUM MOTORS is hands down the BEST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE experience I have had. I don t usually write reviews but this place did exceed my expectations. I am an owner of a twin turbo 2009 Bmw 335i and I am very careful with who gets to touch my car. With Zentrum Motors the service I received has been the same if not better than the BMW dealerships in the bay area. One of the times I came in I had my engine cleaned out and maintained and now my car preforms better and my fuel efficiency went back to what the factory claims. I am saving about 40% more on gas now. I am so thankful I now know about this place I have been a returning customer ever since and here are some other reasons why.Quality service at a fair price! What they do here they do well and you pay much less than dealership prices and receive dealership quality or better service!They give a large discount for your first service!Courtesy shuttle service!The automotive professionals working on the cars are experienced and knowledgable some with European automotive dealership backgrounds! They take a look at your car as a whole as well as the maintenance/service you came in for. This way they do quality work and let you know about any other issues you may have not known about!Paula remembers who you are overtime you call, she has been very friendly and helpful every time!Joe is a excellent service advisor trust me you will know what I mean when you meet him, he is very friendly and understanding! Im always in a better mood talking with him. He has gave me the best service experience based on his knowledge, experience, and true personal passion for cars. Always looking out for you and your car. I have received courtesy inspections as a heads up on future service when bringing my car in. Also any advice to help prevent further maintenance or issues with my car!Try this place out trust me you will be happy that you did!

I went to Zentrum because they were the closest shop to my office that can work on my Porsche Boxster. I keep coming back because of the excellent work they do. Most recently, when the check engine light came on they found that the timing chain was rubbing against the valve rail. Zentrum worked with the warranty company to get authorization to repair it. After it was fixed and the check engine light was off they felt that it still wasn't running right. They opened the other side of the engine and found the same fault. Again, they brought in the warranty company. Now that the total bill was over $5000 they had to go to a higher level to get it authorized. This caused a delay. When I finally picked up the car, 2 1/2 weeks later, they comped me the $200 deductible on the insurance. I'm definitely a FAN!

I own a 2000 Porsche Boxster with 61,000 miles, so I came for the 60,000 mile service. I had an extremely positive experience at Zentrum. Three words come to mind with regard to Zentrum Motors CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONESTY and WOKMANSHIP. Joe greeted me, sat me down and assessed my needs. I told him that I was concerned about the rib belt. I had purchased the car recently and was unsure if the rib belt had been changed. As it turned out the rib belt was good and it did not need changing They could have told me different and I would not known the difference. They replaced the spark plug coils as they were cracked. And repaired/replaced leaking sparkplug tubes among other things. The car is now running soooo good. And a gain of 3 miles per gallon is the tangible proof. From here on out only Zentrum will touch my Porsche.

I've been taking my MB CLK55 to Zentrum for a few years now. The whole team there is simply incredible. I feel lucky to have found them when I did, and will continue to be a customer as long as I have my Benz. Thank you!

I had an issue with an after market engine cover on my 1985 Carrera. I had removed the cover and installed an OEM cover but did not trust myself to install the latch and locking spring after hearing horror stories about what happens if it is installed incorrectly. Ralph, their Porsche mechanic who is very knowledgeable was very helpful. He installed the latch and made a fit the factory would be proud of. My hats off to Zentrum. It's now the only place I trust with my Red Lady.

The staff here is very professional. If you can ask for Joseph. He is knowledgeable, and pays good attention to detail. Plus there is Orbit coffee right next door that has good sandwiches and snacks.

Clean, friendly service. Squeaky convertible top fixed with a simple lubricant instead of an expensive diagnostic process and seal replacement!
