I've had to take my car to Turbo a couple of times and they're great. Excellent communication - they explain everything to you and keep you updated so you're comfortable. Great service, super friendly, excellent communication. I highly recommend.

My insurance company recommended Turbo Auto Body and I am so glad I went with them. Extremely friendly staff, quick turnaround and excellent results. Plus they detailed my car, never seen it so shiny!

The service here was outstanding and beyond expectation. Everybody that works here is so friendly and attentive. They have coffee and tea in the waiting room. It s evident that the owner is very community-oriented and cares about doing a good job.Before coming here I had called a nearby shop and had a short and rude phone call. Everything changed when I spoke with Enoch, the owner at Turbo, and he was able to answer my questions quickly and politely.They did color matching for my gas cap and though I would have been happy with 80-90%, I think that they got it spot on and I can t even tell the difference with the rest of the car!!!The cleaning they did was more thorough than I ve ever had.Definitely coming back here for anything I need done with me car, and recommending all of my friends.

Enoch is the nicest and most professional technician I ve ever met! From the moment I entered this business he showed utmost courtesy and professionalism! He actually cares and it shows! I did a lot of researched to discover he charged me HALF of what other body shop s charge!! Who does that?! He responded God bless you on more than 3 occasions, which is RIGHT up my alley! The ONLY thing better than Enoch himself is the service! I never thought a car could look better than it did new until Turbo Auto Body worked on my car! You gotta experience the quality for yourself! Plus Everyone was so courteous and informative! I highly recommend Turbo Auto Body, and I m not afraid to say I love these guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve been to Turbo Auto Body a few times now. Had some people ding my car up. They were able to fix the major damage and a few minor things to the best I ve ever seen. The car literally looks brand new: Shout out Ashwin who works there. Always the best customer service, communication and pricing around. Never fun getting into an accident but this place made me feel great about the outcome. 10/10

Friendly staffs. Parking was a bit hard as it's road side parking. Book your appointment and then visit the auto body. They took all effort to make your visit comfortable and within a particular time window. I really enjoyed their time bound fixing. Very flexible and they take off the communication required between the ok insurance company and auto body. In our case there was a delay in payment from the insurance company. Auto body office people understood the issue and figured out the best way to solve it .

I highly recommend Turbo Auto Body. Excellent service. Professional in every way. My rep, Sanjesh, kept me well informed as numerous accident-related repairs were being done. The owner, Mr. Shin, was welcoming, and all the staff were friendly. My car looks like new.

I recommend this place. Recently took my car here for repairs and the service was pretty great and they work pretty quickly. If you come here, please ask for Paul. Super kind guy who will hook you up and make sure that your car is getting rightly serviced. Services were not too expensive nor did they try to take advantage and lie about my car issues in attempt to get more money. Also it appears the shop has many rewards that they showcase in the office so that gives you a sense of safety as well.Service: Vehicle maintenance

I was really pleasantly surprised by how kind folks were and how thorough the repair was! They were incredibly responsive with calling to let me know when parts arrived, and the repair was done very quickly!They even washed my car once it was fixed! I would highly recommend Turbo Auto Body.

Took my old but trusty Toyota Camry to Turbo Auto after an accident. Paul was wonderful to work with in that he was very communicative with initial and actual repair estimates (which matched the initial estimates of other mechanics in the area). Once I decided the car may not be worth the extensive repair costs, Paul went the extra step to connect me with potential buyers. Excellent service!

One of the best service experiences in my life. I went in to replace my rear car bumper due to an accident while I was parked and not in my car. They gave me a written estimate, did an outstanding job, replacing my bumper, matching the paint perfectly to my car color, smoothed out dents scratches, and dings and completed the repairs in less than two days. Professional, attentive, kind, and very reasonable. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needs repairs. Also bought two tires at a very reasonable cost. Better then excellent. Thank you Enoch and staff!

I was annoyed at having to fix my car after a hit and run smashed up the front of the car. I have good insurance with CSAA, and they sent me to Turbo Auto Body.I was astonished by the level of service I received at Turbo. Enoch was warm and welcoming, he gave me an accurate estimate of when the parts would arrive, and without even being asked, he offered to tape the car together to make it a little safer to drive in the meantime. When the parts arrived, the car was in and out of the shop, beautifully repaired in no time. If you have the choice, go to Turbo. They're amazing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Turbo Auto Body has the best customer service that I've ever experienced, from my initial contact, to the completion of the work. The ladies in the front office Johanna & Leticia were pleasant & extremely professional. Ashween did the damage estimate & eta for completion of repairs. He was so nice and engaging. When I picked my car up it looked amazing! I would/will be recommending Turbo Auto Body, thank you again for the great service.

My insurance made filing an auto claim an absolute nightmare, but Turbo Auto Body went above and beyond to try and deal with my insurance to get my claim processed and my car fixed. I remember my dad coming here when I was a kid, but hadn't thought of this place for a couple decades. Glad I came in recently to get my 2022 SUV fixed. Good work and honest folks. They even detailed my car before I picked it up.

Fantastic body work replacing my Camry 2021 back bumper and made it like nothing was happened to the vehicle Staff - Leticia & owner( handing the claim ) is super awesome, kind and frequent communicator. Turbo Auto Body Shop provided excellent and speedy service for the repair of our 2010 Prius. Ashwin was my contact and he was great. Communicating clearly what needed to be done, the cost and the timetable. When I came to pick up the car, they were just completing the expert auto detailing. My car looked great! Enoch, the owner (?) came over and he noticed that one of the tail lights was cracked (not from this accident) and he offered to replace it at part cost only. He also pointed out that the headlight covers where clouded over from years of condensation. He offered to clean those too at no additional charge! Very very satisfied and I highly recommend Turbo Auto Body. Very conveniently located on International at 17th Ave. In Oakland!

Always excellent service from the start to the end. I never had to explain anything to insurance once i filed a claim since turbo takes care of everything till you pick up the car that looks new as if you just bought a new car from the dealer. Never once disappointed me with the service for several times I fixed my car here.

My vehicle was broken into, broken window, battery was stolen as well. Via my insurance carrier, the vehicle was taken to this shop for repairs. Their service, attention to detail and pride of workmanship was excellent. They even cleaned inside the vehicle for broken glass. Turbo Auto Shop is the best around and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank You!

Turbo Auto Body did fabulous work repairing the fender and bumper on my mother-in-law's car. Not only was the work of incredibly high quality, it was done at a really great price. Ashween even surprised us by having arranged to have several cosmetic defects repaired all around the car at no extra charge. When we picked up the car and saw it, it looked absolutely like new. The quality of the body work could not have been better.Ashween even arranged, not only to have the exterior washed, but to have the interior cleaned. All the extras were really generous and not expected.Over the last 40 years, I have had experiences (all good) with several body shops in a few different states, but Ashween and Turbo Auto Body are definitely the best.In addition to all the awesome work done, Ashween was extremely pleasant, attentive, and caring. Spare yourself the headache. Choose somewhere else! Unfortunately this shop's internal communication is BAD: the shop lost our contact and insurance information provided 3 separate times, they did not read or respond to emails from us or at-fault insurance, the repairs took weeks longer than initially estimated, and in the end replaced items on the wrong side of the car leaving a damaged part and refused to correct their mistakes. We're now stuck taking the car to another body shop to fix it. It's hard enough being the victim of a drunk driver, now we're a victim of this negligent auto shop too.Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle maintenance
