I m a recent road trip from Los Angeles to Seattle and back, my driver side car seat got stuck in the full forward position (all electric seat) by a shot legged valet driver.I was forced to cramp myself in and try to find a way fix it.I was about 4 miles from Uptown ford and drove there ASAP. I wouldn t be able to drive home.I met Tim at the service Dept and he took care of the problem in about an hour. I don t know how to thank them for taking me in without an appointment and getting me back on the road in comfort snd safety .If they treat visitors this well I m sure Locsl customers and Ford are blessed to have such a wonderful and talented group to take care of their vehicles.Thanks Tom & Juan and anyone else who helped in the process.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I usually take my mustang to Walnut Creek but this new location is way closer! I scheduled a service 2 weeks in advance. Had a regular check up / oil change done. It took 3 hours, everyone was friendly, and best of all I got my car back super clean and shiny
